After a window at our home broke (the frame, not the glass) within a week of moving in, I was stressed and, when we checked all the other windows in the house, we realized how badly many of them needed replaced. We were too busy to worry about it at the moment, so, it got pushed to the back burner. Enter Cole knocking on our door a few days later. He was in the area passing out flyers and offered to set us up with an appointment for n inspection and estimate (we got our roof checked out, too). While the windows are a bit on the spendy side, the quality is unlike any other window I've ever seen and I LOVE that my windows look like real wood instead of white plastic like all the others I've seen in the area. They look so classy and I cannot get over how efficient they are. Even with this crazy 90-100* heat, I haven't had to run the A/C nearly as much as I was the weeks before they were installed. We still have more windows to replace down the line and I am 100% certain we will go with DaBella again. About the roof--the salesman/estimator we had the appointment with (he was also the manager) was kind enough to check out our roof and even checked the attic for leaks, mold, etc. and told us we DON'T need a roof right now. He pointed out one small area that needed a tiny repair and recommended a local handyman. That's right. He could have made a(nother) sale (and, let's be honest, I would have believed him if he'd said it needed done), but, instead, he was honest and showed that there really is a difference between this company and the other guys. All in all, I'm still shocked at how painless this process has been. I've already recommended DaBella to some friends in the area and I'm constantly reminded how much I love these new windows.

I am not too proud to admit that I was wrong about DaBella and that I learned a valuable lesson about not just running with the first opinion you get. We were able to get the more accurate information to our buyers and they decided not to bail on us!

First it was $39k, I say no, they come back 30 min later, "oh wait, now it's $23k" Am i bargaining for a tourist trinket on a tropical vacation? Does this work on other people? Castro from Soto & Brothers did his bit and came in with a quote thousands less than the others. Based on multiple reviews of this company, that is their modus operandi, along with high-quality work and using the same high-quality materials as the others, so I chose them. In the end, it took 2 days with a crew of not less than 6, and as many as 10 workers (plus crew boss) busting tail on my modest roof project. I watched the whole thing unfold. Everyone on the crew was friendly, happy and put out 110% effort. The entire process was efficient with suppliers coming in as scheduled with the necessary materials. They brought their own porta-potty. The problems they encountered were minor and fixed quickly, happily and without excuses. Most importantly, they charged me what was promised on the estimate. They did an excellent job, used quality materials as promised, and it was a completely no-BS, no-excuses process. I did a personal inspection...the roof looks great! The skylights were replaced with Vellux products that included remote-controlled shades, the clean-up was complete and if more contractors did business the way Soto & Brothers operate, there would be a lot less hesitation in wondering what we will be getting for our money. Real happy with the service, communication, and end result! Best part was they came in on budget with no surprises (notably less expensive than other quotes we got). I purchased a shower conversion from Kohler/Pacific Bath in early 2023 replacing a 35 year old bath…read moretub. The installers arrived on time, had all of the equipment he needed and did the demo. Unfortunately, we found I had water damage due to years of leakage. This needed to be repaired and it stopped work. The repairs were done that weekend and they came out a couple of days later and did a good job getting the done quickly. This included sending out someone to retexture the walls and ceiling where they worked to ensure it was seamless. I haven't had any major problems at all but noticed after a year or so that some of the hand rails were getting loose. I called Pacific bath and they sent a person out quickly who tuned everything up. While there he noticed a small issue at the top of the shower that we had not seen. He reported it and Pacific Bath sent someone out today to replace the entire wall! They could have short cut the repair with caulking but no, the installer said they wanted to do it right. I am very impressed with their customer service and appreciate the extra steps they took to ensure I won't have future problems. I highly recommend them if you are considering a conversion.

Their "superior" wall material broke twice when they were cutting it to fit, each break causing a 1 day delay in completion. My 2 day install took 5DAYS. When I requested a rebate for the value of my time (3 extra days of sitting around my house, either waiting for them to show up or being here while they were working), they refused to give me any credit. They offered me a gift basket, which mostly consisted of crummy items from Kohler that they probably got for free from the company. If I could give a 1/2 credit, I would add it for their installers, who were great, but their management team was worthless. Once they had their money they didn't give a damn.

The main structure was all done in pressure treated Douglas fir with solid concrete footings and beefy beams. I'm sure it's built above what's required but no complaints here! The decking material I chose was DecKorators that has a dark slate picture frame with a medium brown field. Brian and Justin were the team that installed it all and it looks amazing. The guys showed up right on time every day, worked hard while there, were so friendly, asked questions when needed to ensure I got what I wanted. When they left, the site was cleaned up like they were never there. A very happy customer and would use them again in a heartbeat!

Next day new section of fence was installed. didn't connect to old fence seamlessly (6" difference) and co-owner said "Well they're 6' boards, old ones are only 5'6". Absolutely refused to set boards lower so they matched. He said "well when you replace that section of fence you can get taller fence boards" . When completed I was told it was measured wrong and I needed to pay for demolition as well as an additional 24 feet of fencing. Co-owner stated that he shouldn't have to bear the brunt of a poorly measured work order. Cost went from quoted $2400 to $3465! Im an 80 year old widow on a fixed income, and was having the fence fixed and paid for in large part by insurance. after a lot of anger and tears they finally settled on $2800. I shouldn't have had to deal with the hassles due to their incompetence!
