Horse s*** instead of advertised compost (mushroom) Really…read moredisappointed because they offer a product online and deliver something disgusting. According to their website: 50% topsoil, 25% torpedo sand and 25% compost (mushroom compost). I got the delivery and they were paid for it. When I arrived from work the front yard of full of flies (in March) and it smelled like rotten eggs and dog POOP together. They are big fresh? clumps. I tried calling them but they were already closed. I'm not a new gardener but I have never used mushroom compost. The next day I got on the phone and I was told that it wasn't mushroom compost but HORSE manure (poop). The guy on the phone said some people use it for their vegetables. He didn't offer any solutions and now we have s*** under our shoes, gloves and the poop smell in the front and back yard. I tried mixing worm casting and the worms stopped moving. I don't know how long this has been processed, if it is fresh, or even what is the ph because the guy on the phone had no idea. I have felt defeated and like crying because I have to use something that would never intend to buy. The risks of using animal waste to plant fruits and vegetables is salmonella and E-Coli. I arrived before closing time and was in the middle of placing my order when she abruptly refused to continue because it was exactly 4:30 PM. Despite already starting the order, she insisted they couldn't proceed because they had been working since 6 AM and needed to leave. I understand wanting to close on time, but refusing to complete an order that had already begun--just minutes before closing--is unacceptable. While I was discussing delivery details with another staff member, she turned away and started muttering under her breath. I've never encountered such discourteous behavior in a customer-facing role. It's hard to understand how a business can thrive with this kind of attitude toward customers.

We agreed and he wrote it down as part of our quote. After being told 3 different times that he would come on a certain day or sometime that week, still we had no one come. The one time he offered to come we said we were out of town, but that they could do it anyways and he responded, "we can do when you're back. We're normally extremely busy but will find an early day open." They had no problem taking out the "paid" part of the job almost immediately, but now after 2 months of waiting for the trees to be removed, Jeremy, the owner, told us to "go buy a shovel I'm not interested in doing it." Therefore, not completing the job that was agreed upon and in writing. Jeremy is extremely unprofessional and unreliable. We were willing to pay for this from the start, which is why we contacted him in the first place. All we wanted was for the trees to be taken out and now Jeremy is sending us text messages saying "I just want to say thanks for the nice review. Do you think I'm a deceptive sales person to get your measly $600 you don't know this but I'm worth about 10 million I was going to help you dig those trees up or cut them off at the base it didn't matter to me this was to help you out for the free service. You're one review won't affect my 400 good ones take care, pal." Super professional from the owner, huh? 0/10 recommend. Go with a more reliable company.
