Looking to have your printer serviced or repaired? Look no further. My work laser printer needed repairing. I called 3 other places. Both quoted me prices that were 4 times the amount, just to take a look at it! I called Robert, and he suggested I take it in so that he could take a look at it. Wait? No "taking a look at it" fee? Nope. Upon inspecting my printer, he realized the issue wasn't what I was describing. I called Rob and was able to get a new print head without having to haul in my printer. My printer was under warranty so I got a brand new OEM print head at no cost. Rob was kind enough to get all my info via email to save time and stress. I did have to follow up a few days afterwards to see when the print head arrived, but I'm sure he is a busy guy. I went to another place closer to my home in the past and they had to hold on to my printer for almost a week. Not the case here. I use a Epson stylus pro gs6000 printer and it's been a very easy problem free machine to operate. But the other day it finally went down on me! It had air in the ink lines, print heads were barely firing and I had been trying everything I could think of or find on the internet. No Luck, I called around a few places and most places said they didn't work on my specific Epson model or that they couldn't even come look at it until later in the week, Then I got lucky, I called wefixprinters.com and started working with Rob. He was able to assess the issue just by speaking with me on the phone and over photos I emailed. Fantastic service! Requested a quote with several local copier shops one night and this was the 1st to give me a quote and a reasonable one at that. I took the machine in the next morning, and Rob (the owner) said that it should be ready the next morning. I got a call that same day I took it in that it was ready, went in to pay the bill, and Rob placed the copier into my car. I know these are things that anybody would "expect" as customer service, but Rob was cordial, answered all my questions, and gave me some interesting information regarding the business all without the sense of being rushed or being condescending in explaining things. Reading reviews on Yelp, I've noticed that often good service is often neglected or bad reviews are 90% service oriented. So, I have a pretty New printer, and it stopped working. I have 3 kids at home that use it for school. And it is such a convenience. I had a problem with my Brother printer and called there to see if they could fix it. Rob was great to me. He called Brother to see if they knew what the problem was, he called me back and emailed with updates. It turns out the printer is toast (don't buy a Brother) and made me recommendations. On Friday our printer stopped working. We called few different places to find out what we have to do. We left messages. To place they called and they told us they have to sent someone to our office & there's a service charge. I completely understand about the service charge but they said if they come to the office and they find out what is wrong there's a charge for that and then they have to take the machine back to their office no matter what. They wouldn't fixed it in our office but also they didn't want us to take the printer to their place because they want to send someone to pick it up. I don't understand that kind of customer service some place they have. But when I called here I ask them if is OK we bring the printer to your place and after they diagnose the problem how much they would charge for their diagnose and they said there is no charge for that. I also ask them if you let me know how much & then I change my mind and I don't want to fix it I'm I obligated for that & is there any charges for your service, they said no. This is called customer service. Anyway we took our printer to their place they fix that in less than two days and the charge was so reasonable. Beware!!! This place is a total scam. Here's how it works. You take your printer in for a "free" estimate. If they can't fix your printer for less than $55, then there's no charge. Great deal, eh? What could be wrong with free? So after a few days, you'll inevitably get a call from them and they tell you the bad news. Your printer cannot be fixed for less than $55. Then here's the genius of the scam, they then ask you if you want to have them just "recycle" your printer for you. After all, why would you want to pick up a broken printer that is of no value? They're obviously hoping you'll say, "yea, just go ahead and recycle it". Why you ask? So they can fix it themselves, then resell it for a profit of course! So when they told me mine couldn't be fixed, I suspected something. So I said, "nah, I'll just come in and pick it up". So I head over there only to find my printer completely disassembled in several pieces. They didn't even bother to put it back together after they supposedly checked it out. What a bunch of bull crap. I told them to put it back together, now I have to make another trip back there...a complete waste of time. I'll take it elsewhere for another opinion. I'd rather recycle it myself than give it to those scam artists. BTW, most of their positive reviews on Yelp are from recent yelpers with little reviews.... suspicious. You've been warned! read more

We made another appointment and he was willing to stop by on a Saturday. He checked out the printer and ran a maintenance program -- which helped get the printer back to working again. I took my printer in because, after exhausting all efforts to troubleshoot via google and you tube, I was still getting a printhead error on my Canon. I pass by this place all the time on my way to Target and decided it was worth a trip over there to have someone take a look. I spoke with the owner Rob and he was extremely nice and professional. I could tell he knew his stuff within 30 seconds of our conversation. He was honest and, essentially, told me it wasn't worth it for me to get my printer fixed, since it would cost a tiny bit extra to have the brand new version with more features. I hadn't even thought about getting a new printer at this point, so I hadn't done my homework (and told him this). He could have made some money off of me, but he chose to be honest, and THAT is why I'm giving his business 5 stars!
