RTN exemplifies what I love most about life. The pockets of excellence and kindness we too rarely…read moreencounter in our daily life. We recognize these encounters and feel good for a while. Thinking life is going to be okay. It's crazy, but RTN has been that for me repeatedly. The time I needed to pay a band in cash at the last minute and they verified my ATM location, my safety, and my ID with creative on-the-spot security questions that only I would know. They then tested the transaction with follow up questions. What means so much to me is the skill they used to make sure it was not a scam, that I was not being held at ransom, and in the winter hours when it's dark at 4pm. They were concerned that I get to my destination with the large sum of cash. The time I needed a loan for a car and the professional process that was almost as quick as grubhub .
