From the booking process to the pick up on our first day of travel, the entire experience was incredibly relaxing. We would definitely use them again. We used Webb for airport transfers; they were punctual at departure and more importantly, at our arrival. Since we had been gone for 2 weeks I was a little concerned, but without being able to call and confirm our arrival info, they were there waiting. I used Webb for my wedding last month. We had a shuttle between hotel and country club as well as a limo for transport the bridal party to the country club. I was pleased with the service up until the day of. I received a call and e-mail to confirm the amount of people in the limo. I confirmed 10 twice, once through e-mail, once over the phone. I then had an 8 passenger limo show up. The driver told me he was told 8 people. So, needless to say, we were squished and there weren't enough seats for everyone. Kids had to sit on laps. The people who took the shuttle told me that the driver asked them how to get to the country club. As guests, they were taking the shuttle for convenience. It was the driver's job to know the route and transport them. He should not have needed directions. I received an e-mail from Webb after the wedding to review the service. I stated the same issues and never received an apology or any response. read more

Webb Transportation provided Guest and Wedding Party transportation for our wedding this past October in Gloucester, MA. Our whole experience with them was great. We met them at the Cruiseport wedding expo and loved that they were a mom/pop company with great options and good prices! We got a party bus for the wedding party transportation and it was big/perfect and the driver was early and super friendly. They had a bottle of champagne and champagne glasses for everyone for right after the ceremony. We also used Webb for our guests transportation to and from the hotels. They were very prompt and flexible with the schedules we needed. I shopped around and Webb was by far the easiest to work with, professional and a great value. Highly recommend!!! Our ride to Logan Airport cancelled at the last minute, so I started online searching & calling around to find a ride. Webb was the only service (out of 3 that even answered their phone, a few of them only had voicemail) that even tried to help us. This was about 7:00 am. Super friendly Linda answered, she had just walked in the door that morning but she acted as if she had been just waiting for our call. So responsive & helpful. Then she called her drivers and found Bernie to come get us & take us to the airport, thanks Bernie!!! We got there in plenty of time for our flight. We reached out to them after they were a half hour late only to here they didn't have a driver. I booked Webb Transportation for my daughter's wedding after I saw the size of her dress. The black limo I ordered showed up right on time(actually 10 minutes early). The limo driver was truly a professional, dressed in a black suit. He had to make a few stops for photos. He knew exactly how to get her in and out of the limo. He would take both her hands, help her out, tell her to stop, then he would take her train and hand her the bouquet. He had obviously done this before. She and her wedding party were treated royally. Webb Transportation really is as good as it gets! I couldn't be happier with the service, the professionalism, and the attention to detail by Bernie Rotundo. The limos were on time, pristine and comfortable. The drivers were efficient and affable. On our drop-off, where we were meeting a bus for a group tour, traffic was light and we were quite early and the driver asked us if we'd like to go for coffee while waiting. On the pickup at the airport, one of our bags had been delayed, necessitating a delay while we filled out paperwork, but our limo was there waiting patiently when we were finally able to depart. When a question arose regarding the billing, a quick email and Bernie responded immediately, apologized and made sure that I was satisfied. I had a horrible experience with using Webb Trans limo service for my wedding in July 2013.. Below is the letter I sent to the manager of the company, he immediately responded to my email and said he was extremely apologetic and would get back to me, and don't you know that till this day he never did. Cheapest limos in the area--- terrible drivers, horrible experience! My email: My husband and I just returned from our honeymoon yesterday, so I have not yet had the opportunity to contact you. To be honest with you, I was highly disappointed in the services I received from WebbTrans. Our limo driver was highly unfriendly, our limo stunk of mold and mildew, it was dirty, even though it was raining and cold outside the AC in the limo did not work, my bridal party was sweating on the way to our photos in 50 degree weather, our driver had no umbrellas to offer us in the rain, as the bride he didn't even offer to open the door for me, when he dropped us off at our venue, he bottomed out on the hill, refused to get out of the car and wanted me (the bride) to go in the front door where all of my guests would have seen me right before my ceremony.. after arguing and refusing to enter the front he got the car unstuck (when half my wedding party had to leave the limo and walk down the hill in the rain)- he drove to the bottom and again didn't leave the car to open the door for me or my bridal party-my photographer had to help me out of the car and as soon as my bridal party left the car he took off even though I paid for his services for 45 more minutes! We paid for having the limo for 3 hours and he disappeared after 2 hours and 15 minutes. After coming to your office and meeting with one of the gentlemen there I was highly excited about you guys-- I even recommended you to my good friend *****, who also used you for her wedding. I was so disappointed with our driver and the services/attitude we received that I didn't even tip the driver- he was rude and clearly cared less about my wedding. I am sorry to say that your prices are right, but I will never recommend your services again after the HORRIBLE experience I had. The response: I just want you to know I am speechless....Please give an an opportunity to get some information and then come up with a way to make it right for you. I am embarrassed....car issues are one thing...but the behavior of the driver is truly inexcusable. What can I say about this company. I rented a party bus for a friends birthday. First off the bus was somewhat dirty and the bus driver, who could barely speak English, had no idea of how the buses features on the bus worked (I.e. The internal lights, karaoke or sound system) which I would have been better off renting a school bus. The price seemed a little high especially after I saw the bus and how small and crappy it was. The driver was late to pick up both at the beginning of the night and the end of the night. The owner would answer all my call before the night of event but after he had my money he did not answer my calls, probably because he new I would be upset with the terrible service. Overall I would give this service no stars and I'm still very upset that I wasted my money on this. read more

The driver stated up front that she "never drives in Boston, but don't worry, we'll get there" and she indeed did miss two major turns and required navigation help from us, neither of us native to Boston, nor drivers in Boston. She also didn't help get the luggage up the stoop, and with my daughter on crutches that had been the main reason I hired them instead of taking a cab. When I filled out the survey they sent, stating my dissatisfaction, there was no response. When I forwarded it a month later to Andrew Webb, he apologized for not seeing the first response and said he would look into it and get back to me in a few days. That was 3 months ago. I could have gotten to my destination much quicker with a taxi, with the same lack of luggage help, for about $35 instead of the $96.50 they charged. read more

I am highly upset! I booked a party bus with this company for my wedding. My husband told me he had to call the driver twice to see where he was. The driver stated his time to be there is at 4:30pm and it was 4:25p. That he would be there in 5 minutes! I've never dealt with a transportation company for parties and events that will not pull up until the very minute scheduled. My main complaint is that although, my husband had already told me, we received our wedding pictures back and everyone looks sad and bored on the bus, we have a group text with all the bridesmaids and groomsmen and I asked on the group text why did everyone look that way in the pictures, that they look bad, every single one of their response was that it was too hot to be moving and hard to breathe it was so hot. That day was 100 degrees outside and they gave us a bus with NO WORKING AIR CONDITIONING! So the bus picked up the groomsmen in one location and then went to another location to pick up the bridesmaids, I was told they continuously asked the driver to close the door until everyone is there to get in the bus because the heat outside was making it worse, but he never closed the door. Last but not least to top it off, it was an outdated bus, it had the old school box T.V. with the big back and NO drinks! I had a limo for me from a different company because this company couldn't provide one and they had a free bottle of champagne for me. To say the least I just won't rent from here again. NO air conditioning at a 100 degree weather was the worst! read more
