I called them and they were able to send Oscar out right away. They told me to save 60 -90 min for the consultation, which seemed like a lot of time considering every other company just needed 5-10 min of my time. However, i was willing to invest the time for the right doors and right price. Oscar and i met for over an hour. He was super friendly and knowledgeable about all my door options. He brought along a presentation (via his ipad), as well as materials so we got it all done within that hour. The other companies took a lot less, but resulted in a few trips to my house and lots of back and forth via email. I honestly probably prefer the latter since less time all at once. In the end I went with a different company due to price, but thought this company offered a good product at competitive pricing so would be worth looking into them.

When the written estimate was higher than I expected, I tried to cancel the verbal, smaller project and Joel wasn't very happy about it. But Steve, his manager was very good. Again, I wish they would have a single point of contact - one person, one project and better communicate internally what needs to be done. especially when they don't return phone calls.

Between 9/2023 and 3/2024, I asked for numerous updates without any meaningful responses. Between 6/2024 and 10/2024, I finally received half of the job installed, which also required corrective action to ensure no critters or rodents could enter my home b/c the contractor left gaps in the door and brickwork that exposed the inside of my home to the outside. Afterwards, the contractor gave me the run-around for another 6-months until agreeing to complete all work by the end of 5/2025, which did not happen. So here I am with a half-way done project and a contractor that refuses to refund any money to the 50% incomplete work. He has gone dark and silent on me - almost 2-years later.
