I hired Weber to replace my basement carpet. Their showroom has a nice selection of carpet and their pricing is competitive. My issue is not with the price paid or sales experience. Weber uses contracted labor for their installs. Our installers were in a hurry to get the job done and move on to a larger project (which they mentioned in passing several times). Nice enough guys but they made a mess of our freshly painted walls. There were gouges, scratched paint and blood smears in various spots. Additionally, they didn't pick up all of the necessary materials and had to come back to our home days later to finish the job. I ended up spending a great deal of time wiping down walls, cleaning up blood, and touching up paint. I brought this up to our sales person when she called to collect the remaining balance due after the work was completed. She could care less. In regards to the blood she just said "that's disgusting" but offered no apology or reimbursement for my time to clean up the minor bio-hazard in our basement. If you are particular about quality I would recommend looking elsewhere for your carpet and flooring needs. read more

We recently had all the carpet in our home replaced by Weber Flooring. From beginning to end it was a great experience. My wife and I worked with Athena who came to the house to take measurements and give us a free estimate. We let her know a rough budget that we wanted to keep and she worked with us to find exactly what we were looking for. They were very responsive to all the questions we had for pricing and installation. The installation crew of two men were right on time for the day we scheduled. They started shortly after 8:00 am moving our furniture, then tear out of the old carpet and pad. By 4:00 pm they were totally finished with the living room, stairs, hall, and four bedrooms and the furniture was all back. The installers were fast, professional and did quality work. He had a large amount of samples for me to choose from and gave great advise on padding and carpet, just the expertise I needed! Once carpet/pad was chosen George was very quick in getting me the quote and then once I approved to move forward he had installation scheduled quickly. I worked with Alex White to choose carpeting for my entire 5 bedroom house. Alex was personable and great to work with. My head installer was Reuben and he and his partner finished my entire house today. They worked so hard and completed the job in just under three days. The old carpeting was picked up before the installers left today. Alex spent hours with me as I chose the perfect carpet. Everything went as planned. I chose Weber Flooring based on Alex White.
