I had been using this dry cleaner for a number of years since they are in the neighborhood. I agreed to drop off my Burberry trench coat with leather findings. I had told the owner I didn't feel comfortable leaving the belt and buckels with them due to the newness of the leather findings replaced a couple of weeks ago. Owner let me know that she would cover them, take special care of them, and that 'they were the best dry cleaner' in the area. After much convincing I did leave my coat for cleaning. Today upon picking it up, all the brand new leather findings were destroyed. I was told 'it was not their fault', and that no discount was being offered, and I need to 'pay and go' after asking for a solution now that I had to repair said items. Female owner was argumentative and not at all open to an amicable solution, and told me 'i will black list you from all other dry cleaners' by phone call due to my asking for a solution to destroying my coat. Female owner let me know she was the victim in this situation. Her overreaction and completely unprofessional behavior was shocking to say the least! An attempt at calm negotiation was met with letting me know she thought I was 'a liar' about the newness of my leather findings. I will never again use this cleaner and you shouldn't either unless you like destroyed items and a blatant disregard for customer service. DO NOT USE this dry cleaner!!! read more

I walked in and the husband greeted me with a hello. I said hello and proceeded to point out what I wanted done, and how I would like it, and showed the stains on my clothes. Then his wife came and something to him in their language. She then proceeded to grab my clothes. I reached for them them back and said please don't snatch my clothes, so I could point out the stains and other items, and asked if she could get the stains out. She just responded dryly and said I don't know it's a lot of stains. I am a professional black woman with class , who treats everyone with respect and dignity. I was also asking if she could repair an area that needed tacking on the lapel and how much it costs. She got angry at me like I was causing her a problem by asking questions and calling her stupid, since she was a seamstress of 40 years. I tried to say I'm sorry and I had a right to ask questions and to show where there was issues were on the clothes. She told me to get out of her cleaners. I will never go back there because the Asian lady treated me like I worthless and of no value. I feel like they are biased and racial towards me as well. I work hard for my money and didn't deserve that. They don't deserve my money and I will go to Seattles Best Cleaners before I deal with them again. Seattles Best treats customers with dignity and respect and they are not a biased Asian owned Cleaners. read more

I came here because it's super close to where I live, and I'm happy that the customer service is as awesome as it is. The couple that run the place are really friendly, and to get my shit dry cleaned and hemmed only took two days at a very decent price! I really suggest this place if you need any alterations or cleaning, you'll get it back fast and looking sharp! read more

Great option for a dry cleaner on this side of town. The shop is always clean and the staff is friendly. Prices are a little higher than I have paid in other towns but still on trend for this area. I wish they had a system for getting shirts in and out quicker (in by 8am pick up at 6pm or something similar) but it's not a deal breaker. They used to write last name on the shirt below the buttons but now use a sticker which is appreciated- a much better option than permanent marker and you know it's your shirt no problem. read more

Did a great job with my coat. I had previously gotten it "cleaned" and it looked like some curly haired blonde woman with tons of lint on her clothes wore my coat to a goodwill and rolled around in it. Prices are outrageous! Dropped 4 dress shirts off and they came back incredibly wrinkly. I am used to paying a lot less and having uniforms come back spot free, starched, and pressed. They might as well have taken these shirts out of my laundry basket and put them on a hanger. read more

WASTE OF MY TIME! I brought in my wedding dress to be altered. I tried it on in the only dirty, tiny 3ft x 3ft dressing room with a half door so anyone in the store can visibily see you dressing. That wasn't even the worst part, the woman there was very rude and treated me poorly. I needed alterations around the bust and with no explanation; snapping no I can't do that. She did not think my dress was expensive enough for alterations. I had been referred by a family member who came in with me and she was mortified and embarassed about bringing me in. The next day I was treated like a human being at another business and gladly paid them for their services! read more

There is a man and a woman. Talk to the woman. The man gets angry very quickly and told me to leave his store. I had to go back when the woman was there to get my clothes. They will also write your name in marker or place a permanent sticker on your clothes which cannot be removed. Very unprofessional. read more

Dry cleaning prices are reasonable and the turnaround is fast. They do a great job with alterations including taking in jackets, hemming pants, and fixing tears. I've been able to pick up items for cleaning or alteration only a day or two after dropping it off after asking. Very good customer service and quality of work, they're my go to place. read more
