This place was ok. My hash browns were barely cooked. It was hard to tell because of the green chili all over them. But I could not eat them. my wife also had hash browns and hers were cooked. My wives breakfast was fine and my nephew had the belly bustin biscuits and gravy and he said those were good.

Whenever I'm in NM I must go to Wecks. Tried a different location this time. The service was great. Our server was on point and definitely provided us with excellent service. So grateful. Now for the food. The Original Bowl!! My favorite. This time I got an over easy egg. Usually get scrambled. Game changer. It was so good yall. I enjoyed it so much. My son got the Plate. He finished the entire thing. He ordered his with both chiles. Me... green chile only. We enjoyed it so much and I am looking forward to going back again.

This is a local chain restaurant in Albuquerque. Definitely not a regular but I can say that they are doing something right, as their restaurant was packed! Upon arriving, I appreciated the sign outside welcoming customers in, and including there was no wait time! This specific location had a cool retro vibe which is replicated across the other locations I've been to! The service was great!! I always appreciate servers which provide a coffee pitcher for the table. Our waiter consistently checked on our party and even remembered to bring our pancake at the end of the meal. I would say this is a save choice to please the out of town crowd :)

Came for the papas, and it didn't disappoint. The green chili was smooth and goes well with the carne. The portion for plate was YUGE, I almost thought that I need to finish it off in 4 meals (it's 3). Wish there were more green chili to go with the gigantic portions, ketchup and hot sauce just can't cut it. Service was great too, love the New Mexican hospitality that I can feel everywhere I go.

The Manager, I believe his name is Danny does an awesome job managing Weck's. He is very attentive and treats his employees and guest with respect. All the employees are very friendly and treat you like your the #1 guest. The food is always awesome and so is the service. I enjoy visiting Weck's once or twice a week for breakfast. I highly recommend choosing Weck's for breakfast and lunch.

Always a pleasant and delicious experience eating here. I popped in for a late breakfast. My server was Mikayla and she was so attentive and sweet!!! I love servers who add pleasantries to your day. I had the two egg breakfast and my eggs were cooked to order....scrambled and cooked thoroughly. No jiggly eggs for me! The value 2 egg order is such a great bargain, it comes w two eggs, hash browns, toast and either two strips of bacon or two sausages for $10.99! I chose crispy bacon and once again my bacon was cooked perfectly. Even the bacon is a thick cut high quality bacon. Very tasty. I ordered a side of green chile and it added to the deliciousness of this meal. Coffee was hot, and tasty and tasted like it was a fresh pot. Yum!

Hungry? This is your place. Big portions, I usually can't finish it all. The pecan pie waffle was great tasting and came topped with pecans and whipped cream, I ran out of stomach before I ran out of waffle. We also got the Farmers Market Omelet. Excellent ingredient quality and loads of them. Of course there's more to their menu. One of my usual favorites is the biscuit and gravy. Single biscuit only please! Expect to wait to be seated on the weekends - but worth it. If you leave here hungry it's your own fault

Flew in to Albuquerque to visit my in-laws. Saw this place after returning safely from a hot air balloon. WECKS!! First sign of good food to me is great customer service. The host seemed to have been happy to see my wife and I. Little did she know. We were happy to see her because we were hungry. Sat down, met our waitress who was supper nice! The breakfast and lunch menu was overwhelming to look at but we made a tough decision. The classic steak burrito, Chile sauce on the side for me. Belgium waffle. My wife had eggs Benedict with spinach. Place was busy, food came out in less then 10 min. I'm exaggerating, because it was more like 5 min. Said all of that to say. The food was good. Coffee was good. The restaurant was clean. The manager also made his way around the entire area to check on how service was. Can't beat that. **** Peace, love and joy to everyone.

This was my first time to a Wecks in Albuquerque, NM. I ordered the pancake combo, it comes with two sides (bacon and eggs for me). The pancakes are huge! So bring your appetite. The eggs were not freshly made, but the service made up for it. The ambiance was nice, quiet, and clean. The décor nicely done. Thank you Weaks staff for a wonderful friendly experience! See you guys next time. Definitely a place I would revisit.

The parking is a bit crazy, they do have someone trying to help direct traffic through the parking lot. If you don't want to brave that though, there's plenty of street parking. It's busy but there's a lot of indoor and outdoor seating and the turnover pace is pretty good. Things can be a bit loud if you hit the crowded times, but really it's a popular spot for good reason. I got the sweet potato hash and it had the perfect mix of veggies and eggs and was cooked just right. I also tried one of their tea blends and it really hit the spot. It has a modern, bright, aesthetic vibe with marble-style tables, clean decor, and a great atmosphere to sit and hang out. Visually, it checks all the boxes for a trendy brunch spot. The staff were very kind and went out of their way to be helpful and attentive to all guests. Unfortunately, the food and value simply don't match the ambiance. We ordered two straightforward breakfast plates and iced coffees, and the bill came out to around $40--which feels way too expensive for what actually ends up on your plate. The first dish was a basic breakfast sandwich on an English muffin served with a small side ramekin of kale salad. While the presentation was neat, the sandwich itself was fairly standard and underwhelming for the price tag. The second plate was a traditional breakfast layout featuring scrambled eggs, toast, bacon, jam, and the same small kale side. The eggs were cooked fine and the bacon was crisp, but there was nothing unique or memorable about the flavors to justify charging high-end prices for staple breakfast ingredients.  All in all, while the aesthetic and atmosphere are definitely inviting, paying $40 for two plain breakfast plates leaves a sour taste. If you're looking for an impressive food experience to match the high price point, you might end up

The kids are happy, I'm happy, and honestly, that's a successful breakfast in my book. The only downside is the limited seating. It's a smaller location, so it can fill up quickly, especially during the breakfast rush. If you happen to come during a really busy time, you may have to wait a bit to find a table. That said, I don't think it takes away from the experience you just have to time it right. We usually come for breakfast since they're open for breakfast and lunch, and this time I tried the Grande burrito. And let me tell you, "Grande" is not an exaggeration. That is a LOT of food. I got the bacon-smothered burrito with red chile, and it was delicious. Unfortunately, I could not finish it. I do wish there was something between the Grande and Junior because the Grande is a serious commitment, and I'm not sure the Junior would be enough. I'll have to try it next time and find out. My daughter ordered the steak sandwich, which comes with an Angus sirloin steak on Texas toast. It looked a little wild when it came out, but she ate it and said it was delicious, so apparently the presentation was just part of the experience. My son got the sausage, egg and cheese biscuits. He ate the whole thing, so clearly he approved. His only complaint was that the biscuit kept falling apart, but considering he's a little kid, I'm going to blame that one on the user rather than the biscuit. The staff has always been friendly during our visits. On this particular morning, a gentleman came around several times to refill our house coffee, which I always appreciate. Good service and a full coffee cup go a long way. And if you're into pastries and coffee, they have plenty of options. I've tried their blueberry muffin, and it is divine. They also have different baked scones, and I've had their lattes and macchiatos, which have all been really good. I still need to come back during the lunch hours because there are several things I want to try. The hot beef sundae caught my attention, and the Philly also looked really good. There are so many different options that I feel like I could keep coming back and ordering something different every time. This is definitely the kind of place where you can stop in, grab something really good, enjoy a little coffee, and get on with your morning. It's casual, welcoming, and consistently good. Limited seating is really my only complaint. Otherwise, I've been here multiple times and have yet to leave disappointed. Definitely a must-try!

For our meal, we ordered two Chicken & Waffles plates, a Blue Corn Lavender Waffle, and a kids' plate. The Chicken & Waffles were the highlight of the meal, offering a satisfying balance of sweet and savory flavors. The Blue Corn Lavender Waffle was a unique touch and a fun way to try something distinctly New Mexican. Neither my wife nor I cared for the drip coffee, so we asked a staff member if we could swap it out for double espressos. They were happy to accommodate us, and the espresso was a significant improvement. The service was friendly, and the staff made a positive first impression from the phone call all the way through our visit. For our family, the total came to about $80, which felt a little steep. We ended up eating inside since the patio tables were either occupied or unavailable (due to a sleeping homeless person). The restaurant is housed in a renovated older home, and they've done a nice job making the most of the space. One of my favorite touches was the collection of retro waffle makers displayed along the walls, which added a fun, nostalgic charm to the atmosphere.
