Walked in on a Thursday morning and one guy was working. He was in the trenches with working on stuff. I asked to purchase a bouquet and they had three size options available as well as a dozen roses. Not many options readily available but all looked great. I called and the lady was very nice and helpful to advise me what to order and also write on the banner. Payment was done via venmo and she made it so quick and easy to text her the address and time of the funeral. Because of covid limitations, I was not able to attend the funeral, however she sent photos and videos of the arrangement and had it delivered a few hours before the service. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! SHE IS A SCAMMER!!! I would give negative stars if I could!!! I still remember my horrific wedding flowers vividly. She asked for money upfront and I should've known. When I signed the contract, she told me she has done many weddings at my venue. After my wedding, my venue manager told me she has never seen them before and she actually felt really bad for me of how horrible the flowers looked because I spent over $50000 for 100 guests to ensure a luxurious wedding. I gave the florist/owner the EXACT PICTURES of how I wanted the arrangements to look and she swore that she can do it. My flowers were supposed to be delivered by 10 am, but she showed up with some high school students past 1 pm to deliver and FLOWERS LOOKED NOTHING LIKE WHAT I ASKED FOR!!! She didn't even get the colors right!!! I asked for BLUSH & BURGUNDY flowers and she brought purple flowers that I could've picked up from the side of a road. Flowers were wilted and number of flowers were nothing like what she promised. SHE DIDN'T EVEN PUT THE ARRANGEMENTS TOGETHER!!! She didn't even bother putting up the arrangements she brought on the ceremony pillars like we had discussed. The flowers were left on the floor at the altar for the ceremony and I found this out when I walked down my aisle with my father during my ceremony. WTF?!! Her excuse was, "I thought I could get the people at the venue to put the flowers for me". ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!!!! Isn't it YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to put all the arrangements?!! One flower arrangement that made to pillar was put up by my venue manager because SHE DIDN'T EVEN BRING A LADDER TO PUT UP FLOWERS!!!!! Are you kidding me?!!!!! Oh, since she showed up so damn late, guests were already seated for the ceremony while she was "setting up" a hot mess. Our videographer knocked over one of the vases as she left them blocking people's walkways and she immediately asked for money. I added couple small vases few weeks before the wedding and she asked to make the payment on that day. I paid her upfront of all balances and had less than $300 to give her for those additional vases. She kept harassing me to pay her DURING MY WEDDING CEREMONY!!! Not knowing what was going on outside of my bride's room, I paid her plus a GENEROUS TIP!! I was sooooooo pissed when I walked down my aisle to see the hot mess she created. I also ordered simple buttercream cake so I can have beautiful flowers on my cake, but I received was purple wild flower piece of SH**!!! Turns out, she was closing her shop location permanently the next day!!!!!! I found this after my wedding. She just wanted to take my money and ruin my picture perfect day!! I had researched all the florists around Fullerton and finally ordered flowers 4 days prior to a concert and when I had someone go pick them up on the day of, they said they didn't have the flowers. I requested that the flowers be ready by 6pm or 6:30pm latest. Went to pick up around 6:45pm and the flowers were NOT ready. In fact, the owner had no idea about the order. Shop was closing at 7pm. How could this be?! I had spoken with an English-speaking employee when placing the order; she even consulted with the owner about what kind of flowers I should bring to the event because I said it was for my dad's concert and that I wanted them to look good in pictures (I had specifically requested that the flowers look full like the $30 arrangements seen on Yelp). I was willing to spend more but I thought the arrangements I had seen in pictures looked good and full so $30 would suffice. The owner said that the purple wrapping and red roses would look nice in pictures (because I had asked if the pink roses or red roses arrangement would look better) so the employee took down my name and number and said the order was placed. She also said that I could pay in cash or card on the day of. Rest assured, I had gone on a business trip and had someone else (placed the order in their name) go pick up the flowers 30min-1hr prior because the shop was only 15min away from the actual concert. On the day of, I get a call informing me that the flowers were NOT ready, or that they didn't even have my order in the first place. WHAT?!?! Are you kidding?! So I got on the phone and had asked what had happened... she had no excuse, but then tried charging $45 for this bouquet (to the person that was picking up). Edit: AFTER she hade made the bouquet, she said, "This bouquet is normally $45 but I will give it to you for $30 because of the confusion." She had not explained that she could make it look fuller for more money. We are only stating things that had happened, not things that could have been done or said. If that was the case, I would have spent double to make it look fuller if I had to. But this was not the case and this was also not explained to me four days prior when I had placed my order. Regardless, money is not the issue here. The issue is that the flowers were NOT ready for pickup resulting in the person picking up the flowers be late to the concert. Anyway, I was extremely upset and disappointed that this had to happen for my dad's concert. If you want to make sure your order is placed right, you better call to remind them the day before AND the morning of. The one star is for her effort in trying to whip up this arrangement but I still can't get over how small this arrangement is. At least place more fillers and try to charge $45. I asked for a picture since I wasn't able to see it in person, and when this is what I got, I knew I had to leave a review. This is my FIRST negative Yelp review by the way.. that's how disappointed I was. This doesn't mean I will never go back because I know mistakes can happen especially if you are that busy. I just hope they have better communication amongst their staff so these things don't happen again. read more

After reading great reviews and browsing pretty flower arrangement photos on yelp on the night before, I decided to stop by on the morning of my daughter's graduation ceremony day. I called 30 mins prior to arriving and let her know that I was coming and if it's possible for her to make me some bouquets on such a last minute notice. She said she was in the middle of a class but she was willing to do it for me. 30 mins later I arrived at the store, and found out they only had some baby breath and fresh red roses available in stock. So I showed her some pictures of bouquets what I had in mind, which style I liked, and Sarah, the owner, said she could do it. I stayed there the whole time and watched her and her assistant creating the bouquets for me. Many times, too, she checked on me whether I liked the wrap or color that she planned to use. 45 mins later, I had 2 beautiful bouquets in my hands. Big baby breath bouquet and red roses bouquet. The korean style bouquets I wanted, modern vintage rustic style I preferred and my daughter loves. At the graduation event, my daughter had the best bouquets in her arms!
