I've been here before, but after this last experience, I will never be back. The fitting process felt rushed, almost like they were trying to get me out the door, and when I picked up my jeans, the alterations were terrible. I pointed out what was wrong, but instead of fixing it or offering a refund, they just told me it "couldn't be fixed." I paid $65 for work that not only ruined my jeans but also came with zero accountability. It makes no sense that a tailor can't correct their own mistakes. Absolutely the last time I'll ever go here.
