    Don't waste your time. They offered half of the priced I had a trade in with my dealership. 45 minutes wasted.

I'm sure the codes were cleared momentarily to manipulate the sale. At the time of the sale, I purchased the extended warranty and Next Step was pushy about their shop doing the repairs. The car was with them for months often on because the repairs were so poorly done. The Audi dealership said upon the initial inspection after I purchased the vehicle, reported the repairs would exceed the value of the car, keep in mind this was shortly after the purchase because the check engine lights were on. The car was inspected by 2 independent mechanics after Next Steps "New Engine" installment and the overwhelming report is that the NEXT STEP should never touch a vehicle again. Bolts were missing parts were put in the wrong place, hoses weren't connected properly. The list goes on and on it was about a 10 page detailed report from each in evaluator. The independent mechanics were disgusted that NEXT STEP would take advantage of a customer because Audi prides itself on brand loyalty rather than making a quick slimy sale. Don't walk away from this place, RUN. It's more like NEXT "MISTAKE" rather than NEXT STEP.

    I purchased a 2016 Mercedes' from this dealer with 59k miles. The only maintenance performed was an…read moreoil change per my request before I bought the vehicle and had it shipped to Maryland. Once in Maryland I had to change the tires as they were bald and Matt refused to replace them before purchase. Then I had the car inspected at the local Mercedes' dealer and it had a major oil leak that had to be repaired in addition to all the maintenance required at 60k miles. Next step Auto Sales does not service their vehicles before selling them. Their goal is to stick you with maintenance costs and not take any liability for the condition of their cars before selling them. The Mercedes' dealer quoted 4K worth of maintenance required after inspection. I purchased the car for 27k. Steve the dealer owner denied the oil leak even though Mercedes' listed this issue on their inspection report. Steve also refused to honor the dealer warranty that came with the vehicle purchase which includes the engine and was quoted for 90 days / 3000 miles. I would not recommend buying a car from this shade tree dealer. Customer satisfaction is not on their radar at all! They just want to get your money and leave you stuck with a poorly maintained vehicle. Very sad. Below are pictures of the air filter and cabin air filter of the Mercedes' that they claimed to have serviced before the sale. Laughable to say the least. These guys should change their dealer name to "3 steps back auto sales"! If it was not for them having the particular car I wanted with the options I was looking for I would not even have bought a car from a non factory sponsored dealer like this one. Not hard to see the difference in customer service and the vehicle condition when using a low budget shady dealer such as this one. Stay away!

After a couple weeks of looking, I found one that fit my budget, needs, and powertrain preference. I went in on a Saturday and talked to a wonderful member of the sales team, Denise. My experience here was a mix of equally negative and positive things. Denise was extremely helpful and helped me explore the options between buying new and used and I genuinely didn't feel like she pressured me into anything. I ended up deciding on a used F-150 which I later found out was previously a fleet vehicle. This did not bother me much since I have bought fleet vehicles before and never had issues with them (knocking on wood!). This truck had a cracked side view mirror housing, the rear two tires were bald, and the GPS and infotainment screen had connectivity issues. I owed just about exactly what KBB trade value was on my car, yet they initially offered me about $5,000 under for trade-in. After going back and forth we settled on full KBB value minus the cost to repair the windshield as it had a crack. Here's the crappy part-- during negotiation I politely declined every single add-on that they try to get you with. I didn't want paint protection, didn't want theft protection... typical run of the mill stealership bogus. When I got further into signing paperwork, I got tacked a $700 "paint protection" package that they said they put on all their vehicles dating back 3 model years or newer. I politely declined once again but I was told this had to be part of the deal as it was already applied to the vehicle. I asked if it was some kind of ceramic coating, to which the sales manager replied "we legally can't call it that." I stated once again that I didn't want it, and he said that it was actually part of the price of the car but that they couldn't list it as the price that you pay on their website. I responded with "that sounds like b*llshit to steal money from people." The manager instantly shifted his attitude from positive to flat. I was too far in to signing the financing paperwork to be bothered with this issue--which is exactly what they want from people. I scheduled an appointment later in the week to get everything taken care of that they promised they'd replace. They replaced the two rear tires, as well as the side view mirror. The GPS/infotainment was a different story. They told me I had to call Ford to fix some kind of "fleet block" that the truck had on it. While the truck was in service, I called the proper FordPass hotline and jumped through a couple hoops and then finally spoke to a TAC technician. They said this was the dealer's job and there was nothing they could do remotely but assist the service tech through the process. To make a long story short, service later found out that the telematics control unit needed to be replaced and reprogrammed, and refused to do it asking me for $1100 out of pocket. I now have a 2024 truck with a broken GPS, no FordPass connectivity, no Wi-Fi capability, and a clock that isn't in sync. This is something they promised me they'd fix, but since it wasn't written on a we-owe they're sending me on their way and not doing anything about it. Am I happy? Absolutely not. I spent a good chunk of change on a truck that was advertised one way and ended with an impaired part of the ownership experience--one that is arguably the part that you interact with the most on a car. Would I come back to this dealership? HECK no. I wouldn't even be coming back for their service department. Did I mention they kept the truck from Thursday all the way until the next week on Tuesday, without giving me any kind of updates or a loaner vehicle? The only updates I ever got happened when I called and harassed them. Overall I'd say it was a typical dealership experience, with an extra $1,100 I have to spend if I want my infotainment to work correctly because they lied about their willingness to fix something to make a quick sale, and blatantly gaslit me saying "we said we'd take a look at it, not fix it."

Got a pretty good deal on the vehicle and service…read morealways good, if not a little pricey . . . but hey, it's the dealer and you always expect to pay a little more. Hopefully, the mechanics there know a lot more about the product than some other shop. My complaint is with the CVT transmissions Nissan uses. They've known since 2012 their transmissions suck and they still continued to use them. Our Murano blew the transmission with only 96,250 miles on it and most of them were highway miles. If that wasn't enough, we just had the car serviced with an oil change and had the Transmission Fluid changed out last year. Everything looked fine according to the Service Manager. Well guess what, now they decided not to use a CVT in the 2026 Murano. That doesn't help me. They wanted almost $12,000 bucks for a new tranny and the car was only worth $10 K for a private sale and $6 - $7 K for trade-in. Didn't make sense to throw good money after bad. Would still recommend Airport Nissan but we will never buy another one if it has a CVT. Same goes for any car with a CVT transmission.

Got approved for a loan on a 60k car which was for the GTR, ok great. Come to find out the car was in a pending sale. If I knew it was in a pending sale I would've never ran my credit. 3 days later no phone call or email very poor communication. I don't see the problem here I got approved for the loan I'm downing 10k I honestly don't get it you have a serious buyer that's from California that didn't even look at the car and is still Willing to buy it and ship it at my expense, but I guess the sale associate I believe her Name was akira still wanted to go fishing. imo if I was a sale associate If your trying to sell A car sell it don't beat around the bush. This would never happen in California I promise you that. And if I could give them zero stars I would.
