s much as I would like to give a good review to this vendor, I simply cannot. We had a terrible experience on our wedding day from the very start. We had a large limo coach for transportation on our big day for our 20 person wedding party. It arrived as scheduled and from the VERY beginning there was no AC in the vehicle. It was a 88 degree day and the limo driver never contacted the home base to let them know or even try to get a new limo coach out to us ASAP. When the boys got picked up they asked to turn up the air and he said it was already on and at its max, it was blowing steaming hot air. Once the girls got picked up we asked the same exact thing not knowing the boys already addressed it and he told us he didn't know what was wrong with the AC on the bus. We went into the church and came out, the driver had the door WIDE open with his windows open and said there was nothing he could do about the air. We were in the church for 1 hour he could have very well taken care of the situation while we were inside. 20 of us came out to a steaming hot limo coach with no windows to even open. The guys were sweating through their suits and the girls who were wearing barely anything were slipping all over the seats from being so hot. I was told we could make a playlist and hook it up with the AUX cord in the back to play for the ride...what do you know, the AUX cord was completely shredded and broken. The driver again told us he had no idea why it didn't work when it clearly was broken and had been for a long time. I would not recommend this company to anyone & even after speaking to management about the situation he did nothing for us after we spent all that $$ for a SAUNA practically...he made me feel even worse about my choice to use them for my big day. I just used these guys to get me and a couple of friends around the area for a drunken bachelor party. It was amazing how easy the whole process booking was. I had been getting the run around from every company I tried calling, with most people sounding completely annoyed to even be talking to me. Finally, I called Webb Transportation Services, and it was completely different. I spoke to the owner John. I told him about the party I was planning, and exactly what I needed from a bus. He made it very clear that his goal as a company owner was to make the experience easy and fair for his customers, and that is exactly what it was. On the day of (this past Saturday) the bus was here 10 minutes early, and waited for us all to be ready to go. The rest of the day went off without a hitch. He was courteous and professional, and we all had a great time. When we got off, the driver was saying something about him thinking we would be charged for his travel time as well, which is different than I had worked out with John, but when I called John today, the final payment was exactly what we had worked out. My friends and I used Webb Transportation for the Country Fest concert at Gillette Stadium this year. What a fantastic company! From start to finish, John and his team helped us have a flawless day! They were happy to work with us on a reasonable rate (as we used them for 14 hours!!). Bob, the driver, was spectacular. He was right on time, he helped us load up all of our tailgating materials, he was patient and accommodating when our plans changed last minute, he helped us find the most cost efficient parking lot at Gillette, and the most impressive part: he withstood with 8 loud girls listening to country music in his car for 14 hours! This company was absolutely fantastic! The driver called me a little bit before the pick up time to let me know that there was a little traffic (expected) and gave me a very accurate time estimate. When the bus showed up, the driver went above and beyond and helped us pile all of our stuff into the bus. The inside was gorgeous! Black leather seats, really cool lights, and awesome sound system. You did need to have your own AUX cord, but besides that, it went well! We were going to a concert at the Comcast Center, and it was so great to not need to worry. When we got there, the driver was very sure to make sure we were all happy and had everything we needed. After the concert, he made sure that everyone was there and had fun. We got back to our hotel earlier than expected. GREAT GREAT GREAT experience!!! Thanks to Frank and Chas for superb service to Logan Airport and back. They orchestrated the timing of traffic and flights, and, perhaps, most interesting: they know so many ways to get AROUND traffic in the Boston area. They even took us to pick up donuts on the way to the airport. John and his team have very high standards, the cars are immaculately clean, and carry, get this, COOL VINTAGE Chrysler clocks on the dashboard to keep track of timing. They've been serving us for years and we have found that it's always worth the money to take the worry and hassle out of getting to and from the airport--especially for an important trip, such as a dive trip to Fiji, when you just can't afford to miss the flight. I have had two recent experiences with Webb. The first time we arranged for them to transport our family of 7 (and luggage) from Ipswich to Logan and back upon our return. They were timely, communicative, professional and both drivers were very courteous. The second trip was a round trip for 5 ladies from Ipswich to Newburyport for a bachelorette party. Again - on time, communicative, friendly and professional. Their all-in pricing is great. Your price includes all taxes, fees, tolls and gratuity. You don't feel blasted by all the extra fees like other companies. Linda, who I worked with in the office, was fabulous. Very friendly and responsive to all special requests. Friends of mine who I hadn't seen in over 30 years were attending a conference in Boston. I wanted to show them around town and take them out for a nice dinner so I had Webb Transportation provide a limo for the evening. The car showed up early, the driver was extremely courteous and professional and the car itself was immaculate. We picked up my friends in Boston, drove to the North End for dinner, dropped my friends back at their hotel and came home to Peabody. Not only were my friends completely flabbergasted but my wife and I were bowled over by the service provided by Webb Transportation. As far as I'm concerned, there is NO OTHER transportation company. My daughter and I surprised my wife with a limo on her last day at work. The limo was clean, comfortable, and fun. The driver was courteous and engaging without being intrusive. He picked us up in Swampscott (on time) and drove in rush hour traffic to Chelmsford and then to Radius in Boston. My wife loved the ride and was impressed with how ultra clean the limo was. I supplied the champagne but the limo had everything else we needed. We arrived at Radius in plenty of time for our reservation. I found myself in a complete bind, with an employee stuck at the airport car rental station because his cc didn't have room to reserve his car. He needed to get from Boston Logan to North Andover in less than an hour, and I had no way to pay for the car rental over the phone. I called WEBB TRANSPORTATION SERVICES and they saved the day! The representative was friendly and helpful. He understood my urgency and worked quickly to find me a solution. Within 5 minutes, there was a car on the way and my employee was on route to make it to his appointment on time. Will definitely use them again! read more

We used Webb for our wedding day transportation, and everything was perfect. They did our limo, bridal party shuttles, and guest busses. I didn't even have to think about transportation the entire day - everything was on time and seamless. We also used them to pick us up from the airport after our honeymoon. It was a bad snow storm with flight cancellations and extreme delays. We did not get home until almost 3am (scheduled for midnight), and Webb Tran was there waiting and got us home safely. As an example of superior service, I came in last night in a flight that was delayed by 5 1/2 hours, and arrived after midnight. Despite all the delays, my driver texted me immediately after I landed, and was waiting with the car ready, the passenger door open for me, a cold bottle of water, and a smile -- despite having to sit and wait during my lengthy delay. We hired Webb Trans to drive their limo bus for a high school prom. The booking process was easy, and their pricing was competitive. The people I talked with were very friendly and answered all my questions. They were understanding of the fact that our group size was in flux as the kids planned their group. I would highly recommend avoiding this company. They provide a terrible service and the owner is downright combative. If you try to voice any displeasure with the service provided he will verbally abuse you. I was shocked at the names and obscenities this so called professional would address a customer by. In no way is this company worth paying the premium they would have you understand their service is worth. I will never be using this company again and would caution others to do the same. read more

We booked a private tour in Boston with Bernie. He gave us a few ideas and we chose some sights as well. He was professional and very knowledgeable of all the history. Part way through the tour he took the time check with me and make sure we were enjoying the tour and if we wanted to make any adjustments for the rest of the tour. I just want to say Webbtrans ruined my wedding day. It was a 14 passenger limo that smelled so bad inside that we where all nauseated. The driver showed up in a polo shirt and jeans and then to make matters worse the limo broke down and John Webb would not send a replacement so we had to take yellow cabs to my wedding. It was a disaster I would not recommend this service to anyone who would potentially want their day ruined. read more

I was referred by a friend and am delighted by the service. We needed a pickup at Logan Airport at 12:30 AM which was no problem from the reservation agent's POV. Our flight was initially delayed. Webb kept in touch, monitored our progress, and had a driver text us when we touched down in Boston. Our driver was courteous, took care of the bags right away, and drove with care.
