Really disappointed with my full set I got last Monday. So many issues went wrong this day and I was holding off on writing a review. I usually don't write a bad review unless I'm really unsatisfied. I had an appointment at 1 and I wasn't sitting in a chair til around 1:20-1:30. It took me awhile to get an appointment cause they're so busy. So I'd think that if I had an appointment I'd be seen on time but that didn't happen. When I sat down I asked for a specific color by OPI, the owner I'm guessing, told me they didn't have it and the brand they have is better than OPI. In my opinion OPI has always been the best for me so I thought his comment was dumb. He used the brand kiara gel polish which is complete crap!!! It looked like that was about the only brand they had too. The next day my nails were splotchy and I could see the clear acrylic!!My shape was coffin which I always get. First off they were way too long and I didn't realize it until I got home. My nails were fat and almost looked square. It only gets worse...my nails started lifting 3 days ago! Just 4 days after getting my full set! I was in shock I've had them lift a week and a half later once before but not 4 days!!! A set should last me 2 weeks until another fill, if not longer!!! I paid $40 which isn't bad cause I'm use to paying $65 but I guess you get what you pay for!! One popped off today so I finally decided to go somewhere else and get them fixed. My nail tech was laughing at the fact that they were already lifting and said they looked like shit. I was embarrassed and will never go back to we nails again. Don't be fooled by their good reviews. The only good nail tech is the owner I think from the reviews I've read, I was unfortunate and didn't get him. Save your money guys!! read more

WE Nails does possibly the best nails in the valley BUT you have to be careful who you go to and what you say to them. They can be touchy and honestly it feels like they just want your money. They aren't really friendly unless you are a "valuable high paying customer". I feel that everyone should value their costumers no matter how much they are paying and getting. They also take forever to respond!!! FORVER! If you get a quick reply you got lucky. Sometimes they will even double book and you are stuck waiting. They honestly do really great work but don't go if you feel you can't deal with the attitudes they give off of their body language. Bryan did a great job on my nails. It's been about a week and a half and my nails look fresh. Cuticles are perfect, shape is perfect and over all impressed because my nails haven't grown out. Had no complaints on my pedi either! Usually I feel I have to stare down the way they do my toes, but the girl (wish I could remember her name) did a great job. Do not ever go to this place! If I could give this place a negative number I would. I came in last Friday, I was Aaron's last customer. It was my first time coming here. I asked for a gel set and I wanted an ombré he said he couldn't do the ombré and I said ok that's fine. I went with a friend because she recommended this place to me and showed me their Instagram page and the nails were so beautiful I decided to try them. And I have to say these are the worst nails of my life!! The color is not on correctly, there are bumps on my nails my nails are uneven. There is glue on my hands. The acrylics were not put on correctly. I have tried to get in contact with wenails since Friday through yelp, Instagram and even calling them. I want my money back. They took 3 days to respond to me and still have not addressed my problem, I want to talk to the owner. I didn't want to write a review but I feel like this is the only way to get their attention. I had an appointment that Friday and Aaron was so rushed to leave he didn't care about my nails and left them ugly. The owner got in touch with me and is the rudest person you will ever meet. I've seen the way he responds to most people bad reviews, he thinks because his salon is the "best" he can say whatever he wants. But my nails prove that they are in fact the worst nail salon ever. I just want to start off by saying I don't do reviews usually but in this case my review has been wayyy over due. I have been going to Bryan for over 10 years following him to his own shop We Nails. His shop is a bit of drive for me but it's always worth it. I am never disappointed. These bad reviews for him and his establishment is so far from the truth yes they are BUSY make an appointment in advance they stay BUSY because their work is Impeccable. Bryan is not rude he is so funny and dope it is not your normal nail tech where it's awkward silence. I never leave that place without laughing. People get butthurt that he says no available appointments that day and I've been there when it's happened he stops working in my nails looks up at the person and says sorry we don't have any appointments today he either offeres another day or to call the shop if they want to come back. I myself have had an appointment and had to wait a little but I never get upset because I know he and his staff takes their time to get the best results it's not to rush thru and get the most clients in. They value their work and dedicate all the time to the client. Don't listen to these salty ass people. My review is not FAKE and was not written for a discount nor was I asked to do it. This place was the worse place like ever ! I'm new to the area so I had been looking for a new place to get my nails done at so I would always come across We Nails on Yelp as well as on IG and had great reviews so I decided to make an appointment for Tuesday. My appointment was @6pm but I got there like 20 minutes early and they helped me right away (about the only good part). Then a male got my chair prepped for a pedicure. At first everything was going as normal pedi does and all of sudden I feel a pain on my right toe. He had been cleaning my cuticles and he must have grabbed too much skin and it peeled off. I didn't say anything bc I don't like making a scene but I figured he would maybe take a little more time and possibly even say sorry but nope. I left and didn't say anything bc I was really trying my best to stay positive but 3 days later it's ridiculous how bad it has gotten !!! Worse experience ever! They were quick to get me started with someone else though and Chloe finished the job. Three different people helped me with my nails all of them did great work. I been going to W.E nails now for a few months. The service is amazing , the entire shop is friendly and helpful. I have never had a negative experience here from the first moment I walked in. This shop literally is nail heaven, always have the colors that I pick out ( which for me was always an issue other shops I have been to have not been stocked up on the colors that they have on the sample nails). Not only have the colors they have high quality nail jewelry, diamonds and so forth. My nails are always done how I want them and have not lifted. Bigger plus it is super clean which is something I look at and I think is very important. I been getting my nails done for 4 years living in Cali and I will not go anywhere else ever again. I been coming to We Nails since it opened in San Fernando. Before that I was going to Erin and Brian at the old shop they were at and I'll never go to any other nail salon! The quality work at We Nails is impeccable. Van is my go to nail technician and I absolutely LOVE her! I always go in with only an idea of what I want and I love that she always consults with me and works off my ideas . So came across this place and immediately was drawn to it because of all the pictures I saw posted and all the great work and attention to detail. I requested an appointment for Monday July 3rd and was told that they weren't going to be working that day. I then asked for a different day and time and was asked what I was going to get done and so I replied and they replied back with an answer fitting to the scope of work and what I wanted to have done. Customer service is amazing and they try to their best to accommodate you the best they can! So I went I needed a last minute miracle to get my nails done on a Saturday (which is a busy day for lots of nail spots because it's the weekend) & my go-to nail spot was all booked & was unable to take me in. At around 2am on a Friday night I came across We Nails on Instagram & I DM'd them at 2am hoping they would have a spot for me. At 2am they replied INSTANTLY telling me they have ONE opening available at 2pm Saturday. I love this place!! I've had to get acrylics for years because I bite my nails and acrylics are the only thing that stops me. I was going to a place where only one person did a decent job but then I heard of we nails through a friend and decided to check them out. I was first extremely impressed with their Instagram posts of their work and convinced I had to go there for my next set. I went and of course was obsessed with their work. Bryan did an amazing job, very gentle, and most importantly very precise while also making sure I was getting what I wanted. I knew this was the place I had to go to from now on. Due to a busy work schedule all in Thousand Oaks I had to go to a highly recommended place there to get my next set after we nails and unfortunately that place gave me a nasty infection in my thumb. I instantly regretted not making an appointment for we nails. So of course, I waited a few weeks for infection to clear and to safely get a new set here. I messaged Bryan and he was booked on the day I asked for (not surprising I asked like the day before) so he said Chloe would do my nails; at first I was skeptical because I was so used to only one person doing a good job on my nails from the shop I used to go to for years, but I reminded myself that I can trust Bryan's word that she would do a great job. SHE DID. She did exactly what I asked for with no hesitation and she did so with ease, I get compliments everywhere I go and looking at my nails randomly puts a smile on my face. Everyone at we nails has such talent and patience, for those who have negative reviews I know you don't want to hear this but... it could just be you....
