I asked them for some additional granite, was given an estimate, but then spent weeks trying to get a returned phone call, only for them to say they now want over two times the estimated price, and more than twice the square foot of the first job despite being the same material and no changes. Very unsatisfied with their customer service and unwillingness to complete a project.

His customer service rep Marilyn lacks proper cs skills and will jump at chance to offend a customer! They will not provide a written estimate so when issues arise it's your word against theirs. The job that was provided was mediocre to say the least. Jack came out and agreed to the poor workmanship and told me it would be taken care of but it seems Marilyn has final word. Left with a poor quality job that I believe is only worth $150 at the most but Marilyn is still demanding full payment. Be cautious of hiring this company. I regret trusting Jacks sealcoating!!!!

Unfortunately this company will not fix their work because I hurt the owners feelings. I was told he won't do anything until I apologize to him. Keep in mind, this project took 32 days. His company cut my Comcast line leaving me without internet for days, to which I had to pay Comcast myself to fix it. I was promised several time that I would sign a contract and never did. They were even a no call, no show on the first day. They didn't even use finishing nails on the siding. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this place. It's not worth the headache.

My wife and I built a house this past summer and had Tom and his crew create all the countertops…read more(and kitchen table) for our house. Man do these look beautiful! Everything was delivered within the agreed upon time window. There were a few snags in the process - the island wasn't fitted correctly and the kitchen table was made in the wrong color, BUT Tom has a lot of integrity and took ownership of everything and fixed it without any extra charges. Everything was dialed in and perfect in the end. I can't stress enough how relieving it is to work with someone who had integrity and stands by his work and product. He definitely is someone I would keep working with for future projects. Oh and I pursued a few quotes for the same project and Tom beat them all by a few thousand dollars! I would add that his product requires a bit more maintenance that I had realized - hopefully i don't butcher this, but its a concrete countertop coated with some sort of stone polymer that is completely customizable in color, texture, sand, etc (pretty cool) - on top of this is a clear sealant and on top of the sealant is a marine wax - this wax needs to be re applied every 3-6 months - especially in high traffic areas. Anything acidic (lemon, lime, citric acid, vinegar, etc) will begin to erode the wax and sealant and can stain the stone if left for too long. The cool thing though is that they can repair them in a way to make it look brand new so your not SOL if something happens to them. And just look at these photos... they speak for themselves.
