the gel x nail on my pinky completely came off clean. some butterflies and rhinestones on the middle and ring finger came off. I contacted them and they offered to fix them but this shouldn't even have happened... very disappointing after having to pay $180 when they didn't even last a week

My friend and I wanted to try a new nail salon because our usual place was closed in a Monday. My friend got a pedicure and gel manicure and I got gel x. As I was getting my nails done, I noticed my nail lady working really fast which I don't mind but when it came to painting the design, it ended up backfiring because it came out very messy. The chrome powder was all over the nail and it doesn't look clean. Especially for the price of 120$! I would expect it to look more polished. Also when I was getting my nails done, I saw my friend was filing her own nails because her nail tech didn't shape them properly and was using the wrong drill to prep her nails so it was a painful experience for her as well. After 3 days her nails look like in the picture below. Overall, we paid for the service but we would not go back.

I always come here for my pedicures and Gel X full sets/acrylics. They know what is trending and will slay your set! I'm very picky so I don't go to just any nail salon, you can trust this one. been coming here for a few years, highly recommend.

I've been going to We Nails for 5+ years now because they have the best quality nails and this really put it to the test. I've had this set for 3 weeks and I got in a horrible accident, but I walked out with my nails not even chipped. All 10 nails are in shape and still have the best designs. On a daily basis I workout, work with kids, and work with dogs, and never break my nails. They truly have the best service, quality of designs, and durability that doesn't make your nails weak when you remove them. Love We nails forever

I am or was a loyal customer until today! The blond lady who did my nails must have skipped etiquette part of customer service! She was extremely rough in my hands and kept signaling to me like a dog Instead of speaking to me. I understood her perfectly. She treated me poorly. No customer courtesy whatsoever!! I kept cool and calm but fuck, she was the worst! Bryan please address this! She did my nails blue instead of black too! She didn't check what color she used! When I asked her to fix her botched work, she slammed her phone on the table and yanked the nail light thing off my hand! The fourth finger on my right hand doesn't look like the left, when I asked her to kindly fixed it, she botched it more because she was angry! So disappointed.

I am a regular customer & this Friday was my breaking point. I came in for a Gel x pedicure. I've had issues with the woman who regularly does pedicures as she is VERY rude & doesn't know how to fix or take any criticism. She will berate you, if you give any or are unhappy with your pedicure making you very uncomfortable. I finished my pedicure with a crooked Gel x nail & left in tears because she would not fix it. Within 7 hours of leaving BOTH nails had came off. it was so disappointing and they would only issue half a refund...which is beyond me. Please save your time & find a nail salon that will care about your nails and you as a customer. Don't waste your time or energy at this spot. I am so disappointed and will never be coming back for nails or a pedicure after this terrible experience.

What I asked for (acrylic flowers) for Easter

TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! I saw on IG they had a slot open, so I went ahead and sent a message and we secured a slot. Woman running the IG asked me what length, shape and if I wanted any designs. I sent her a picture for reference. When I arrived to my appointment, I also let my nail tech know the shape, length and design. She took a picture of the picture I had for reference. We were less than halfway done and she said she over booked me. That she had another appointment in less than 10 MINUTES. That she had absolutely no time for the design I wanted which was acrylic flowers. She then proceeded to try and convince me for a different design of her choice, and if I didn't choose another design that I would have to come back another day for her to finish. The drive there was 45 minutes away :((( frustrating part was that she was AWARE that she overbooked but she thought I would go with something simpler instead and that she would have time. SMH. I let her know she should have communicated that with me in the beginning so I had some time to at least search for another design as she was worked on everything else. But she didn't have time, and she was insisting I'd pay the full price for this set anyway. Would you? SAVE YOUR MONEY! SAVE YOUR TIME! 0/0 don't recommend

My Godmom/patient recently moved to the area from Sherman Oaks. She was so afraid to try someone new, butI found that We Nails was in the area, close by her NORTHRIDGE neighborhood. The receptionist got us in without an appointment & I'm truly grateful. Next we meet Jimmy her nail tech. He was absolutely amazing & patient with her, she was repeating herself throughout the session because she has early dementia. Jimmy was unaware but treated her with kindness nonetheless. This is my 3rd time coming here with my sister and we love it. Very affordable compared to other places and their work is beautiful. They do get very busy so I do recommend making an appointment. Sometimes they have no time and are all booked and can't accept walk ins. I always get gel manis and my pedicures here and my sister gets her full sets here. They always come out very nice. Chloe is my go to person, my gel manis with her usually last a good 3 weeks. read more

When you drive into this tattered little plaza and an unassuming business exterior you think "oh oh! Another whole in the wall place where all the friends wrote the 5 star reviews" Then you walk in and see the nice design, screens with music going, and great selection of polish, greeted by 2 pleasant welcoming guys, and think WOW! this salon usually my go to place but it is a bit of a hassle since they never answer they phone only go by appointment and u can't book through their site. U can only get certain services at certain times and days. And u will still have to wait. Prices are good and everyone is very skilled and friendly read more

We Nailz is the best place I have ever been to! I have been going here for about 6 months if not more every 2 weeks. I have never had anything less than an excellent experience. Everyone there is really nice especially my girl Chloe . I have always left there extremely happy and with amazing looking nails. P.S. You cannot come into a nail place with mediocre nails done by another nail shop and expect for your nails to be magically turned into beautiful nails. You also can't go somewhere and not pay for the service that was rendered. Explain what the issue is and work with the nail place! read more

My ONLY go to place. I'm very particular about how i want my nails (instagram fleeky). Bryan knows how to do nails like no one's business. Every set from him is a perfect set. So many color options and design options. Besides doing great work, the shop has fun and friendly vibe. Its a younger crowd, usually has good music playing (although i protest to have more Tupac played). The prices are minimal in comparison to the work that is done... i have no complaints. New comers be warned, however: you need an appt (good luck as a walk-in). read more

If you want your nails to look on point this is the place to go to! I always find myself coming here when I have a special event to attend. The owner Bryan is such a talented nail tech. In every step of the way he makes sure you are happy with the results whether it be your nail size, color, shape, and most importantly the design. honestly and truly the best nail salon i've ever been too. Bryan is a creative genius when it comes to nails and i always let him take the lead, i give him a color or a small idea and he runs wild and i love it. i don't think i'll ever be able to go somewhere else, even the pedicures are the best. if you're looking for anything from something simple and classy to something crazy and loud, this is the place for you. Bryan and Chloe do not disappoint !! I've only been twice but i'm obsessed. I leave very satisfied. Also i can tell the quality is better than most places so i do think they are worth the price. What can be said... me and my mother have been going to Bryan for years!! The only person we trust with our nails. If he's not available we wait lol He's great at what he does there's no doubt about it. You can tell by the creativity shown in his work. Well let me just say this place is DIRTY !!!! Yeah nail techs are good pricy but okay whatever it's just filthy in there I couldn't relax & enjoy my time there because I couldn't stop looking at the Fish they have on top by the colors . The fish are DEAD the water is nasty dirty , theirs a bottle of Hennessy super dusty , you can see the dust in every nail polish the receptionist is cute ( could be friendlier ) But Danm clean up water bottles everywhere . I'm sorry but the place is small they have way too much crap in there . A little cleaning wouldn't make you go broke it's a lot of dust and clutter get organized . We nails is honestly the best! I found them on yelp and I made an appointment and they answered right away! I was set up with Chloe, and she did amazing, I have been going to her for the past 6 months and she never fails! My nails always last so long, not a single rhinestone falls off! The staff is so nice and friendly, they take their time to make their client happy. When I say Client, I mean loyal members to their shop and not Customers who demand to be seated with no appointment. They have a high demand of clients and want to make everyone happy! I can't thank enough and the staff for always being very sweet. I'm extremely thankful for everyone has to deal with my picky self but never the less keeps me happy with a beautiful set of nails. i came here more than a month ago for a fill and i was so happy with the price and my nails i came back for a full set last Monday. The outcome was super disappointing and it sucks to write this review. I was helped by a young guy (i didn't get his name) who struggled from the beginning to get my acrylics off, this should've been the first red flag. He barely spoke to me but i think it's because he barely spoke english and had really dirty hands. He left my nails lumpy and a little crooked and didn't even bother cleaning up the polish (i got regular polish) when he was done. I had to go to the salon i used to work at and have them fix the mess on my hands. If you follow them on IG you know they post some bomb af nails, but this guy ain't it. I'll probably be back but not anytime soon because i have to let my nails heal and i'm super bummed since i have not had short nails (my natural or acrylic) for more than a year :( next time i'll be sure to book with somebody good! Keep this guy away from acrylics please!!! read more

Eh I have been here about 5 times. All 5 times my nails have lifted at about 1 to 1 and a half weeks. If I'm paying 60-70$ a set you would think they would last at least two weeks. Will not be returning. Kept trying to give them a chance but NOPE. One star because I tried the owner and another lady and they were nice but not good work. read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went in for my first 2 week refill 2 days later the nails started to pop off so I asked to get them fixed and the blonde lady who had done the refill gave me nasty attitude she rolled her eyes and threw her clippers at the desk and blamed me for them popping off. Next thing you know I had 3 people coming at me saying it's my fault for getting a refill in the first place when I should've gotten a fresh full set. I told them I shouldn't have to pay if they started to come off within 2 days. They said they can fix it by gluing it back on but it will last only 3 days with glue that they recommend getting a full set. I told them I want them fixed I don't want them just glued back on. Then the blonde lady had made up a story that I had came in with 7 broken nails when I got my refill so that's why they were coming off. I told them my nails were never broken when I came in and they must be confusing me for someone else. She never mentioned that to me when I came in for the refill that I had 7 broken nails if I did it would've been obvious for me to get a full set but that wasn't the case so she made up that lie just to blame me for her doing a crappy job. Very disappointed with how they handled the situation especially to have 3 people arguing with me was a little to extreme. They only acted like that because the manager wasn't there. read more

I drove here all the way from Glendale and I was not disappointed! Found this place on instagram and hit them up via DM for an appointment. (Which was super convenient.) They did an awesome job on my birthday nails. Service is quick and very friendly and I LOVE that they tend to use acrylic powder rather than polish! My nails tend to chip fairly quickly because I work in a restaurant and have to wash my hands constantly. But I've had them on for a full week now and they seriously look just as amazing as the day I first got them done. The prices are also incredibly reasonable! If I were to have gotten the same thing done closer to LA it definitely would've been double the money for a crappier quality of work! This place is far from me but it is the only nail salon I will be going to from here on out. read more

Honestly I was lost as to where to go since I just moved into the area but this is nails done the best place to go! If you want great customer service and nails that last this is your place. Also I get my lashes done here and they're always so accommodating to times for coming in even if it's just for a quick fill before vacation. I am extremely disappointed with this nail salon my daughter visited recently. As a concerned parent, I ensured that she could go by herself for the first time, but the experience turned out to be a complete nightmare. First and foremost, the salon quoted us a price of $60 over the phone for the services she requested. However, upon arrival, they demanded $85 at the checkout counter. This sudden price increase left us shocked and feeling taken advantage of. It is absolutely unacceptable to manipulate pricing like this, especially when dealing with a young, inexperienced customer. To add insult to injury, I later checked their website and discovered that the actual price for the services should have been $75. It is beyond frustrating to realize they intentionally inflated the price even further. This deceptive tactic only reinforces the belief that they saw an opportunity to exploit my daughter's lack of knowledge and took full advantage of it. Not only did they fail to honor their initial quote, but they also violated the trust we placed in their business. This experience has left a bitter taste in our mouths and we will never recommend this salon to anyone. It is disheartening to witness a business resorting to such unethical practices, especially towards young customers. I strongly urge others to think twice before patronizing this nail salon. They clearly prioritize their own profits over the satisfaction and fair treatment of their customers. I had a great pedicure! She was very attentive and friendly. 5 stars for her!!! I did have an appointment, however both services were done separately so it took about 4 hours for a gel x set and pedicure. My nails were not as I hoped and lasted maybe 5 days before some began to lift. My two stars is mainly attributed to the horrible customer service from the receptionist. As I paid she stared with a nasty attitude, did not thank me at all, barely spoke, and smacked her lips when I gave her cash tip to give to my tech. I had horrible experience in this low level salon. The owner Bryan is the rudest person I have ever seen. Just read his responses to customers and you will be shocked. Maybe for some people is a good place .. well.., they have no idea about good nail salons then . The quality of services is also not good.
