The project was pushed back, she suggested materials weren't right for the application, didn't order the correct quantity of materials (delaying completion), ordered grout without letting us approve the color, ordered the wrong window and lied about costs. This bathroom remodel ended up costing us over $1200.00 more than what we had been told. Fortunately, the craftsmen worked around her mistakes and the bathroom is beautiful, but we would never hire this contractor again - we think they should have eaten all of the mistake costs.
