He was honest and let me know that the timing wasn't right since I wouldn't make any profit in the market at the time. We kept in touch over the years and he let me know that this year was the year to sell and boy was he right!! He advised me from beginning to end. My condo was sold with a cash offer in 6 weeks without needing to do any updates! His expertise about the market was invaluable from how to set up the condo, to having his photographer come in, to having an open house which drew in ~100 people that led to 3 solid offers. All of this was done by the way while I was out of state and I could only come to town once since I have a 7mth and 3yr old. Overall he's an awesome real estate agent and I would recommend him to others in a second! - Latoya Davis

When I met with Shawn, he laid out and presented his plan on how to properly put our home on the market. He detailed his strategy for getting the property ready, generating buzz for the property, bringing in serious buyers, and running a successful open house. Within days of the open house, thanks to his advice, we received multiple offers well above our list price! Throughout the whole process, Shawn guided us every step of the way to get our home sold. There was not one time I felt uneasy - Shawn was very proactive and was always there to answer any question I had. Words cannot describe the level of professionalism of Shawn and his team. One regret I do have is that we didn't find Shawn earlier to aid us in buying our previous home - there is no doubt that he would have been able to provide us with just as great of service! So do not let my regret be yours and DO consider Shawn and his team if you're looking to buy or sell your home. Thanks Shawn, it was great working with you.
