Frank is amazing! During a recent storm, our existing gate broke. We contacted Long Fence initially…read morebecause they installed the fence. Long Fence gave us a quote and estimated that it would take 12 weeks to fix the gate! Not only was the quote from Long Fence expensive but 12 weeks to replace a gate is just crazy! So we reached out to Frank for a second opinion and I'm so glad we did! Frank's quote was much more reasonable than Long Fence and he had the new gate installed in 1 week! Frank responded to all of our questions immediately and was amazing to work with! In a few years when we need to have the entire fence replaced, we will definitely be calling Frank at Madison Fence!

Kevin, our Salesperson came to the house and discussed our project (white vinyl railing around front porch and handrails on both sides of steps.) He understood exactly what we wanted done. We had a budget in mind and after meeting with Kevin went over our budget very little. Chris, Project Supervisor, was our next visitor. Chris reaffirmed measurements. Seven days later we met Christian and Hector our Installers. They were EXCELLENT! Very friendly, polite, and hard workers. After railings were completed they cleaned up, and even wiped down the railings. Even though we went a little over budget, we truly believe we got our moneys worth. Thanks again, Kevin, Chris, Christian and Hector?

Chris was fantastic to work with. He listened to exactly what we wanted, delivered everything he promised, and gave us a great price. What impressed us most was how efficiently everything was completed. Our entire project was finished in just one week, and the quality of the work is outstanding. If you're looking for a company that is professional, honest, organized, and delivers exceptional results, I highly recommend Fence & Deck Connection. We had an amazing experience and would absolutely use them again!

My latest project with them was done by Dream Fencing LLC, but after signing off one what looked great, I noticed that they didn't clip all the rails in properly. They also may not have gone deep enough on the first post, and went over to my neighbors side a few inches (even though I repeated this to them). I didn't bother to have them come back because if they left it like that the first time, they'll certainly make it worse the second time. The first time I used this company, they did a great job on the fence and a bad job on the cleanup and permitting. This time they did a better job on the cleanup and a shoddy job on the fence. Sometimes you can't win. EDIT: Just noticed that there are other accessories missing from the original quote. Take my advice. Hire a different company

Manuel arrived with a large team and was extremely organized, starting all work on time and was here all day. A small team returned the next day to complete part two of the job, demonstrating great commitment. Not only did they leave my backyard looking even neater than when they arrived, but Manuel's team also went above and beyond by weeding and mulching the front yard and side yard (not pictured) with extra mulch at no additional cost -- even though it wasn't part of the original scope. Pricing was extremely fair, and the quality of work was excellent. Manuel truly lives up to the positive reviews I read beforehand, which is why I decided to give him a try. Huge thanks to the previous reviewers and to Manuel for a fantastic job! P.S. - I called Manuel for one quote at my rental property for fencing. He did well to meet me on time and get me a quote in Baltimore County. I did not do that project at all, but appreciated his promptness that I asked him a couple of weeks later to quote this project. Once again, came when he stated he would come and got me a quote. Scheduling quotes with landscapers can be tricky, but Manuel came through on time and priced well both times.
