I cannot say enough great things about the team at this location. Everyone's always going above and beyond to take care of all our banking needs. We have been lucky enough to work with just about everyone on the BankRI Greenville team and we really couldn't be happier. Over this summer we have also worked closely with the new Branch Manager Stacia Izzo and she has helped walk us through some extremely confusing transactions personally. Now every time we visit the branch She always takes the time to work with us directly. This Branch has a truly exceptional team and I highly recommend BankRI Greenville for anyone who is looking for a full service and committed team that always takes the time to make sure your experience exceeds your expectations!!

They intern sent us to our bank, which up until now was Bank RI. We have been customers for 27 years, the business for 15. We dealt with the Woonsocket branch directly. I'll spare you the details, but I was stunned to learn today with the second round of funds being dispersed that they decided to stop processing our application and taking any new applications. Our application can not be located, and we were told quite bluntly and rudely that they are not taking applications anymore by both the person we were dealing with and the branch manger. Completely unprofessional. If you want to give them your business and get zero back when you actually need it, these are the guys for you!

If I hadn't stopped in on the day that I did they would have stolen all my money. I spoke to a woman the day this occurred .The teller referred her to speak with me.This rep. from the bank didn't seem to care in the least. She only asked why it took 2 years for me to find this out. Her attitude was too bad for you. I specified to the girl who set up my initial deposit that I wanted a savings account. She chose some other account that steals money. Now as of Jan. 2026 I am furious. This establishment keeps sending me emails to contact them. They have never said who I should contact. If they cared they would name a contact person.Today I got yet another email from the thieves ..This feels like taunting. For over 2 years they only contacted me for life insurance, it would have been far nicer if they had sent statements about my account while I was foolish enough to do business with them. Please steer clear from this horrid establishment.A short ride away is Unibank. They are honest and efficient. My desire for this alleged credit union is to stop sending your meaningless emails .A savings account should not have money be taking out each month.Your teller didn't honor the type of account I desired .You took more than half my money. You made out like bandits. Please be careful with this establishment. I wouldn't do business with them for any thing.
