the front of a lidl supermarket

First time coming here! I loved the bakery section and how the large windows brighten up the store. However, I still prefer Aldi to Lidl. The prices weren't as competitive as I expected and some of the most basic products were brand name only, such as the tomatoes, which made it a little pricier than Aldi. I loved the self-checkout! The lines were quick and the staff seemed friendly.

Just the receipt, no customer service telephone number just a web address, so much for that, you know the rest...

Had the opportunity today to visit little, I've been here several times but the cleanliness is not up to par, self check out scanners are filthy, ONE CASHIER, the staff wasn't as friendly today, not sure what's going on, BUT Be careful folks...There you have it my two star review.

To start, I must say that this store is very organized (hopefully it'll stay this way). At the entrance, there are shopping carts (even miniature carts for the children to 'shop' with). It has an assortment of organic foods and fresh produce. There's a plants/floral section as well. The small fresh bakery section is quite nice, as the prices are fair and the goods are fresh. As I browsed the store, I noticed a mixture of familiar brands and off-brands. Nonetheless, I look forward to shopping here again.

Mechanical cart never charged. Went several times in am and had to leave due to no charge.

I've gone a couple times into Lidl only to find that their mechanical carts are never charged. I usually go throughout the morning about 1030 to do my shopping. This is very sad for the disabled community that we cannot rely on these carts to do our shopping.

This is actually a short line here at Lidl

Finally open after over a year…read more First, the food court was packed. Some good food options. We went with the chined restaurant. I loved their jjajjang myun. My wife got the jjampong. It's pretty big. But she said the flavor wasn't as good. Downstairs - first no alcohol sales right now. The store is clean and pretty tightly packed. Especially with the large crowds. I thought it was nicely done. I do like the H Mart in Cheltenham (North Philly area better for both the size, selection, and food court).

H Mart Cherry Hill - Post-Renovation Reality…read more I've been going to H Mart Cherry Hill for over two decades--back when it was still the old Han Ah Reum--so I was really curious to see what a full year-long renovation would deliver. We went at 8:00 am about a week after reopening, parked easily, shopped, and were back home by 10:30. From a convenience standpoint, it was seamless. From an expectations standpoint... it's a bit more complicated. The food court is fine--good variety, solid options--but visually it's underwhelming. The concrete flooring wasn't updated, and it gives the whole space a slightly unfinished feel. Functionally it works, but it doesn't feel like the kind of destination food hall you see at newer locations. Upstairs housewares look clean and improved. No issues there. Downstairs, though, is where things feel a bit off. It's packed in tight--borderline claustrophobic. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely noticeable. The produce is still excellent, and the layout of the pickles, fresh seafood, marinated meats, and hot pot/BBQ items is actually very well done. That part feels thoughtful and strong. Where it falls short is in expansion. The aisles are fine, but there's no real increase in product selection. I was expecting something closer to H Mart Edison--which is huge, vibrant, and loaded with prepared foods, grab-and-go meals, and variety. That's not what this is. There are some prepared items, but nowhere near the range you'd expect given the hype. That, to me, is the biggest miss. Modern H Mart locations lean heavily into ready-to-eat foods--rice bowls, kimbap, banchan, bakery items--and that just isn't fully realized here. It makes the renovation feel more like a reconfiguration than a true upgrade. After shopping, we stopped at the Paris Baguette on location--and that was honestly a bigger disappointment. I usually have to stop myself from overbuying at Paris Baguette. This time, I walked out with four items. That's a record low. The selection felt very limited and didn't compare to other locations nearby. It's not even close to 85°C Bakery Cafe down the street, which is still far superior in both variety and execution, Tous les Jours also is much better. At the end of the day, Hung Vuong Food Market has nothing to worry about. This HMart renovation doesn't really change the competitive landscape. So--is it better than before? In some ways, yes. It's cleaner, more organized, and certain sections are improved. But after a year of construction and all the hype, it doesn't feel like a transformation. Honestly, they could have renovated the upper level and left the market largely as it was. This feels like a minor refresh--and some things definitely need to get better.

The place is huge but very well laid out, and right when you walk in you are greeted by bold signage, bright colors, and a friendly customer service team that was happy to answer questions and help me find what I needed. This is the kind of place where you can grab dinner, groceries, flowers, and even prescriptions all in one stop, which is incredibly convenient when you are on the road. The ready-to-eat food section alone could be its own destination, with an upstairs seating area that makes it easy to eat and relax. The bakery was impressive with fresh breads and baked goods, and the meat and seafood departments stood out with a wide range of quality options. The flower shop added a nice pop of color, the aisle signage made navigation easy, and the elevated train running along the back of the store was a fun, nostalgic touch. Add in a full pharmacy, personal health section, and even some local sports swag, and this store truly has it all. Overall, it was an enjoyable shopping experience and one I would absolutely recommend.

Their products are excellent and their variety is absolutely AMAZING! Where else can you find Dragon Fruit Smoothie Mix (which is sooooo good), Veal Chops (scrumptious on the grill), Thick, Luscious Swordfish, Beef Tongue (which I cannot find anywhere else), Yuca, Plantain Slices, the list goes on and on..... oh, I mustn't forget to mention the Key Lime Pie (I ran out of superlatives...but you get the point. Wild Fork is always adding new items and are receptive to suggestions (I begged for Beef Tongue and surprise! about 6 weeks later it is an option) Their customer service is impeccable. For example, one day a delivery simply didn't arrive. The orders are trackable through Roadie, the delivery service they use, and the driver marked the order as delivered, but the photo showed it delivered to an apt. that definitely wasn't mine and was definitely not in my building. I tried to contact the driver through Roadie, to no avail - so I reached out to Wild Fork. While they and Roadie both were unable to locate the order or the driver, my order was refunded in full (including the tip) with no questions asked and when I opted to reorder for the next day -it arrived as is per usual, without issue. My only warning...make certain you have enough room in your freezer! Everything arrives frozen (dry ice included).
