When I asked to purchase the Euros (only 100, mind you) she looked at me like I had three heads. Her: When are you going on your trip? Me: On Sunday. Her: Sunday?! *a look of horror on her face* As in the day after tomorrow?! Me: Yes. Her: *haughty tone* Well, we don't have any and you have to order that online a week in advance and pick it up here. Me: Really? I've gone to my home TD Bank and I've just bought Euros there as a walk-in. So, she suggested she'll send a message (maybe like an IM?) out to other TD Banks in the area to see who has Euros on-hand and that I just wait a couple minutes. I said to never mind and I'll just go to my home TD Bank. She insisted it would only take a few minutes and told me to step to the side. After a few minutes, rather than calling out to me with a polite "Miss" or "Ma'am" or "Excuse me?" she calls out, "Hello? Helloooo?" only to say that none of the branches that she messaged had replied. After thanking her and hightailing it out of there I got in my car, called my home TD Bank who, as expected, had Euros on-hand and I had a pleasant experience there as I always do. THE END

But I arrived just after they closed for the day. But an employee saw me outside in the window - and, long story short, she eventually came outside on winter's day, and helped me get my document notarized. This level of customer service --- above and beyond -- is really rare, and I'm very grateful to Needham Bank, and Brittany (I think that was her name) and the Store Manager who also helped me. Ever since Needham Bank began it's transition to a large bank the service has become terrible. The bank's new online banking platform is terrible and extremely difficult to navigate. And you know have to log onto a separate Bill Payment for bill payment. It doesn't make any sense to have to login to online banking and then use a separate ID and PW to login to Bill Payment. The new online banking website was a disaster and the new bill payment is even worse. How can a bank just get everything wrong when upgrading their services.

I filed a police report and paired that with my claim. The resolution of the claim/investigation was that my vehicle had this damage prior to me even opening my policy with Geico! When i call to get more information on that ridiculous conclusion, that specific department can not be contacted by the public...Convenient!! so i am left to pay to fix my front drivers side bumper myself. My Rockland Trust debit card information was stolen and used by someone in another state to make a…read morepurchase of nearly $1,000.00 I was sent a text message from Rockland Trust on that day asking me if I made this purchase, to which I replied "NO", and the card was subsequently frozen and my account was given a provisional credit for that $1,000.00 fraudulent purchase. Fast forward 3 months later, and the provisional credit I had been given was then RESCINDED by Rockland Trust, and I was told they had been given "proof" by the merchant where the fraudulent transaction occurred that it was not fraudulent, despite the fact that the bank itself CONTACTED me that day when the purchase was made as they suspected it to be fraudulent. Now Rockland Trust is telling me there is "nothing more we can do", despite having already being able to provide me a credit for the fraudulent purchase that they TOLD me about the moment it happened. I will very likely be taking my business elsewhere entirely and never banking here again because of this complete failure, on Rockland Trust's part, to protect me and my financial security despite every indication and piece of evidence they had to do so.

It was a disappointment to work with them after seeing all the ads.
