I called and set up a time to swing by, Pat was kind and communicated clearly to make sure she understood what I wanted (I have never had anything altered before lol) all in all I just needed about 3-4 inches off, but to keep the bottom ruffle intact. When I picked it up it was perfect. If the dress wasn't the perfect length now, I wouldn't have even known it was altered. I was more than impressed by the quality and timeliness of her work. I've been here before, but after this last experience, I will never be back. The fitting process felt rushed, almost like they were trying to get me out the door, and when I picked up my jeans, the alterations were terrible. I pointed out what was wrong, but instead of fixing it or offering a refund, they just told me it "couldn't be fixed." I paid $65 for work that not only ruined my jeans but also came with zero accountability. It makes no sense that a tailor can't correct their own mistakes. Absolutely the last time I'll ever go here.

I finally decided it was time to find someone to help me update some of my favorite clothing items and I'm so glad to have found Ruthie K. I emailed Ruthie to schedule a time to come in and she responded within 24 hours. As I work a 9-5 and can't schedule appointments in the AM, I appreciated that she was flexible to my high maintenance schedule. I was able to try on each piece I had brought in and we talked about what I was looking to do. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I suggest taking shoes with you when getting alterations, I had 3 different pairs (flats, heels and my everyday boots) and Ruthie helped me find a length that allowed me to wear any of these shoes. Her turnaround at the time was very quick. When I went back to pick up my pieces, I tried each of them on again to make sure no further alterations were needed. Each item fit perfectly. I will definitely be using Ms. Ruthie again in they future. Services I used: Hem pants & Dress Shorten sleeves and tighten buttons on a sweater

She was incredibly rude to my child when my child was about to cry because her dress was ruined. We then had to rush to find a dress in 2 days.
