Such a wonderful experience! I've always moved myself…read morebefore but this time having a toddler and work from home constraints, we needed some help. And it went flawless! Guys came on time. We packed most stuff beforehand, but little things here and there were still misplaced. Movers brought in boxes, cling wrap, bubblewrap and helped us pack everything in. They carefully packed all glass and kitchenware and it ALL CAME INTACT. Every bigger piece of furniture was secured with blankets and carton boxes, which I wouldn't think of. In just 4 hours - my semi-packed place was a semi-unpacked place at a new address. I was shocked! They even unboxed the boxes that they have helped us pack. I also found out that our crib was coming into a new place in pieces - they have disassembled it and re-assembled it for better safety while transporting without me even asking about it. Super-b service and very honest pricing.

Everpros was prompt, responsive and professional. From my initial quote to the actual day of…read moremoving, everything was done efficiently and responsibly. In particular, I was in contact with Elesios, Adolfo and one other gentlemen whom I forget the name unfortunately. Elesios was professional in handling the day, providing me with a courtesy call 15 mins and 5 mins of arrival. He assisted with directing and smooth packing and loading of my items, offering what ever materials available to protect my belongings. Though my move to the new location was literally next door, the distance needed to unload from the truck to my new location was not as straight forward as I had hoped. Despite this Elesios and his crew navigated the best efficient path to unload in as little time as possible. I would highly recommend this company and would likely reuse their services should I ever move again.

Ali and Ross far exceeded our expectations and hopes on moving day. My husband and I were moving…read morefrom a ground floor unit to a second-floor unit and had some large furniture that I was concerned about, including a 320 lb Frigidaire and a sectional couch (one side measures about 90"). It was a pleasure communicating with the company leading up to the move, and on moving day Ali and Ross texted me in the morning letting me know they were on their way and gave me an ETA of when they would arrive (exactly on time), which I really appreciated. When they arrived they took a quick inventory and went straight to work, wrapping items with care, and efficiently loading up the truck. Nothing was damaged, no walls or floors were scratched, and they managed to get the fridge up the stairs and into its new spot seamlessly. When it came to the couch because the one side was so long they had to bring it over the balcony, they literally hoisted it over! I have a video of it but don't know how to post it so I took screengrabs of it to share! When we move again (hopefully not for a while), we're 100% going to use this company again. Thank you for your fair pricing and amazing service!!

Avoid this company at all costs! During my move, they broke my marble bar cart. I was told they had…read moreup to 14 days to resolve the issue, which I was fine with. However, after the 14 days passed, I had to follow up multiple times before finally being given two options: either replace the marble or accept a payout of only one-third of the item's value. I chose to have the marble replaced. Weeks later, when they came to deliver it, it wasn't marble at all--it was porcelain FLOOR TILE with a marble print and unfinished sides (see photo). Despite all of our communication being in writing via text--where they repeatedly confirmed "marble"--they then blatantly told me marble was too expensive and they won't do anything more. They had "fulfilled their legal obligation" by giving me floor tiles instead of marble. So in the end, it was a "gotcha" because I chose the option to replace and I got what I got even though it was wrong This was dishonest, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I would hate for this to happen to someone else!

You'll also notice that Mike responds to that review saying that he fired the driver that was responsible for dumping at the beach...only thing is he was the driver (picture attached)! On top of all that, they ran over my surfboard during the process and he said he would pay to get it fixed and it's been over 2 weeks and nothing. I'm sure he'll make up some false story to respond to this as he tends to do. Definitely wouldn't trust a person and company that lies and dumps trash at the beach.

We booked this company about a week in advance. Initially we were booked for a 10am move but…read moreMichael asked if we could push it up to 9am which we agreed to. At 11:12 PM the night before, Michael texted that he had "overbooked." Rather than asking if rescheduling was possible, he stated, "I NEED TO reschedule your job," offering a 5 PM arrival for the NEXT day or pushing the move to a couple days later. That is not a reasonable solution with less than 24 hours' notice. There was no apology and no attempt to accommodate the inconvenience caused. After that message, there was no follow-up communication. Additionally, we were told the company does not carry insurance, and that "our word is our insurance." Customers can decide for themselves whether that is acceptable when hiring movers. Based on our experience, this was unprofessional, poorly handled, and extremely stressful. We would not use or recommend this company. Mama Boy Movers stepped in last minute and handled the move professionally.
