My boyfriend and I actually initially found it as we were driving through La Mirada, but the name of the store caught my eye and we went in a few months ago, but I'm finally getting around to writing a review for them now! There was a gentleman who was running the store, who I learned was the owner! They had apparently been open in LA for a long time before packing up and moving over to La Mirada! The plants inside (as the name might suggest) were a mixture of trees and small plants. I'm not the best at knowing what plant species are what, but the vibe was very gardeny. What I mean by that is, that the owner of the location seems familiar with the plants, handling them, repotting them, etc. The entire time we were perusing, he was moving plants around, repotting, while also being very attentive and answering our questions. My favorite part of the store is tucked away in the back corner. It's a collection of art and art pieces. The painted plants were actually painted by the store owner's mother! In the end, that's what I ended up buying (I got 3 painted pictures). I don't remember exactly what the price was, but I remember being very pleased with what we got. If you have 5-10 minutes to spare and you're in the area, I recommend checking out Namoo Plant Shop. What you find might actually surprise you!

Both Trees Died Within Two Months -- The Unprofessional Service Was Even More Disappointing…read more I purchased two 8-foot Black Olive trees from NAMOO PLANT at a fairly expensive price, including delivery and installation. We followed their specific watering instructions exactly. However, after about a month, one tree started drying out. I repeatedly sent photos and asked for advice, but they simply told us to water more, which we did. Later, I also informed them that water wasn't being absorbed properly and was collecting in the planter. Their only response was that the water would eventually be absorbed and that we should scoop out the excess. Eventually, both trees started drying out, so I requested an in-person inspection. Their representative briefly touched a few leaves, shook the trees, and declared that they had already been dying for a month and that even the roots were now dead, without conducting any thorough inspection. What makes this especially frustrating is that a month earlier, when I first reported the problem and sent photos, their advice was to give the trees more water. Yet there are cases where trees dry out because their roots cannot properly absorb water. This makes me seriously question whether they assessed the situation at all before repeatedly telling us to water more. Throughout the process, they kept blaming the weather and indoor environment without properly inspecting the trees or offering any practical solutions. It felt like talking to a wall, hearing the same excuses over and over. When I questioned how two large, mature trees could die within just two months, their proposed solution was to offer me 50% off another tree. After such an experience, why would I spend more money buying another tree from the same company? I found that suggestion ridiculous. I later requested reasonable compensation, but they stopped responding altogether. I understand that plants can be affected by environmental conditions. However, I expect a professional plant company to properly assess problems, provide knowledgeable advice, and take responsibility for its customer service. What disappointed me most wasn't just losing the trees, but the questionable advice, superficial inspection, repeated excuses, and lack of accountability. I cannot recommend this company. I truly regret not reading the reviews more carefully before purchasing.

It's a small location, but packed to the brim with collectibles from popular series like Frieren, Dragon Ball, Chiikawa, Sanrio, JoJo, etc. There's a convenient coin machine to tap your card, get coins, and start pulling. Everything is clean and organized, and although it's usually just one staff member, they've always been nice and helpful. A couple things to know: * No bathroom on site, so plan accordingly. * It's a small space, so it can get cramped if there's a crowd (though I've rarely seen more than one or two other people there at a time). * Pricing is fair considering they're paying rent like everyone else here. * Restocks are fast, so it's worth checking back for the latest stuff.
