As far as speed of delivery, I don't usually come there with things that I need immediately, so I give them time to give me the best product. However, there have been a couple of occasions when I may have requested fast service, and they did it in a very expedient time. The customer service is top-notch; they seem to know exactly what I want. I walk in, don't have to say much, and put on my clothes. They just get to work, and a tailor does all my pants, slacks, jeans, or whatever it may be. They contour my clothing to figure out how to make me feel comfortable when I put them on. Most people would say I should just buy another pair of jeans and slacks instead of paying for tailoring, but the clothes I buy don't always fit the way I want them to. So I take them here, and they do an amazing job. There's no other place I'd take them. If you're ever in the area, you should definitely check them out. They do amazing work and go above and beyond to ensure that the threads and everything they replace match the material you have. They're very meticulous with their work.

He took one look at it and said it was too long, the wrong size, he disparaged that it was a three button. He then had the gall to ask if someone had just given the jacket to me, implying that it was a castoff. I was totally flabbergasted that he could be so rude and condescending to his first customer of the day. I wouldn't go back if he was the last person on earth.
