When I refused to pay for the service, she became visibly rude and would address me through a sales associate standing next to her. I guess it's the new owners I don't know for sure I'm sure it is because my daughter told me about…read morethem in the past.. she told me she wouldn't go back there because the owner's wife locked the doors start counting the money while she was in there.. well today I experienced them for myself.. there's only two tables and one of the tables the husband and another guy that works there had a bunch of machine parts over one of the tables.. this about 3:00 in the afternoon now it's crowded in there no sitting room only one table left I use two of the big dryers by the door and three smaller dryers they're all close by the door now and everybody's coming in and out the door the wife decides she wants to clean up she wants to sweep.. I dropped two dry sheets on the ground and here comes the owner with a broom like where are you really going with this broom you can't wait.. well one thing for sure I would never go back into that establishment again not why they own that business.. I stay in a apartment complex walking distance I'm telling everybody about this rudeness I have been going there over 20 years never again..
