Wegmans is a first class grocery store with excellent fresh produce beautifully displayed, and a bakery which is second to none featuring fresh made breads, cakes, pies, donuts, cookies, and various ethnic type pastries. The prepared food section is one of the best I have seen in any grocery store, the quality is truly outstanding and the various food bars are well stocked and meticulously maintained. There is a separate section for bulk food item purchases, like disposal paper goods, can goods etc. with pricing that is very competitive. In my opinion Wegmans is light years ahead of Whole Foods in every single category, I only wish we had one in my area. read more

Every trip I've made here, I utterly get excited every time I walk through the doors. Beautifully arranged fresh produce as you walk in. Fully stocked items all through the aisles. Grand display of baked goods, cheeses, meat, seafood, and the list goes on and on. Absolutely love their hot food and salad bar. So many selections to choose from. You name it, they probably carry it! There's no denying that there is something for everyone. It may seem a bit pricey, but you can also catch some pretty good deals. Let me warn you, it does get chaotic with the crowds, especially out in the parking lot. You're just going to have to shop here yourself and explore for the experience. Wegmans, great products, poor execution. Tonight I was at Wegmans at approximately 7:30 pm. About half of the items on my list were out of stock, and this isn't the first time this has happened. Things out of stock included: green peppers, celery, fresh rosemary, fresh thyme, individually packed skinless chicken breasts, and chicken stock. Oh wait, we actually found the chicken stock, it was in a random end cap while the normal aisle had no chicken stock. I don't know if it is only this location or all locations but it seems at some point in the day they stop stocking the shelves. And when they do stock the shelves with things like green peppers, they put out about 6 at a time. That's not enough at all. One of the worst parts about all Wegmans is the huge choke point that is the entrance vestibule. read more

Pros: Huge selection of produce and other items so you can almost always find what you are looking for and it's of good quality too. Produce and seafood is generally very fresh. Bakery products are very good. Cons: The cons make me hesitant to shop there. The first issue that you must ALWAYS check your receipt before leaving. I've been charged 2 or 3 times for one item several times in the past. Recently, I purchased an inexpensive cut of trout. When leaving, I looked at the receipt and noticed I was charged for a $30 piece of swordfish, as opposed to an $8 piece of trout. Turns out the person at the fish counter rang it up as the most expensive cut of fish they had. I'm glad I noticed this before leaving and the front desk was nice about fixing this error. The last time I was there, I noticed 3 mini vanilla cakes in the bakery, all the same sized cake. One was priced at $9 "mini vanilla cake" but the other two were mislabeled and priced as "$20 vanilla cake." So, a customer may not have noticed this and paid an extra $11 for a mini vanilla cake because the bakery mislabeled it. I will say, in their defense, that the store is very, very crowded on the weekends and the employees work very hard so mistakes can happen, but I think some employees working in the fish and bakery section should be a little more careful. The biggest con is that everything at this store is overpriced. Yes, the quality is great, but $6-9 for a mini slice of cake or $8 for a loaf of fresh bread is outrageous. Have they forgotten that minimum wage is still $7.25? Their premade meals look great, but the price is just too high to even remotely justify purchasing because you can go out for a fancy dinner for less. They also advertise their Wegmans store card, but nothing is ever on sale! So what's the point of getting the card if nothing is ever on sale? Overall: Good quality, but always check your receipts and be prepared to spend much more than you would in another grocery store. read more

I love wegmans. Their establishments are so much cleaner and organized than any other grocery stores in the area, in my opinion, and they tend to beat shop rite prices. Their meat and poultry quality far surpass the competition, especially their steaks. I love their family pack bulk discounts. I buy as much as I can this way to save money. Their store brands are high quality as well. They have a bulk items fresh section I love because I mix my own trail mix. They have a pretty extensive gluten free section, as well as products throughout the store. This is a very big help and makes shopping easier. I live in Blackwood now but make the drive to this location because I prefer Wegmans. I enjoy shopping their and feel very relaxed and happy. I also love their wine, beer and liquor store. I have not written a review of wegmans because i truely feel like you have to experience it on your own. Some of my favorite aspects: Natural soap area, ready made items, fresh bread, and the freshest sweetest produce around. Also, when looking up ingredients for recipes I can find every ingredients in one store whether its hard to find fresh herbs or wines (marsala) they have it all at reasonable prices that save time and effort. I am obsessed with the marinated chicken breasts which I bake in the oven and enjoy with a side of veggies or slice and use for my salads. I have been able to lose significant weight this way and its so easy! I shop here weekly for perishables such as fresh fruit for the little one and salad ingredients like romaine and cucumbers. Also, you must must must buy their basting oil its so delicious and makes roasting fish and veggies a piece of cake. I love rosemary and garlic and the oil is infused in both just be sure to shake vigorously before use. I could go on and on about all the convenient items Wegmans stocks and how it helps me eat healthy all while saving me time. Can we take some time to recognize how FRESH their produce is! I stopped going to any other grocery store because of this. There is no guessing game if Wegmans has it, I know it's fresh. The customer service is always excellent. I never noticed but you don't see many employees in the aisles but to me where they matter is at the cash register. I have the app which keeps my shopping list and tells me which aisle the item I need is located. The only negative I can find is that it is often crowded and parking can get very tricky. I really have nothing but positive things to say about Wegmans. They clearly train their employees to be little pod people, because they're all over the top pleasant and helpful. I love that they have everything, and I do mean everything. From the cheap to the high end to the obscure. I can do all my shopping in one place. No more hitting a "regular" grocery store, then Trader Joe's then Whole Foods all to get everything I want. Their organic section is phenomenal. Their cheese counter rivals the best cheese shops in the city. Their bakery is outstanding. Their store brand items are better than the brand names in most cases. Best of all the prices are killer. Then I stepped inside your magnificent store and realized that this was literally the greatest iteration of grocery stores ever. There was everything a person could need: *A mall's worth of food court options if you're hungry right now *Restaurant quality grab and go options to impress that special someone later *Perfectly composed cheese plates that scream "grab some wine and have a fancy picnic" *Bars for everything. EVERYTHING. Salad, hot food, tacos, chicken wings, antipasto and even veggie noodles. A whole bar for VEGGIE NOODLES. *More bars - including make your own granola/trail mix and a BATH SALTS BAR. WHAT??? *A full size Godiva store right in the middle Honestly, I could go on and on, much like the culinary options found inside this amazing store. I love Wegmans. I've been a huge fan for years, but it's always such a struggle to find one. Recently, I had a work meeting in Cherry Hill, and as soon it was scheduled I knew a trip to Wegmans was in my future. If you don't have a list, (I didn't), this store can be a little overwhelming. I started in the prepared foods to pick up some lunch and settled on the Asian dim sum bar and some sushi. Their sushi is so much cheaper than Whole Foods, and still the same quality. I pretty much always regret buying super market sushi, but this was pretty decent, and I loved that the calories were printed on the label. As to the Asian food I tried, the fried rice was my favorite and the creamy shrimp. The chicken had some of those weird bites that make me hate chicken. I also grabbed some marinated meat items to cook at a later date. As for the bakery, buy the rosemary roll. They have chobani greek fat free yogurt in a ton of flavors for a $1 each so I really stocked up on those. They also have my favorite oatmeal variety pack. Oh, and the asiago artichoke dip, so good. I wish I didn't have to pay $5 to go across the bridge to reach this place. Looking forward to the one opening in KOP. read more

I have an obligation to dock a star. I still love Wegmans, but is it the best? Eh. Don't get me wrong, they're well-stocked with, really, whatever you may want or need or not need. However: a trip to the deli to pick up some turkey and cheese often seems to mean waiting in the most obnoxiously slow moving of lines. And I'm generally patient when it comes to deli lines. In a recent instance, on Monday night, a grandmother and two teens decided they apparently wanted to eat a full dinner from the deli, requesting sample after sample of meats and cheeses, while the line continued to grow. I was about to walk away after awhile, and I guess it showed on my face. When it was finally my turn (as in, once the stomaches of the three people ahead of me were properly satiated on free goods), the lady who was working the deli wasn't all too pleasant to me, despite being a doll to the moochers. I haven't been stopping into Wegmans all that much lately. I still love browsing the aisles late at night, seeing the new stuff they have in, but when it comes to actually buying groceries, I seem to be looking elsewhere. read more

I was in the area to shop with friends and we had plans to get dinner elsewhere, but when I saw wegman's in the distance I knew we needed to stop here! To-go/quick food options are endless! Sushi, Chinese, sandwiches, pizza, homestyle cooking... I could go on! Great deal for 9.49/pound. My friends and I could each get something different no matter what we were in the mood for! Great upstairs seating at this location if you want to eat in-house. I also had to pick up a few things before I left, and wegman's stores are always huge! It is definitely overwhelming and given that fact, this isn't a place I'd come to just to "pick up a few things," but since I was already her, I asked an employee to help me find what I needed quickly. Absolutely horrible place if they did not have what I needed and weren't the only store that carries them right now I would've walked in the grocery store!!!!!!!! I placed a pick up order for Monday between 9 and 10 AM. I was not able to get there on Monday so I went today Tuesday morning got there at 9:30 in the morning. I was told because I didn't show up at my precise time and I didn't call my order got put back. No other grocery store does that but this one. Sorry things happen and people can't get there on time you should at least give somebody 24 freaking hours to pick up some thing and not just a one hour window that you DICTATE that they are ALLOWED to have. Things happen in peoples lives and they're not always able to pick up the phone and call and say I'm not gonna be able to make it today. Have a little more common courtesy Wegmans not everybody has nannies or babysitters or people who can do things for them when something happens in their life. Just because you're an affluent grocery store doesn't mean the people that always shop with you or affluent we don't all have nannies to do our buildings for us. I was told by the rude "person" that came out to tell me that my order got put back that I could either shop at myself or place another order and pick it up later on in the day or tomorrow the store is a half an hour out of my way. Do better Wegmans do better for those who are not affluent and who do not have the opportunity to sometimes get where we need to be at least give us 24 hours already already have our credit card and our money to pay for it cut us a break!!!!! Not only that but I was not even given the common courtesy of an email or a text message stating that my order was canceled and I had to drive a half an hour out of my way to find out that my order was canceled. read more

You can find me here probably a few times a week and I LOVE their options here! Their produce always looks great and their cheese, deli, meat and seafood options are always great. They usually are stocked pretty good.. even during the mad rush of Thanksgiving, I really had no problems getting the things that I need. They've got everything from food.. to personal items to pet care stuff. The only reason why I didn't rate a perfect 5 star rating is because I feel the store can be organized better. When you're looking for brands that are healthier or maybe something like gluten free or something diet conscious, they've got a different section for that (near the floral section FYI) I forgot what I was looking for in particular, it was something specific I needed for baking that wasn't white flour and I couldn't find it. On a separate visit, I discovered this random location that had what I needed like a few weeks ago. So while not major, it could be organized a bit bI like the layout of Whole Foods better but the prices here definitely much more affordable. Parking So the whole shopping plaza area, depending on when you come, can be a madhouse. But if you're able to come at odd times during the week and earlier in the day, you'll be golden! Otherwise, just be patient or if you don't mind walking, park away from others to avoid cars fighting over your parking spot. Prepared Foods/Cafe I've been guilty many times of not having dinner prepared.. oops. But Wegmans to the rescue! They've got great options for all ready made food or food prepared upon order! My lovely wife and I decided to make a day of it in Cherry Hill, which by the way I now call this day " Wifey day " . After a good meal at Brio Tuscan Grille followed with dessert at the Cheesecake Factory my wife decided "her day" wasn't over just yet. I or we I should say decided to take a walk to work off the ridiculous amounts of calories we had consumed seeing the weather was not that cold, why not take advantage of it. We had come across Wegmans where I was pulled into here , myself I wanted to hit up the Home Depot but the little lady had other plans in mind. I gave in to her ( she can be very demanding) to see what the talk was about , and boy was I happy to go in. This place is unbelievable, really it is with all the different displays of fine assorted desserts (mouth watering) to basically everything and then some. I was shocked to see the wide variety of different cultures in one location. The salad bar is something to marvel over with everything they had displayed , and just for everyone to know I love olives, and they had a great marinade working over there. Oh the meats.. yea buddy am I a fan of this, great cuts, reasonable prices for this. This place is huge , and everyone seemed real courteous, made you feel at home. I know this is a grocery/ eatery / bakery in one with accommodations for you to enjoy fine foods inside, or to take home. This is a plus for the guy who is not a fan of going up and down the isles looking at the same thing , but with a different brand names . He can just hang out in the cafe and let the little lady do her thing this is her domain, I just pay for it . We ended up buying chocolate covered strawberries along with several fruit tarts. This place is pretty bright inside, wide lanes and sections beyond sections of different foods, plus it is pretty clean in there. OK so I gave my lovely wife a "high five" for persuading me we'll say to come in here. I am a fan of this place , my wife loves it in here. We will be coming back to try out some of the Chinese dishes we saw, along with some shopping in the mix. I absolutely love shopping at Wegmans Market. The staff there is very helpful if they can't find it the ex another staff worker. Sometimes I'll go in there for one thing and wind up with a shopping cart full of food. They have plenty of parking. Even in the covid-19 they are truly in order they have a police officer park in the front. One day I drove up and I said oh my God it's a line. But the line was moving fast and smoothly. Even inside people have masks on and was moving 6 ft apart. Wegmans staff are truly essential workers. I just want to thank you all. They even do curbside pick up which is real convenient I never tried it there but I would love to. Every time I go into Wegmans the store is nice and clean sometimes I hate going into the cooked food section because it all looks so delicious I want to take each dish home. Two things I die for when I come into the store is the mini Berry tart and the skinny girl California sushi. Oh and another item I used to love is the chicken caesar salad with the homemade croutons absolutely delicious. I'm sorry a flood in your ears up but I absolutely love this Market. I'm a fan of Wegs, but do not rely on it as my sole purveyor of groceries. It is a cog in my wheel of food stuffs. I think people should shop in a variety of places, so they can better see what all the options are, and make informed decisions on how to best stretch their $. As for me, every cent I save at the supermarket goes to restaurant dining experiences. As another reviewer correctly pointed out, the parking lot is a cluster&@$!. But the store itself is much nicer and larger than another location that is in my neighborhood. Both spots are very similar but I did notice a few differences. This store has a larger selection in their salad/hot bar. Less of a selection in their fancy pastries. And a more interesting fish and cheese case. I was only a browser today so I can't comment on customer service, but as someone who worked in this industry I do advise shoppers to avoid weekends. Sure, you can purchase pre-made pizza slices at the counter (not bad). However, do yourself a favor and call-in a made-to-order pizza over the phone for pick-up. Bring the pizza home...or during your lunch break, share a pie with a co-worker at Wegmans cafe. It is a little spendy but for $18.99 you will get a 20'' pie that is fantastic. The crust is scratch-made daily (minimal 5 ingredients of wheat flour, yeast, salt, water, and Italian EVOO). The sauce tastes excellent. (not too bitter or too sweet) Our favorite pizza that they make is the simplistic 'Neapolitan'. It will take about 15 to 20 minutes to make. It has a tasty blend of freshly sliced Mozzarella & shredded Moz. The roasted red tomatoes is the Pièce de résistance. I like to request extra crispy for the crust. This is probably the best pizza I have had from a grocery store. Hell, it is better than some of the local pizzerias in my hood. So I love Wegmans. the selection of high quality food is the best around. I won't buy seafood from anywhere else and dairy products are top notch. So why three stars? First, the placed is always packed. Recently there have been more cashier's on, but it doesn't stop the aisles from being packed. Plus people can be jerks here. The old Zagara's privileged mindset. Second, if you try and go early to avoid the rush, nothing is ready. Seriously! i was in there at 10am on a Saturday morning and the salad and hot food bars were empty. They were still setting up the Sushi bar, and the people setting up the fish and meat areas were too busy chatting with each other to serve a customer. Have some damn sliced bread ready. 90% of your customers want it sliced. Keep the whole loaves for special request versus the other way round. If you are going to have aisles barely wide enough for two carts, why are you stocking the aisles during prime shopping time? The produce here leave a lot to be desired too. I have twice now bought 'fresh squeezed orange juice' that has been rancid when I got home and opened it. Finding fruit that is ripe is like finding a gold nugget. Most is woefully unripe. One star unfortunately is too much for what has become of what was once my favorite supermarket ever. Is it the prepared food? Nope. Still some of the best stuff around! Their Wegmans brand products are second to none but what really is sad is how the customer service has declined. They don't seem to care anymore, they are not helpful anymore and that family feeling of employees caring enough to know your name is gone. Now you have a group of miserable people who look at you like your a stranger or bothering them when you ask a question or for assistance or God forbid go up to checkout. I used to go and ask about ingredients, recipes, wine and beer pairings and I knew I would get knowledgeable, heartfelt answers from people That knew the job, the products and the customers. Now? I wouldn't dare ruin their day by bothering them with a question nor do i believe they really know the answer. It is totally worth the drive over the bridge to shop here! The employees are so nice and happy to help, which is a nice change from shopping in the Philly. I usually go on a Saturday night after the afternoon rush and they place is nicely put back together and much less hectic than a Sunday morning. Plus the parking lot is much more manageable! The prepared foods section and deli section is wonderful! The fruits and vegetables are always fresh and I love their cheese and charcuterie section- they do great small cheese samplers that are great when you want to try different types of cheeses without spending a ton of money if you end up not liking it. I love that there are international items here for all different types of cuisine. I always stop in the United Kingdom section, to peruse the items, it takes me back to my European trip there and can grab some candies or HP sauce. The prices here are so much more reasonable than shopping at Whole Foods- I can leave with a weeks worth of food for a fraction of the cost! I will also throw in for my kids that they love the toy section here, they have the current popular toys I also wanted to add that they do beautiful flower arrangements, my friend had all her wedding table arrangements made here and you could not tell they came from a grocery store! read more

REVIEW ON SUSHI AT WEGMANS: As a commuter at Drexel, packing lunch is super important because it's way more affordable and healthier than buying greasy food from food trucks. But, sometimes there are days when you just gotta cheat a little by going to the already made stuff. I went to visit my friend at Rowan today and I have been craving (when is there a day when I don't crave for food???) for sushi! So I decided to check out Wegman's sushi and surprise my friend with it!!! but there was a bigger surprise! Behind the counter were chefs making the sushi in front of you and packaging them, guaranteeing that your sushi is fresh! I bought 3 boxes. 1 spicy salmon, 1 salmon volcano, and another shrimp one. Total of $27. All the boxes came with soy sauce, wasabi, and ginger! So yes in a way $27 was a little bit pricey but I mean I expected it to be kinda pricey cause its wegmans ya know? but it was good none the less! I went to food area during my lunch break because Wegmans is known to have good quality food. I selected the salmon combo which included two sides. The signs/descriptions of the food made everything sound amazing "fresh seasoned" etc. The signs said the food was seasoned and my taste buds determined that was a lie! The food was so bland and dry. The salmon was overcooked, the broccoli was undercooked, and the squash had potential but there just wasn't enough effort put into it. And no I dont think I being too harsh because this meal cost me $12 and any time I spend any money regardless of where and how much I expect to enjoy the meal. I was able to snag some duck sauce from the asian food area and add salt and pepper and that made things a little better. read more

Inside the grocery store, there is also a food court with foods from multiple places. Went to purchase a cake or cupcakes here. Previously bought 12 cupcakes with colored icing in October of 2019 for $18. The lady I spoke with wanted $24 for 6 cupcakes with colored icing and a design, or $15 for 6 cupcakes with just colored icing. I declined this but called Mount Laurel Wegmans bakery and three quotes me the $18 for 12 colored frosting cupcakes, which is what I pod back in October. The Mount Laurel lady said it was probably so high a price because I was asking for only 6 and they should have--but didn't--tell me other prices. Regardless of the cupcakes being misquoted, I had inquired and purchased a cake at the Cherry Hill store. I was quoted $22 for the cake $9 for the decoration and told the colored icing was included on cakes. My total was to be $31. When I arrived to get my cake I asked about the pricing issues because I had called Mount Laurel in the interim. The lady told me the cake was $41 and took my copy of the receipt--which she was holding--and modified the quoted price on it! She told me it was now $41. Despite being on my way to my son's party, I demanded to talk to the manager but the lady said 'fine I will give you that (the quoted) price.' I left without speaking to a manager. I had asked for extra frosting and this cake had the thinnest frosting on it I have ever seen. True talent to put that little frosting on smooth! Terribly disappointing as I have to buy school cupcakes and other cakes for my three kids. I will look elsewhere or drive up to Mount Laurel. I love Wegman's! I usually stop here to get their family size frozen fruit to make my smoothies. They have huge bags for $10 and they last forever. I love their cafe portion. The sushi is delicious. The Chinese food is good. I love their salad bars, so fresh and such a variety to choose from. I love their fresh fruit tart from their bakery. I've also gotten their premade grillables. Delicious. No complaints, I just wish there was a Wegman's closer to my house. There's also a liquor store, just a very short walk from the supermarket. read more

I wish I lived closer! It's the best food market on the planet bar none. I love buying the family groceries here. I love perusing the buffet and eating at the cafe. I love buying wine at their wine store. But I can now add my endorsement for the bakery. Wegmans has an excellent selection of organic meats, fresh bakery items and cooked food, ready to go. I don't trust any other grocery store to buy my meat from. Also, the deli has nitrite free meats which I buy weekly. A few problems that I notice happen regularly though: the cashiers have BAD attitudes always! When checking out, I might as well be in Acme The other problem is that they don't usually have in stock all of the ingredients to make the dishes they advertise in their own magazine! Overall, I think Wegmans has a great handle on customer service and unique products. What a terrible experience I had on MY BIRTHDAY. Me and my daughters went to get a cake. I saw the cake I wanted which was gluten-free (no big deal) and when my daughter went to get it wrote on, the older bakery associate was so rude. She never spoke, or greeted her, then right away asked her "can you afford this cake, can you read and see it's gluten-free? Unbelievable, my daughter was so upset we decided to not purchase anything. The team leader offered us a free cake, but we declined because why would we want anything after that traumatic experience. Of course she saw three women of color dressed nice come in there and was probably upset that she had to wait on us, and was big mad. Bottom line I will not be going to Wegmans anymore, and their employees can use more diversity training. Disgusting. read more

Often overcrowded, this wegmans generally has a great selection. The food court portion has some decent lunch options. The dumplings from the Asian buffet are particularly good. Danny's favorite is like an Italian hoagie and probably their best sandwich. The pizza is average. Many of the dinner to go meals are pretty tasty and we'll priced. The best grocery store period. Here's why: 1. Despite having a gazillion people in it, still is pleasant to shop. 2. They have great prepared foods, so this is even a great place to get lunch. 3. They also have a phenomenal store brand, which offers high quality alternatives in almost any category including natural/organic which they have a great selection of. 4. Their prices are low everyday and comparable to Wal-mart My 1 con 1. Because of the great private label, they tend to have a high bar for letting new items in. So if you have are looking for some new cereal, cracker, or an obscure new flavor of soomething, odds are they won't have it unless its a big advertiser push. read more

Becoming very disappointed with Wegmans. Frequently out of stock of items. Selection of sandwich rolls is limited. They push their own brands more and even those are out of stock. Shoprite has more items in stock and seem to not run out as frequently. read more

I've been in love with Wegman's since they first opened it's doors in Cherry Hill. As a prior reviewer said, it's like Whole Foods & Costco had a baby & Wegman's is it's name-O! They offer a wide variety of organic foods at a reasonable price. The vegetables, meats, & seafood are high in quality, PLUS they offer bulk options (baby Wegman got it from it's father, Costco). Not only can you shop for groceries at Wegman's, you can grab a bite from their buffet! They offer a variety of options that will accommodate different palates/diets. The one setback with their buffet is that their quality isn't always consistent. Sometimes the food is over cooked & dry, other times the buffet appears to be a bit bare from lack of refills by the staff. Overall, a great market for all your needs. read more
