Recommended by neighbors in a new construction community. Estimator came out promptly to do fence…read moremeasurements and went over everything. Answered all of our questions about pricing, warranty, materials. Over a month to get HOA approval, we paid the deposit and 5-6 week timeline for permits, materials and scheduling began. Barely 5 weeks later the team is installing our fence. Very neat, clean and leveled out a slope in the yard. Not the cheapest or most expensive option out of our 4 estimates, but the consistent transparency and warranty made them the best choice. They took care of everything for us. So far so good!

Meanwhile, I removed old trellis and laid valuable plant on ground in order to convenience their installation. Had they communicated sooner, I could have handled the problem. As it was, I had to demand my deposit back and quickly build a wooden structure. They also indicated that they never planned to install, just fabricate, despite original request and misleading negotiations; somewhat of a bait and switch, which would have left me in an even worse situation.

We are very happy with the work these guys did to our home recently. They replaced our roof, both…read morepatio and pool decks, and installed a sliding glass door. Marcos gave me an estimate for each one, which was very fair. First, they did a complete tear off and put on a new roof. Then, they replaced the deck boards and did repairs to some boards underneath. The third project, they replaced our patio door with a sliding glass door. At each job, they arrived on time, cleaned up the area after, and they are all very friendly. I know I wouldn't get a better job for a better price anywhere else. Next job....replace kitchen floors!

I hired this company for several exterior repairs. The concrete work turned out well, and I was…read morepleased with that portion. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the front door trim replacement. I provided photos and explained that I wanted something similar to the existing trim. We discussed flat PVC, and I specifically asked if it would be similar to what was already there, just without the decorative profile. The finished result was not what I expected, and the caulking and paint work did not look professionally finished. Paint was left on the concrete near the bottom door trim, and debris was left in the yard. The storm door also did not operate properly after the work--it no longer opened as far or closed/latch as it had before. Screws were also left stripped and shutters were bent. I had to carve out additional time for the company to return and try to correct the issues. I had also requested replacement of the smaller inner trim, but only after the work was completed was I told that it was part of the storm door and could not simply be replaced. I wish this had been explained during the estimate so I could have made an informed decision beforehand. The original project also included work on the garden hose connection. They ran into an issue and told me they would provide a new quote, but I never received one. Even if they ultimately couldn't complete the work, a follow-up letting me know would have been appreciated. Overall, the concrete work was good, but the door-trim workmanship, cleanup, communication, additional time required for corrections, and lack of follow-through left me disappointed.
