I have driven the car over a thousand miles without an issue and am very satisfied with my purchase. I would recommend Sam's and Willie to anyone including friends and family members. The Island collection of dealerships on Hylan Boulevard is pretty awesome in both quality of…read moreproduct and service. When looking around a I made an appointment to test drive two used cars. I went to the wrong location by mistake. You need to watch which store the car or cars your looking at is. I was about to go back on the bus to go across town when the salesman told me to sit down and let him call the other location. They literally had someone come out and drive me to the next location. They made sure to help me get everything resolved on site. Even without buying from them, just their presales efforts alone were enough for me to write a glowing review. "Walk in a pauper, get pampered like royalty" should be their slogan. On top of that the sales and financing team makes every effort to help you navigate the beaurocracy and afford paying for your new or used car right off their lot. Going here felt more like visiting a friend or family, than visiting a business. Highly recommend if you're in the market.

I visited several different dealerships over Labor Day weekend. This dealership was rude and…read moreunprofessional. I was interested in leasing a small SUV after test driving the Trax asked what I could expect to pay monthly on a lease. He quoted a number without asking what I was putting down or what my credit score was which I found surprising. When I said that was much more than I wanted to pay he said it was the lowest I could expect to pay. When I got up to leave the shady manager followed us out and said "come back and talk" I told him you already told me you couldn't possibly do better so no point! They are shady and unprofessional. I bought what I wanted from a another dealer within my budget.

However the service department is so bad it would be funny if it wasn't my fully loaded 2ss camaro being the bad end of the joke. Most recently I visited because of my interior having multiple bad rattles. I pointed out that this is factory sound system and that the rattles occur at half volume 3/4 bass. The dealership excitedly told me that they had simply turned down the bass and that the problem was solved. Additionally my seat needs to be replaced and my infotainment system likes to freeze. It's been about a month since i visited the dealership during which nothing was done except for a promise to call me back. Still no call back and I have left messages

Island Mazda was now much closer so I decided to come talk to someone here rather than travel back to Brooklyn. I was helped by Yuri. He made sure all my requests were met immediately and with professionalism. Usually dealerships have the super "sales-y" vibe and all they want to do is get the most money out of your pocket into theirs. Yuri was the complete opposite. I appreciate everything from the minute I stepped into the dealership to leaving with my new car. Thank you so much for your help Yuri!

I thought I'd be writing a positive review about this dealership, however due to the lies made…read moreabout the car, I'm finding it difficult to say anything good. First is the recall. The dealership specified to me that the recall was actually done. Turns out it truly wasn't, hence why the car KEEPS STALLING when entering high speeds. Second is the spots on the top of the car which it was made clear by the dealership that it was JUST DIRT. No, they lied again, turns out it is PAINT CORROSION. Third is the touch screen panel. I asked very clearly if there was a screen protector on it and they replied that there was in fact a screen protector on the touch screen panel (so I decided to leave it), but as the bubbles on the "screen protector" began to annoy me, I decided to remove it. Only to find out that it was not actually a screen protector. Turns out it was a defect that affects 2011-2018 cx5 models. SCREEN DELAMINATION. Thank you for the lies. Such great salesmen, that's the name of the game, scamming customers and overcharging them. I've already submitted a report to the attorney general. If nothing is done to remedy the issue I'll take it to court. I do not enjoy being lied to.
