I've been here before, but after this last experience, I will never be back. The fitting process felt rushed, almost like they were trying to get me out the door, and when I picked up my jeans, the alterations were terrible. I pointed out what was wrong, but instead of fixing it or offering a refund, they just told me it "couldn't be fixed." I paid $65 for work that not only ruined my jeans but also came with zero accountability. It makes no sense that a tailor can't correct their own mistakes. Absolutely the last time I'll ever go here.

She also made both me and my fiancee feel completely comfortable, safe and cared for during every visit. My second look dress is made completely of beads, making tailoring and alterations incredibly challenging. She did it perfectly speaking to her talent, attention to detail and experience. She also does not up charge for her alterations, and understands that weddings are incredibly expensive, and how impactful it is to have dress alterations not cost an arm and a leg. I cannot say enough about how incredible Svetlana is, and how her work speaks to her dedication to every person who walks in the door. Thank you for everything!!

As far as speed of delivery, I don't usually come there with things that I need immediately, so I give them time to give me the best product. However, there have been a couple of occasions when I may have requested fast service, and they did it in a very expedient time. The customer service is top-notch; they seem to know exactly what I want. I walk in, don't have to say much, and put on my clothes. They just get to work, and a tailor does all my pants, slacks, jeans, or whatever it may be. They contour my clothing to figure out how to make me feel comfortable when I put them on. Most people would say I should just buy another pair of jeans and slacks instead of paying for tailoring, but the clothes I buy don't always fit the way I want them to. So I take them here, and they do an amazing job. There's no other place I'd take them. If you're ever in the area, you should definitely check them out. They do amazing work and go above and beyond to ensure that the threads and everything they replace match the material you have. They're very meticulous with their work.

I found one online (Zappos) that I purchased and liked, but I kept looking because I wanted floor length rather than a shorter knee length dress. I ended up finding what I thought was the same dress but longer version. It was the same size so I thought it would fit perfectly....but it didn't. It was too big in the shoulders, sleeves, sides (pretty much everywhere). I remembered this little shop and how kind they were when my fiancé had them fix the zipper on his coat. So, I thought I would try it. I was a little worried there may be a language barrier and they wouldn't understand me...but they did. I should also note I put off the wedding dress until the last moment, I came to them about 2 weeks before the big day. I came in about a week after giving it to them and there was fabric that bunched over my tummy, I told her I could pin it to my body suit...but she altered it and I was able to pick it up in 2 days. I was so pleased. I felt comfortable & dare I say beautiful. Thank you!

Now thank you for the compliment, but really...I lost a whole jacket size in a week. Yeah right, not with my bag of Lays a night habit! Never again!
