Ken was on holiday so I dealt with Suzanne and Doreen and yet they sorted me out shockingly fast through email. I remember at B of America that same task that Suzanne and Doreen sorted in an hour would have taken a week. Not joking here and it was no simple task. They have an iphone app, online banking and bill pay. They also refund any charges for non Bank of Canton ATM's. I have to say the service is just brilliant. They have really helped out my bf and I.

The staff is helpful and friendly and I have had no problems with just banking. The problem at North Easton is with the mortgage lending staff. I have made 3 appointments and been totally blown off twice, the final time being today to start the process . Today, Barbara neglected to even provide the courtesy of a phone call before I got there and was told she wasn't in the office but if I wanted to call... I went to another lender. I'd use this bank for anything but mortgage lending services as the staff cannot be bothered to even show up for a scheduled 1st appointment and won't give even the courtesy phone call leaving you in a lurch. 4 or so years ago I had the same experience w/ Tara who had an appointment to call and just never even bothered to do so. I don't think this bank wants loans from 1st time homebuyers .

The staff are personable and friendly and customer service has always responded quickly the very few times issues arose. I have no big quarrels at all, but I am charging them a star for their savings interest. Last month's was less than a dollar on a six-figure balance. My mattress would pay that, and might be soon.

Friendly, professional people help you out with whatever services you may need. No one turns their head, pretending to not see you! This makes it easy to get in & get out, particularly during the pandemic. At my local branch, the interior is still locked with the lobby ATM open. Twice now, while paused in what I was doing, bank personnel have opened the door to see if I needed assistance (i did). Just opened the door without me banging on it! Like - I was a customer who needed help! The ATM gives $10 bills, the employees are helpful & courteous and they give a decent rate of interest. My short wish list is checked off at CHB!
