the gel x nail on my pinky completely came off clean. some butterflies and rhinestones on the middle and ring finger came off. I contacted them and they offered to fix them but this shouldn't even have happened... very disappointing after having to pay $180 when they didn't even last a week

My friend and I wanted to try a new nail salon because our usual place was closed in a Monday. My friend got a pedicure and gel manicure and I got gel x. As I was getting my nails done, I noticed my nail lady working really fast which I don't mind but when it came to painting the design, it ended up backfiring because it came out very messy. The chrome powder was all over the nail and it doesn't look clean. Especially for the price of 120$! I would expect it to look more polished. Also when I was getting my nails done, I saw my friend was filing her own nails because her nail tech didn't shape them properly and was using the wrong drill to prep her nails so it was a painful experience for her as well. After 3 days her nails look like in the picture below. Overall, we paid for the service but we would not go back.

I always come here for my pedicures and Gel X full sets/acrylics. They know what is trending and will slay your set! I'm very picky so I don't go to just any nail salon, you can trust this one. been coming here for a few years, highly recommend.

I've been going to We Nails for 5+ years now because they have the best quality nails and this really put it to the test. I've had this set for 3 weeks and I got in a horrible accident, but I walked out with my nails not even chipped. All 10 nails are in shape and still have the best designs. On a daily basis I workout, work with kids, and work with dogs, and never break my nails. They truly have the best service, quality of designs, and durability that doesn't make your nails weak when you remove them. Love We nails forever

I am or was a loyal customer until today! The blond lady who did my nails must have skipped etiquette part of customer service! She was extremely rough in my hands and kept signaling to me like a dog Instead of speaking to me. I understood her perfectly. She treated me poorly. No customer courtesy whatsoever!! I kept cool and calm but fuck, she was the worst! Bryan please address this! She did my nails blue instead of black too! She didn't check what color she used! When I asked her to fix her botched work, she slammed her phone on the table and yanked the nail light thing off my hand! The fourth finger on my right hand doesn't look like the left, when I asked her to kindly fixed it, she botched it more because she was angry! So disappointed.

I am a regular customer & this Friday was my breaking point. I came in for a Gel x pedicure. I've had issues with the woman who regularly does pedicures as she is VERY rude & doesn't know how to fix or take any criticism. She will berate you, if you give any or are unhappy with your pedicure making you very uncomfortable. I finished my pedicure with a crooked Gel x nail & left in tears because she would not fix it. Within 7 hours of leaving BOTH nails had came off. it was so disappointing and they would only issue half a refund...which is beyond me. Please save your time & find a nail salon that will care about your nails and you as a customer. Don't waste your time or energy at this spot. I am so disappointed and will never be coming back for nails or a pedicure after this terrible experience.

What I asked for (acrylic flowers) for Easter

TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! I saw on IG they had a slot open, so I went ahead and sent a message and we secured a slot. Woman running the IG asked me what length, shape and if I wanted any designs. I sent her a picture for reference. When I arrived to my appointment, I also let my nail tech know the shape, length and design. She took a picture of the picture I had for reference. We were less than halfway done and she said she over booked me. That she had another appointment in less than 10 MINUTES. That she had absolutely no time for the design I wanted which was acrylic flowers. She then proceeded to try and convince me for a different design of her choice, and if I didn't choose another design that I would have to come back another day for her to finish. The drive there was 45 minutes away :((( frustrating part was that she was AWARE that she overbooked but she thought I would go with something simpler instead and that she would have time. SMH. I let her know she should have communicated that with me in the beginning so I had some time to at least search for another design as she was worked on everything else. But she didn't have time, and she was insisting I'd pay the full price for this set anyway. Would you? SAVE YOUR MONEY! SAVE YOUR TIME! 0/0 don't recommend

My Godmom/patient recently moved to the area from Sherman Oaks. She was so afraid to try someone new, butI found that We Nails was in the area, close by her NORTHRIDGE neighborhood. The receptionist got us in without an appointment & I'm truly grateful. Next we meet Jimmy her nail tech. He was absolutely amazing & patient with her, she was repeating herself throughout the session because she has early dementia. Jimmy was unaware but treated her with kindness nonetheless. I wanted to try this place because im new to the area but I would love to know how a place like this is still in business. Due to the reviews, they give terrible customer service and do not take care of customers whom have had bad experiences with them. How are you going to not reply to text messages when it is YOUR employees faults' as to why the nails were messed up? I see reviews from several people but never a professional response from the owner. I also see that he only responds to positive reviews. Is it hard to act civilized and admit there was a mess up and fix it? I see this store has a TON of traffic and good business when We Nails' employees want to actually do their job and live up to their Instagram page, so admitting to wrongdoings wouldn't even be negative for you Bryan! It would be good BECAUSE IT SHOWS THAT YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS. IT WILL GIVE YOU MORE BUSINESS. WE WANT TO KNOW THAT IF YOU GUYS MESS UP, YOU WILL FIX IT. I got my nails done with Aaron on October 3rd. I left feeling happy he's a nice guy but a day and a half later 3 of my nails start to come off.. I text the shop and all they can say is put glue. Obviously I can do that myself but there is no reason for me to pay 55$ and have 3 of my nails start to come off. In less than a week I had to regule my whole right hand and 3/5 fingers on my left hand. One day my nail came off completely and I was upset because my nails usually last me 2-3 weeks. I went to the nail salon hoping they would hear me out and I was basically asked to leave. I'm not sure what this guys name is but he sits in the corner close to the door. I politely asked him if i can speak to him for 3 min he let me talk for about 30 seconds, interrupted me and said he had to get back to his client and told me to put glue. I said fine finish up with her and I'll wait to talk to you about my experience with this set of nails and why i am upset. Again he basically asked me to leave claiming that he was "too busy". I cannot respect a nail salon who does not respect their customers concerns or opinions. I DO NOT feel like a valued customer. I made the trouble to come back to that salon because I wanted him to HEAR ME OUT. He asked me to come back the next day to glue my nails back on but I didn't not show up. I don't need them to put more glue my nails are already messed up as you can see from the pictures. All I really wanted was for them to hear me out, apologize and offer me a solution that would satisfy me. They could not even do that for me. I would've been willing to wait for them to finish up with their clients (since there was me and 2 other girls there) AND I would've been willing to spend an extra 30$ for a fill IF that is what they needed to do. A waste of money, time and I will not be coming back. read more

I have been getting my nails done with Bryan for almost two years already and to be quite honest I wouldn't go anywhere else , they really take the time to get to know their customers and make them feel comfortable. You can walk in showing them a picture of what you want your nails like and they will do exactly that if not better . The rest of the staff is also amazing I've seen their work while I'm in the chair as well . I always recommend them to my friends and everyone that compliments my nails . read more

I actually found this salon through yelp and can't thank these yelpers enough . I had been going to a nail salon for 3 years and my nail tech left so I was in search of a new one . It's very rare for me to like the way someone does my nails , so this was huge for me . If you're looking for perfection and a decent price ... this is it !! I went here a couple times. The first nail technician i had did a great job and my nails lasted 3 weeks but the last time I came i had a technician that was either new or just didn't know what he was doing. He cut my skin with the file several times (I reacted twice but it happened about 2 more times) a week later one of my nails broke and they started to lift (in pictures you can see) I contacted them through text because that's the only way you can get in contact with them..and i think they handled business very poorly. If you're going to let people make appointments via Instagram you should be more responsive. Literally didn't even get to go get my nails done. I DMd them on Instagram for an appointment and sent an inspo pic. They told me they couldn't do what i wanted there. OK cool no prob. I replied that i didn't need the embellishments in the photo just the polish. They read this and didn't reply. I really wanted my nails done so the next day I sent another much more simple photo. Once again it was read with no reply. They clearly don't need new clientele. I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

Came her last night on a last minute mani/pedi appointments for 3, they were VERY accommodating and so friendly. Beautiful nail salon, very comfy chairs and the guys were so friendly and chatty. All of our nails turned out great, really the only thing I would've changed is none of us really got any type of massage with our manicure or pedicures. I'm not sure if it was because we came right before closing or not. Other than that, this place is the best and I'll def be coming back - the color choices are insane and they have matching gel colors which I loved! I'm still giving them 5 stars because of how accommodating they were for us being so last minute! read more

More like 2.5 stars, but I'll round up because I'm feeling generous. I made an appointment here because my usual salon was busy and I had seen their instagram before and it looked like they do good work. The inside looks really clean and pretty. They also have a lot of color options, which is a plus. My appointment was for a fill. The woman who saw me was quite aggressive while doing my nails. I even bled a little bit. She didn't have me wash my hands after after filing and buffing, she just proceeded to apply the polish. She did a subpar job on filing the coffin shape and didn't clean up the polish on the outside of my nails. I gave 3 stars because she's the only one I've seen and I'm not going to judge the whole establishment based off of her work, but I wouldn't go again. read more

Anybody looking into doing their nails, I highly recommend we nails! I've gone twice and both experiences have been amazing. The first time I went in for a fill and they perfectly did my nails in a painless way. The second time I went for a full set and I was in loveee! Their way of doing your nails is perfect, they don't make it too thin nor too thick they look almost natural!! Such an amazing nail salon! By far best I've been to in La. I'm from Vegas and am throughly impressed! And it was only $30 for a gel fill!(i was told its crazy expensive out here for nails). These guys are amazing. Very artistic and love the craft. They aren't rushing their work to get you in and out quickly. They took their time with me and did all they could to make sure i left happy. I had my nails done a week and a half ago and I absolutely adore them! I had jewels added and even after going to a rave, Disneyland and working all week they stayed on. The acrylics aren't even coming loose, other places I've gone to barely last over a week. I asked for Disney nails and showed them a picture and they were able to copy it perfectly! While texting to make an appointment isn't exactly ideal, I found a gem in their customer service with Brian. He took me in even though I was running late. Unlike most of their customers who have the most beautiful art done on their nails, I simply go in for a pedicure and a gel manicure. And I keep my nails super short due to the nature of my job. Annie is my go to lady and she takes such great care of me since she does both my mani and pedi. I can't complain at all about the quality of her work. I'll be coming back for sure. read more

I tried this spot because a friend recommended it. I made an appointment for 11 am. The owner was not very welcoming. He started my nails by taking off the gel and shaping them. He was very rough and was just trying to do it fast. The phone kept ringing and he would just ignore it. Then when he finally answered it he sounded very rude to the customers. He then told me to sit and wait for someone to paint them and do the fill. My appointment was at 11 and I waited about 25 minutes for someone to actually finish my nails. The other guy who did my nails was actually nice and friendly. However, he was doing my nails so half assed. Some nails were way thicker than the other ones. The polish was put on so streaky. It was just not a good application in general. My nails started chipping after just a couple of days. It seems like they are only nice and accommodating to regulars. I was hoping this would be my go-to salon but I will just look for another one. read more

I'm highly disappointed. I received a text late last night after 10pm saying that my nail technician Aaron did not want to do my nails anymore because I was difficult??????? I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT recall ME as quiet as I am a difficult person. Aaron was always nice to me and did amazing work. The reason for one star is because this is 100% unfair. Then the receptionist Jess told me that someone else could do my nails. Why would I come BACK TO the nail salon and see the exact person who said I was difficult. Then I text back and said I was heartbroken and didnt understand the accusations being called against me. Then she just text back and just said SORRY. Who does that????? I have NEVER EVER been treated like this. I'm TOO NICE of a person with morals and politeness. I will Never in LIFE come back to this place nor will I refer any of my friends. So VERY MUCH unprofessional. It's all good tho. I have a nail stylist and she's EXTREMELY TALENTED!!!!! Matter of fact she can run circles around yall. Shes THAT GREAT. Called to see if they had availability the person who answered said "hello" I was a little confused as to where I was calling but I asked if they had availability anyway and the person said "um.... no" and did not give me any options of when they may have availability. Let me just say that I use to go to Laque Nailbar in north Hollywood. I have been to many other shops in the San Fernando Valley and Santa Clarita Valley and I truly believed the quality they produced could not be found anywhere else. But it just got too expensive and was very out of the way for me. I looked for a place on yelp closer to me and based my decisions off of the pictures. I made an appointment, and I after my first set with Tuan I knew I'd found the place. I truly believe We Nailz offers great quality, good service, and beautiful nails for a great price too! Appointments are always necessary especially in this business nowadays, I (personally) make my appointments 2 weeks ahead to secure my spot because I know they're good and people just love them. I think the people who leave bad reviews are going in with the wrong attitude or expectation to begin with. I've been going here for months and I will continue to :) read more

I am extremely disappointed with this nail salon my daughter visited recently. As a concerned parent, I ensured that she could go by herself for the first time, but the experience turned out to be a complete nightmare. First and foremost, the salon quoted us a price of $60 over the phone for the services she requested. However, upon arrival, they demanded $85 at the checkout counter. This sudden price increase left us shocked and feeling taken advantage of. It is absolutely unacceptable to manipulate pricing like this, especially when dealing with a young, inexperienced customer. To add insult to injury, I later checked their website and discovered that the actual price for the services should have been $75. It is beyond frustrating to realize they intentionally inflated the price even further. This deceptive tactic only reinforces the belief that they saw an opportunity to exploit my daughter's lack of knowledge and took full advantage of it. Not only did they fail to honor their initial quote, but they also violated the trust we placed in their business. This experience has left a bitter taste in our mouths and we will never recommend this salon to anyone. It is disheartening to witness a business resorting to such unethical practices, especially towards young customers. I strongly urge others to think twice before patronizing this nail salon. They clearly prioritize their own profits over the satisfaction and fair treatment of their customers. I had a great pedicure! She was very attentive and friendly. 5 stars for her!!! I did have an appointment, however both services were done separately so it took about 4 hours for a gel x set and pedicure. My nails were not as I hoped and lasted maybe 5 days before some began to lift. My two stars is mainly attributed to the horrible customer service from the receptionist. As I paid she stared with a nasty attitude, did not thank me at all, barely spoke, and smacked her lips when I gave her cash tip to give to my tech. I had horrible experience in this low level salon. The owner Bryan is the rudest person I have ever seen. Just read his responses to customers and you will be shocked. Maybe for some people is a good place .. well.., they have no idea about good nail salons then . The quality of services is also not good.
