Kevin, our Salesperson came to the house and discussed our project (white vinyl railing around front porch and handrails on both sides of steps.) He understood exactly what we wanted done. We had a budget in mind and after meeting with Kevin went over our budget very little. Chris, Project Supervisor, was our next visitor. Chris reaffirmed measurements. Seven days later we met Christian and Hector our Installers. They were EXCELLENT! Very friendly, polite, and hard workers. After railings were completed they cleaned up, and even wiped down the railings. Even though we went a little over budget, we truly believe we got our moneys worth. Thanks again, Kevin, Chris, Christian and Hector?

Chris was fantastic to work with. He listened to exactly what we wanted, delivered everything he promised, and gave us a great price. The entire process was seamless--from the initial quote and permitting to the installation. Their team handled all of the permitting for us, kept us informed every step of the way, and communicated exceptionally well throughout the project. What impressed us most was how efficiently everything was completed. Our entire project was finished in just one week, and the quality of the work is outstanding. If you're looking for a company that is professional, honest, organized, and delivers exceptional results, I highly recommend Fence & Deck Connection. If you are looking to putting up a fence, look no further! After 4 ridiculous price quotes from…read moredifferent vendors, nothing beats the professionalism, responsiveness and most important, the PRICE of East Coast Fencing. With no pressure to sign a contract, Mr. Warner offered a thorough consultation with different types of fencing (wood vs. vinyl) and a walk through measurements to ensure accurate landmarks. We consulted with Mr. Warner in January and we made up our mind in April and due to COVID-19, installation was made in June. Mr. Warner's team, George and Mike are amazing! They came out, did a really good job putting up the fence (took abt 6 days). They didn't rush and took their time and the result is outstanding. What actually blew my mind was one day they came and just left and didn't return until the next day. They shared with me later that the woods have molds and after they unloaded, they had to load back up to return to the vendor. High Quality Service! After installation, they even helped me put new woods on my flower beds and fixed my unstable playset. My neighbor loves the fence too and said she has been wanting a fence for over12 years now but due to the ridiculous quotes, she hasn't been able to. After I told her abt my experience with Mr. Warner, she too will be doing hers soon. Mr. Warner came back out and fixed the hardwares when they weren't working properly. He's a family man and we talked politics (about China, Coronavirus and family). I mean this is just an amazing company that treat their customers like family. They are hiding gem in our community and I will HIGHLY recommend East Coast Fencing. My only complaint is the messy way my lawn looks. I guess it expected since they are digging up dirt, but with topsoil, the grass is growing back. Due to quarantine, my kids now have secure yard to run and play, we have more privacy and I can finally plant my beautiful flowers with no fear of deers eating them. East Coast, Mr. WARNER, keep up the GOOD work!

Manuel arrived with a large team and was extremely organized, starting all work on time and was here all day. A small team returned the next day to complete part two of the job, demonstrating great commitment. Not only did they leave my backyard looking even neater than when they arrived, but Manuel's team also went above and beyond by weeding and mulching the front yard and side yard (not pictured) with extra mulch at no additional cost -- even though it wasn't part of the original scope. Pricing was extremely fair, and the quality of work was excellent. Manuel truly lives up to the positive reviews I read beforehand, which is why I decided to give him a try. Huge thanks to the previous reviewers and to Manuel for a fantastic job! P.S. - I called Manuel for one quote at my rental property for fencing. He did well to meet me on time and get me a quote in Baltimore County. I did not do that project at all, but appreciated his promptness that I asked him a couple of weeks later to quote this project. Once again, came when he stated he would come and got me a quote. Scheduling quotes with landscapers can be tricky, but Manuel came through on time and priced well both times.
