I started banking with leader bank 10 years ago and it used to be great but in the past year to two years, the customer service had really gone down hill. it seems like they no longer care about the person behind the phone or the account like they used to which is like most banks accept it wasn't like this before and it now it is. Andrew was extremely helpful in ensuring we understood the Leader Bank loan process as much had changed in the finance world since we had last applied for a residential 30 year fixed mortgage and bought a home, especially one that would require a jumbo loan option. He helped us from the start with the pre-approval letter and ensuring we didn't over commit in writing what we could afford and what we documented to the seller for the offer, to all the support he provided in helping us apply for the loan and get through the loan approval process and underwriting review of our loan application. He helped us well in advance to have all documents required and move through the approval process swiftly and without any snags or red flags. When we needed to find a strategy for how to best satisfy the loan requirements and down payment for buying the home of our dreams at a great interest rate of 3.8% in the process of trying to sell the home we owned, Andrew helped us consider several options in making it easier for us to lock in a good rate and secure the money required to meet our loan approval and also obtain what we required at closing. This really helped us in ensure our existing home sale did not interfere with our new home buying process and loan approval. We really needed guidance and Andrew was always available to answer questions we had or required any needed clarifications. Two weeks prior to our closing date, Andrew ensured we had everything required for the underwriter and so our closing day went very smoothly and we were even able to close early!
