I've been here before, but after this last experience, I will never be back. The fitting process felt rushed, almost like they were trying to get me out the door, and when I picked up my jeans, the alterations were terrible. I pointed out what was wrong, but instead of fixing it or offering a refund, they just told me it "couldn't be fixed." I paid $65 for work that not only ruined my jeans but also came with zero accountability. It makes no sense that a tailor can't correct their own mistakes. Absolutely the last time I'll ever go here.

Asking your crush out on a date to Medieval Times--that's hard. Confronting grandma about her drinking as she drains her fifth gin and tonic during Thanksgiving--that's hard. Finding a dry cleaner that can pull a two-day turnaround AND has eco friendly services. That's really hard. Really. Hard. And then I found Star Cleaners. Little did I realize they were a gem of the Lynnwood scene for a long time. I needed to get my daughter's prom dress cleaned quickly. Like I wrote above--a two-day turnaround. The staff didn't bat an eye. "Of course we can do it." Those golden words singing from their lips nearly gave me an out-of-body experience. The result? Perfection. The dress looks great. Daughter is pleased. They have my business moving forward.

When I told them an item was missing they told me it was nothing they could do because my receipt listed only 5 items instead of six. The gentleman who helped me was polite and quick to get my info into the computer. I was able to quickly setup my payment method on my phone, apply a fantastic coupon and pre-pay for my item. Additionally, my item was ready for pickup 2 or 3 days earlier than anticipated and I was notified via text. Wonderful experience at Morrell's and I'll definitely be back!
