    We took my cousin to CarMax to sell her car. The salesperson was very nice. Our appointment was at 3 pm and the service person on time .

    Sold my Porsche Cayman here. This is my 2nd time selling a car to Carmax, having sold a Toyota Prius to them over 10 years ago in Socal. The appraisal process does take about 30min. But after that it is very easy. They show you the offer, and if you accept, it takes about another 30min. So within an hour, you can walk out with a fairly large check. The offer was ok. More than the online vendors like carvana/ vroom/ etc. Probably a few grand less than what I would have got if I sold myself, but I didn't want to deal with the hassle of selling a sports car, with all the potential tire kickers/ joy riders, etc. Bonus... I actually got a check engine light on my way to them, and told them about it, and they still bought the car!

    Trying carmax for the first time . Was trying to sell my Honda civic . Actually the online rates with carmax was few hundred $ better than caravana or vroom. Once we do the online quote , you can schedule an appointment and take the car to the carmax location , for them to visually inspect your vehicle . After visual inspection, they give you a final appraisal offer : ours was the same price as the online quote . Very very good way to buy and all cars - with carmax .. I was amazed with their office and the number of staffs they had . The only issue I had was - I had an appointment to appraise my car . Had to wait 30-45 mins even though we had appointments scheduled . After appraisal , they gave a quote and we had to bring our original titles from home . We came back in 30 mins but they put us on walk in appointment again which took about 1-1.30 hours ! After waiting for 1.30 hrs they asked us for another document . Ahhh.. hope they can better this process . Like dmv, they should have an employee or receptionist check the docs and not wait unnecessarily for 90 mins ! If the process of selling improves, I'll surely give them 6/5 stars ... still a good experience overall ...

    If I could give negative numbers as a rating, I would. Turns out the car I bought was a LEMON!!! The transmission was blown when we drove it off the lot. Obviously, no 180-point inspection was done. Do not ever buy from these car services like CARMAX, ESPECIALLY THE ONE IN EDISON!!! THE GENERAL MANAGER WOULD NOT EVEN RECTIFY THE TRANSACTION. He literally just said, "There's nothing I can do." So, I have a car loan that's going g to b cancelled, and now I can't get a car with it. I have no way to get to work now. I have to scramble for another car and hope I can get it all done with no issues, AGAIN. This place will sell u a lemon if they can make a buck. Please do not waste your time with this location. Maybe another branch is better, but overall, I will never ever ever use a service like this again.

    Just as you would expect, a bait and switch. They offer you X online and give Y when you get there. My car is beyond mint. No question. Everything was a spot on match and they offer you less the second you walk in. Stay Away !!!!!!!!! Buyer Beware !!!!!!!! I knew walking in they were going try to screw me, and they didn't disappoint. I've never bought a car here, and I never will, everyone around me in this meat market of a dealership are bitching and complaining and one guy list his mind because they bait and switched him on buying a car, huge scene. Just look at the clientele and the quality of the staff........SMH !!!!

Ashley, the manager from Raritan , how would I go about obtaining that particular truck, she said sales would give me a call.- I rushed home and call my son and told him I was serious about getting the truck. I shopped around first , only because it's the smart thing to do, but then my son told me , you need to get a new car now as your placing more miles on your trade and the winter is coming. Artis continued by saying, "I work with these cars everyday and for you, the Tahoe is perfect and no need to go anywhere else. Our cars are certified and we stand behind our commitments." After speaking meeting Ariana from sales, I knew I was in the right place. She was so welcoming and upfront with no haggle tactics! -Honestly, I think I was the haggle. Told her I would be back as my schedule was extremely crazy. Everyday my son , Artis Hemmingway, would call me for updates as to when I was going to get the truck because he told me," Mom if you love the truck and the price is right, GET IT AND DO NOT WAIT! It won't be there for long." See I had been in love with Tahoes for years! When I drove the wagoneer, I loved how big it was but after my research, Tahoe still came out as the supreme choice! I then came back to the sales team , that's when I met Jordan, who took the reins while Ariana was out. We test drove other cars as I wanted something to compare. Again , when I got home , called my son, who I have to thank for his patience. I apologized for bugging him on his days off but he calmly said, " Purchasing a car is huge deal and commitment, especially a used one. You have to be sure. But this is why I told you to go to there. You will be in good hands."-I came back, met a different representative by the name of Josh who was extremely helpful and after my family went to test drive the Tahoe and gave me the green light, Josh got the truck down to Iselin. Corey, the manager was extremely helpful and professional as he worked closely with Ariana on the sale. There were 2 other managers , as I met all 3, who also were great . Corey and the other managers, went over the top to ensure I was comfortable with my sale and got everything I needed and wanted! Their sales team, w/the highlight on Ariana, made this experience a stress free moment and I truly will purchase cars here in the future (next few months for my business)- Again, I have to give Artis Hemmingway, the top kudos as I would have never thought to purchase from Enterprise!     I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this dealership. I brought in my 2017 Jetta…read moreafter losing the key. They told me I needed a new key--but before proceeding, I found my original key. At that point, instead of simply programming it, they informed me that my car now needed a new cluster. To investigate further, I brought in an independent programmer. He discovered that my ECU was from a completely different VIN, and my original cluster was burnt out with no communication. I then purchased a replacement cluster from a junkyard, but was told that to correctly program everything, at least one component (ECU or cluster) must be OEM and matching. Ultimately, the only option left was to delete the immobilizer, which the programmer successfully did. During this process, we also found that the module that reattaches to my cluster was physically broken--damage that occurred while the car was at the dealership. Even worse, it appears the dealership swapped out my ECU for one from another car. Whether this was negligence or intentional, the result is the same: my vehicle was returned to me in worse condition than when I brought it in. This dealership's actions caused unnecessary damage and confusion, and they attempted to push me into extremely expensive repairs that their own mishandling made necessary. I absolutely cannot recommend their service department and strongly advise others to use caution.

Any small issues the car had in the beginning were fixed immediately without attitude or excuses. They were always flexible, always helpful, and actually treated me like a real person instead of just another sale. I brought it to their attention and they told me to go to the service center. At the service center they had told me "it's a good car there is nothing wrong with it". Soon after that I when I was driving my car stalled out, so I checked the oil and the reservoir was empty. I brought it back when I could as they only do anything having to do with oil early in the morning. Again I was told "we don't see anything wrong with the car, it is a good car". I've went back their multiple times , recently for a check engine light that had to do with the catalytic converter. Each time I was gaslit into thinking I'm just crazy. I recently decided to get it checked by a professional mechanic who had advised me there were multiple issues with the car, the issues we related to open recalls on the vehicle. Four open recalls that had to do with the issues I was experiencing. The vehicle is a 2016 Jeep Renegade, I purchased it with approximately 93k miles. The open recalls have to do with 1. The coolant fan 2. The catalytic converter 3. A software update for the TCB control module 4. Engine oil consumption. I recently called FBN to inquire why they would sell me a car that has these issues and was told "it's your job to look into the car", "you drove it 14k miles already", "this is not our problem" and "to stop blaming the world for my problems". The person I spoke to on the phone was had an extremely disgusting demeanor, telling me to stop blaming other people for my problems and "we only help people who are nice to us and your not being nice". This place in my personal opinion is horrible, in my opinion and from my experience they will sell you a junk car way over what the value is for that vehicle. In a year I've been nothing but gaslit by these people. And the way they treat their customers is atrocious. I Will caution anyone looking to buy a car here to do the due diligence that you think they are supposed to do. If you are set on purchasing a vehicle from FBN ask a lot of questions, ask for the car fax and independently look up the car fax report for yourself. The catalytic converter recall is on the car fax, but the copy I have does not have the issue listed on it. There are plenty of other used car dealerships in the area of highland park and middlesex county that would be glad to have your business and would probably operate with a level of integrity that FBN auto lacks. Shame on you FBN auto. Buyer beware. FBN lied in their response to my review on google. I took my car to their service center after about 3 weeks. since then I took it back multiple times with concerns, those concerns were disregard. whoever responded on google said my check engine light was not on, that's a lie. The last time I took it to the service center my check engine li was on and the individual who checked the car said it was the catalytic converter and he will reset it. They also replied that when they spoke to me there was no functioning problem with the car, that's a lie. This has been an absolute nightmare and I'm paying $390 a month for this Jeep. I will be putting in a complaint with the state attorney general office as well as the better business bureau. Thats all I can do here because these used car salesman apparently have the law on their side. I will end with this in my opinion if you buy a vehicle from here you have an 80 percent chance at a problem and 100 percent probability they will not bother to help you with the problem. in my opinion they sell vehicles that have no business being sold.
