So I order the flowers to be ready on a day of the week I tell him what I want and what it needs which is literally just the Taurus symbol that I for sure wanted and he says yeah it's going to be hard to get but I'll get it done so I felt like obviously he's going to get it done. Day comes and he shows me the flowers and I don't see the zodiac symbol so I ask where is it he said he wasn't able to get it so in my mind I'm like wtf why didn't he call me to let me know like a business man would. He basically said he was going to get it done and he couldn't so why not call and see if I wanted to cancel it and get my refund no he waits for me to show up on the day of pick up. I'm pissed but he says he can get it done on the spot so I'm thinking he will do it but it should've been ready, then he comes out with that (photo is posted down below) and when he hands it over I ask him are you going to add flowers he says no it will be hard and won't stay together, so I need these flowers for my gf because she's been asking for it and now I got to show her this bs! I paid $150 for this and for the price it's to much even for the flowers alone without the zodiac symbol I wanted and as a business man doesn't call to tell me he can't do it and doesn't offer a small refund for the inconvenience of he basically saying he would get it done just don't go here read more

I was referred to La Mirada Flowers 4 Less and they did not disappoint at all. I called and was greeted by Robert. I told him I needed a few sprays for my stepsons funeral service and I had a few inspiration pictures. He asked me to send them over and within minutes he called me with my quote. I accepted and told him I would be in to pay him for the order. The shop was easy to find near Imperial and was so welcoming and beautiful when I walked in. Robert was so pleasant and patient with me when I wasn't sure what I wanted typed on the ribbon for the heart. He said don't rush, take your time to decide and let me know. I also met his sweet wife who was just as kind! The day of delivery Robert was early and the flowers were amazingly beautiful and exactly what I had asked for plus some!! Thank you for making this day just that much more special for my stepsons celebration of life. I highly recommend your shop and will be sure to return for other occasions. The flowers are still so fragrant and fresh 1 week later and look as beautiful as they did on the first day. read more

Wedding Flowers 4 Less has been my favorite florist for at least 10 years. They always have a beautiful selection of fresh flowers from around the world, year round. I had a wonderful experience when I pre-ordered 2 beautiful graduation leis. I was able to view the selection online. I chose the burgundy/white double lei and a yellow double lei. I went in person to place the order and was able to see the leis in a refrigerated display case, the florist that placed my order was very knowledgeable, she identified our school and graduation ceremony date simply with the colors we chose! The flowers were fresh and vibrant. I am extremely happy with the value ($10 less than our other florist) and quality of the leis (larger color selection) read more

They came through in a big way when I was on a time crunch. I was screwed over by another local flower shop and was in a panic because I needed some flowers that evening because of a death in the family. I walked in and the young lady was very sympathetic to my situation and built the most BEAUTIFUL arrangement for me in no time. The arrangement exceeded my expectations and I was ready to pay extra because of the last minute request, but it was priced VERY well. I wish I got the name of the young lady that helped me, but I'm assuming she's the owner or one of the owners. Thank you so much! You saved the day! read more

I used to be getting flowers from this shop as a recipient and they were all beautiful so I thought they were probably an outstanding flower shop. I was in a hurry to purchase corsage and boutonniere for my son's homecoming dance. Since I will be at work before they close at 2pm, I opted for their delivery service for $25. When I got home, I was disappointed to see the two. Simple arrangements that cost me $90. I realized that the flowers are really 4 less but the price was the opposite. For these, it would probably cost way less than I paid for. So overpriced! The owner was rude too. The negative reviews here are consistent. If u want quality flower shop. Do not go here. read more

I am so impressed with the flowers that I have received from La Mirada Flowers for Less. The red roses I received for Valentine's Day lasted for literally, weeks and my coworkers were amazed. I have gifted and received flowers through the years so my rating is based on my customer experience. The arrangement of these flowers is superb and tasteful. The quality of the roses is simply excellent. The petals are firm and the stems are sturdy. I am not an expert but I believe these qualities are the reason my vibrant red roses and lovely pink birthday roses looked beautiful for weeks. I'm recommending this business to all my friends! Thank you to La Mirada Flowers 4 Less for the beautiful arrangements! read more

Walked in on Friday a 4pm looking for 5 boutonniers and 2 corsages for my son's prom...which was the next day!! I was honestly dreading the price tag that comes with stuff like this. I was pleasantly surprised at the prices. The best deal didn't reflect the quality of work. My son and his friends loved the boutonnier and corsages. There was a slight mix up with the order. I called and explained and the lady on the phone was super apologetic and quickly fixed our mix up. Thank you for helping us polish up our kids for their prom!! This has been my whole family's go to flower shop for the past few years now! The owners always give great quality work and their customer service is amazing! They always make sure you and your arrangements are well taken care of! No matter how quick we have needed arrangements, even next day delivery, they have always been there, no if ands or buts! It truly means a lot to them to see their customers happy! The negative comments on here are hard to believe in my opinion, there's always two sides to a story. The owners do a great job in making sure you return to them. Try it out for yourself, let them know what you need and want, and they will make your vision come true! They always go above and beyond the call of duty and I know I honestly really appreciate it! I will always purchase my flowers here, every Mother's Day, birthday, Valentine's Day, my wedding (that is never going to happen) lol, and I hope when Im laid to rest one day, that they will do my bouquets. Love their work! Truly appreciate it! (: read more

Robert and his wife are very nice and straight to the point. (Which I like) other places took weeks to give me an estimate and I got mine the same day. I can't explain how disappointed I am with Weddingflowers4Less. When we had our first meeting this company in February 2012 to discuss our wedding flowers, Robert (I believe he is the owner) had told my husband and myself that the wedding flowers would last for at least two days. Robert had assured us that the flowers would be fine for our wedding day if picked up the afternoon before. Therefore, we had placed an order and agreed to have these flowers picked up on the day before the wedding in June 2012. On the day before our wedding at 1:30 PM, my husband picked up my flowers and immediately drove home. The drive was approximately 15 minutes. We refilled the water in the altar pieces, and put the bouquets into vases in the fridge along with the boutonnieres and corsages. My husband also ensured that the Air Conditioning was on and set to 75 degrees. To my dismay, the hydrangeas and snapdragons were wilting by 8:30 PM that night. By 11:00 PM, my husband was frantically working with a florist friend to recover the wilted flowers and save my wedding arrangements. I am attaching pictures of these flowers as proof of the less than standard work that we were expecting and showing how many flowers had to be removed and recovered/replaced. As you can see by the wilted snapdragon and hydrangea, that these arrangements would not last until the 2:00 PM wedding, let along 2-3 days. Additionally, my bouquet had at least two brown edged roses by the next afternoon. Unfortunately, we had to spend an additional $106 to get more adequate packaging for the boutonnieres/corsages and payment to another flower shop to fix the altar pieces to make them presentable. We visited the store on July 2, 2012 at 5:30 PM to discuss our concerns with WeddingFlowers4Less. Instead of giving an explanation or attempting to remedy the issue, the associate, Stella immediately blamed the flower damage on us. We returned to the store after our honeymoon on August 4 2012 to remediate the issue with the owner. Instead of trying to understand our concerns, Robert was short and rude. He blamed all faults on us and immediate told us to leave the store. If you have experienced buying flowers from any grocery store, such as Trader Joes or Costco, these flowers bought from most stores would last without wilting or brown edges within 8 hours. Therefore, I seriously doubt the credibility and quality of flowers as well as customer service from Wedding Flowers 4 Less. It is to my highest recommedation that you research elsewhere for your wedding flowers if you don't want a stressful wedding. Good luck on your search!!! We already filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau and file a small claim. Please make sure to file your complaints because Yelp would filtered the honest reviews. read more

Update walked in to the flower shop yesterday to place a order. Shawna said she would call me later. I am completely surprised by the bad reviews. We had no problems what so ever with flowers 4 less. They made everything so easy! We purchased one of their wedding packages and were able to customize it with the flowers of our choice. The package came with EVERYTHING you could possibly need for a wedding. They even provide you with the flower girl basket and adorn it with ribbons that match your color scheme. Everyone we worked with there was nothing but nice and very helpful. The best part about this place was the price. I couldn't believe we were able to get all of our ceremony and reception flowers and have them delivered and all setup for only $900. I will have to admit that I wasn't expecting too much because the price was so low, but I was blown away. The flowers were all so beautiful. UPDATE AFTER WEDDING: I was extremely nervous about how the flowers would turn out. When I came in to view my centerpiece, there were literally 5 hydrangeas in it, and I was told that was all my money in the package would buy me. Thankfully, my mom was with me and she could tell I was disappointed, and she paid to have my centerpieces upgraded, at $45 a centerpiece, on top of the package price I had already paid. They get you with the low package prices, but you are forced to upgrade to get quality centerpieces. After this, I was very nervous how the rest would come out, without being able to see them. On my wedding day, however, I was EXTREMELY happy with the way that everything turned out! My bouquet was gorgeous, as were the centerpieces! They looked great, and I ended up being very happy. Ordered some flowers for my mom who recently recovered from breast cancer. Wanted to send her a big bouquet of pink mini roses. Saw the perfect ones online so I called to order. They took my order, informed me they were out on a delivery but would get them to her later that day. I called my mom around 8p and she told me the flowers had arrived but were very wilted :-( I asked her to FaceTime me so I could see. They were in fact extremely wilted and some were even completely dead. I was disappointed as I paid $92 for these flowers but just left it alone. My mom decided to call the next day and explain the situation and how the flowers arrived. Instead of someone helping her out and apologizing, she was met with sarcasm! The gentleman was extremely rude. Sad, but I will never order flowers from them again and I would highly recommend you steer clear as well! read more

Since we did not know what displays are appropriate for a funeral Robert directed us to their website to get pricing and packages. My wife went to the store to order the package in person and request specific flowers. Robert helped her understand that certain flowers, although pretty, do not hold up well and offered alternatives. If you are a bride and you are looking for Ehh communication and you know what you want? Then maybe I'd choose this place for your florist. I recently got married and I used Wedding Flowers 4 Less. The whole process with the consultation, went well, GREAT! I thought I was getting the best flowers, the best prices, the best vendor! BAM! my florist knew exactly what I wanted with little description. I was so thrilled! 4 days before my wedding, there was a miscommunication with my wedding venue and my florist. This is where I knew what I was paying for was what I'd be receiving. At this point, I was being told the flowers I was promised, were not going to show up. At the consultation, I was not asked for proof of payment of a package that I had purchased with my wedding venue. Don't you think that if you're a vendor of any sort and you cared that you'd ask for confirmation and not just do it by word of mouth? I get it, businesses are wanting to be respectful by trusting your word. However, don't call the wedding venue 4 DAYS before your client's wedding asking for payment when you lacked the knowledge of asking your client for proof of payment. I was so mad. Eventually, things worked out where the flowers I received were to almost everything I asked for. I still had a few mistakes that, some were taken care of, but some were not. I was told I'd get mason jar flowers with shepards hook for down the aisle, didn't get that. When the mother's corsages arrived, I received pinned corsages, not wrist. I was told I'd get a call back asking for confirmation of pinned or wrist. Also, never got my toss bouquet. Also, I had to make a call back the day of my wedding because I was promised log pieces for my centerpieces. The pieces did not arrive until I was walking down the aisle. To top it off: My flowers were ehh okay. I never thought I'd be leaving a negative review for this flower place. The owners are very nice but the end result was not what I was expecting. Also, their open hours, call before you go in. I went there two different times that they said they'd be open and weren't there. Call first if you insist on using this floral vendor. read more

I wouldn't even give this place one star. My experience I had with this business is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had to deal with. Long story short I went into wedding flowers 4 less to tell them what I wanted. My total on my bill was $181 and I asked if I could put a $80 deposit down that day. The owner, Shawna then took my payment and I proceeded to say my dad would pick up my flowers the day of the wedding and I'll be giving him cash to pay the remainder of my bill which was $100, she said that was fine and that was it. One day before my wedding, I got a call from Robert saying he needed my payment asap. It was my rehearsal dinner, I was setting up for my wedding and by the time I called them back, their employee said my flowers weren't ordered or done because they never received the remainder of my balance. First off, that's why I gave a deposit. That's what a deposit is for. Second, my bill was $181 and you're trying to tell me that my $80 wasn't enough to finish my small flower order? If the rest of my money was that important why didn't I receive a call weeks before my wedding? Why did the owner say it was okay from the beginning? This business lacks communication between each other, and respect for their customers. I am a small business owner myself and when a customer pays partial payment, I complete the order and take the rest of the payment day of pick up. Robert the owner, is so rude that it made me sick. He was disrespectful over the phone and treated me like someone who wasn't giving his business money. I would never treat my customers the way he did. He refused to give me my deposit back so I am forced to go through my bank. Which looks horrible on their part. If you are looking for flowers, go else where. By far the rudest business owners I have ever dealt with. read more

This is my second time visiting this florist and the owner is as rude and unfriendly as my first visit. I walked in and was asked if I needed help. I said, "yes, I'm looking for graduation leis." The owner stated that's all we have in the refrigerator. I said ok, while the wife was just standing there drinking her coke and he's filling an order. So I asked, "can I walk in and get one" and he said, "no, no one us allowed in there." My reply was well can you help me then as I'm just standing her waiting for help. He smirked and walked over meanwhile the wife is still just standing there doing nothing. He picked one up and I said I'll take it wanting to get the heck out of there. Another customer walked in and the owner asked him if was picking up an order and the man said yes and the owner asked what's the name. Very unhappy with the arrangement I got for my nieces services. For the amount of money I paid it was terrible compared to the other ones that were there for way less.. the flowers started wilting the evening of, the fullness of the wreath was nothing compared to the imagine that is online, the color of the flowers were beautiful but quality was bad. The bow for $15 was a joke. The delivery fee was outrageous.. I would never use them again. Shop around people! Below is a picture of the bow that was supposedly supposed to have a little message on it and this is what we got. I'm not one to complain, I never leave reviews but I just couldn't let this go. I also left a side by side picture of what the website looked like in comparison to what we got .. granted the picture was taken 3 days after the fact..I wanted you all to see the width and the thinness of the wreath compared to what the website shows. read more

Purchased an orchad lei for my only child's high school graduation and ordered a corsage for his prom date. Picked up the lei that was dyed blue the night before his graduation. I had asked if the dye would stain clothes if the color were to run. I was told the colors would not run. Took it home immediately and put it in the refrigerator. The next morning the lei was drenched in its container and the color was running. The lei looked wilted and sickly. We were stuck with it and gave it to my son. I had come back to the florist to let them know and they made excuses about the place they buy them from. They never offered an apology or any kind of compensation. Picked up the corsage at 11:00 a.m.ish a few days later and my son gave it to his date at 3:30. Rose petals were falling off of one of the three small roses at that time. By the end of dinner(6:30) one rose had completely lost all of its petals. By 9:00 my son sent me a picture of another rose that had lost all of its petals. Took it back to florist the next day and got accused of droping it. Then the owner says, "Weren't you the guy complaining about the lei the other day?" I said I was. He then said that it was a miricle that both of these would happen to one person. I told him that is wasn't a mircle, it was a shame. He said, "No. It's a miricle." Then he said it looks like someone dropped it. I felt accused and offered to show him time and date stamped, play by play pictures. He didn't want to see them and continued to treat my wife and me rude and told his wife/cashier to give us our money back. Things happen and I get that, but accusing your customers and treating them rudely is not at all acceptable by me. I would never treat anyone like that and I certainly don't expect to get treated like that. Very rude and sub par products. They do not stand behind what they sell and make excuses about everyone else so the blame doesn't fall on them if something goes wrong. These were important days in my family's lives. I will not trust them ever again. Make sure you weigh things out for yourself before you decide to let this place supply flowers for your special occasions. Bad, BAD customer service. read more

I went in for a consultation this weekend and Robert was incredibly rude to me. From the very beginning he was very short and the questions he asked about what I was looking for felt more like an interrogation than a conversation. When things really went off the tracks was when he asked me about my budget and I mentioned a low bid I'd gotten elsewhere. That was when he seemed to give up on me, crumpling up the invoice/estimate he'd been writing and saying there was no way he could beat that. For me, price is not the only factor in my decision-making process. I would have still considered Wedding Flowers 4 Less if I had not gotten such dismissive and harsh treatment. Took me several hours to shake off the bad vibe. :( read more
