We interviewed several painting companies and chose Paint Pros of Central Oregon. They were not the cheapest and they were not the most expensive, but it was the approach and attitude to detail and our specific job that made the difference in our selection. To mention a few was the brand of exterior paint to be used (and it was the highest quality of that brand done in 2 coats all over the entire house), caulking and securing the end pieces of the siding, assistance with color selection, personally coming to our property and painting samples on the wall for us to choose from, as well as the statement that the crew would be supervised by the owner daily (and that was definitely the case. In fact, the owner/supervisor even helped and worked with the crew each day of the job.) Keith and his crew at Paint Pro's of Central Oregon were absolutely amazing. Keith was excellent at communicating approximate starting dates to us and he kept to that schedule. The men who work for him were extremely courteous, attentive, exceptionally professional, and took extreme pride in their work. Their work ethic was just superior. The attention to detail was on and beyond all that we could expect. They made sure that every little detail that we asked, every little thing that we questioned, every little thing that they had taken down was done, replaced, and left just as it had been before they began the job. And they did not leave until it was all done and that was on the hottest day of the Summer (in fact, we broke the Weather Bureau record that day.) They even made sure they swept the stepping stones around the property as they thought they had kicked a few pieces of bark onto the stones. We had Paint Pros do the interior repaint of our house. They provided the most detailed estimate and were willing to work with our schedule which was very important to us. We had just purchased the house and wanted to get in it right away after closing and they really worked with us to get it done and wow did it turn out amazing! I was very happy with all aspects of this experience. Our job was very large and complicated with three porticos, lots of lattice, three levels and two separate buildings. The crew were competent, experienced and very friendly. Plus, they laughed at my jokes. They started exactly when they said they would and, despite the intense heat, which necessitated half days, finished in a timely fashion. Their attention to detail was impressive and I couldn't find any punch list items they weren't already aware of. They were willing to help with some of the design decisions, and happily went the extra mile. All in all, it was a very positive experience and we were very pleased with the results. We are so very pleased with the painting of our house and deck. We love to go out and look how great our house looks now. Great company to work with Fun group of painters that worked well together It was amazing how much was done on the first day. We had the house painted and 2 decks refinished. One deck is a special hardwood that took some research on thier part. They took thier time laying drop clothes and being cautious of over spray. Paint Pros come out to the Ochocos to paint our cabin! No one else would even bother - they really did a great job. The crew was really nice and knowledgeable.
