First time trying this nail place, and my nails looked nothing like what I showed the so called nail technician. On IG they show their best work, and maybe they do have some amazing nail techs, but the person assigned to me clearly has never done nails in his life. He left me with a horrible set of nails, even other nail techs were trying to save his awful work. I even witnessed the next customer after me go with this same nail tech, and she was also complaining about how her nails looked awful. The owner and others said, I'll be ok! I didn't go pay all that money for just "OK" nails. I reached out to the owner to see if he would reconsider doing the set again, and he never replied. Sad to say they have bad customer service, at least towards new customers. All they did was smirk and speak in their native language, the last girl that tried to help me did what she could, but it was the owners job to fix the situation. Horrible business management. Never going back again, or recommending anyone else to go there. read more

I've only been here once but I was very happy with how my nails came out! I got the number from their instagram page and I texted in to set my apt.. how convenient right?!? Make sure you make ur apt with time because they get pretty busy. I got matte coffin gel acrylic. I love that they have matte Bryan did such a great job. My nails were almost perfect and being a perfectionist let me tell you the shape was great. They lasted so long, you can tell the quality of material they use because of it. I am definitely coming back here every time I need my nails done. My first time coming here, and I loved their work, but sadly they barely lasted me a week, i was just disappointed because I paid $92 which is okay but I was hoping they would last longer! The nail sets that I get from other places for $60-75 have lasted me longer. This week I called and dmd 3 times hoping I can go in to fix the 1 nail that had came off and the other nails that are close to falling, but they are always booked and I'm not available when they are available so now it's Friday and I'm missing 2 nails and I have to go out like this Btw I waited an hour to get attended even though I made an appointment! I wanted this to be my "go to" nail spot but unfortunately iv experienced too many inconsistencies in their work. Iv gone to Aaron 4 times and I always leave the salon with beautiful nails, but in less than a week I would always notice chipping at the tips(which I did mention to him and that shouldn't be happening with GEL) and almost every visit turns into needing nail repair...??? I got a brand new set at my last visit, and by week 3 two nails completely popped off and another was lifting horribly. I just visited another salon that was recommended by a friend, and when I told the woman where I was going before she said, "wow, I'm surprised they usually do a great job there", so I'm not sure if I was just having bad luck or what, but it's obvious they were not doing as an efficient job with my nails‍ it's too bad because it's a cute place and like I mentioned, my nails always looked great but something wasn't being done right if I was constantly having chipping less than a week/needing repairs every visit so I won't be returning. ALSO, they should consider hiring a receptionist. Texting is usually easier but whenever I would text to make an appointment it would take DAYS to get confirmation which is a huge inconvenience and was very annoying. read more

I brought in a picture for inspiration on how I wanted my nails done and the lady (I don't remember her name) did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good nail salon. The inside of the Salon is kind of small for the amount of customers they had and they stayed pretty full and busy the entire time I was there. I went into the shop on a Friday to inquire about a pedicure for an unhoused client of mine. This client has severe callous on his feet. I shared a photo with the staff. She seemed excited to help the community and was excited to inform her manager. She stated she needed to call her manager, for what I was unsure of, and would get back to me, or I could come in person. I returned with my client on Tuesday. We were denied the service. That same staff who was previously so helpful was now rude and very short. When asked for a reason why they wouldn't do the pedicure she refused to give an answer other than my manager said no. After some back-and-forth, she said they didn't have the equipment to do a pedicure. I asked her, do you have Kalis removal, she replied she did. I then stated that that was all the equipment we needed for this pedicure. She then said no. I said, is this because he's unhoused, were you intimidated by the individual and she refused to answer. This came off is very discriminatory. Judging by the looks, the demeanor, and the way we were dismissed. It appears that they were very judgmental of my unhoused client and we're not sensitive to his needs. They had the tools necessary to do the pedicure and just denied the service simply because of who he is. I will not send any business to the salon. read more

zero stars if I could. I walked in at 2 and asked for a pedicure. Some guy which I think is the owner looked up for a second and said we have nothing today in a very rude manner. He made me feel embarassed that I even asked. Nothing like: I am sorry or can you come back tomorrow. Just a really rude, "we have nothing"! And with the response I just recieved from the owner, it shows that he might have a tad bit of anger. Because his customer service skills are not up to par. So, I've only been here twice so I'm going to hopefully update it in a few months once I've been more times. The first time I came here was when I had just moved here and needed a fill on my nails. I requested a rainbow ombré (for Pride month!) which was a lot of work. My nail tech Aaron was all up for the task, which I really appreciated. The ombré was done with gel polish and not powder, which I've never had but was fine with! Aaron applied the ombré with his fingers which was totally fine with me, but you could see his fingerprint lines on my nails as I left. The ombrés were uneven and didn't look very professional from up close, but they looked great from afar and I knew it was a lot to ask so I wasn't too upset. Less than 24 hours after I left (I got my nails done on Wednesday, this was on Thursday), one of my thumb nails cracked and broke. I messaged them immediately and they repaired it for free the next day! Then, on Saturday, the ring finger nail on my other hand cracked and broke as well. I was annoyed at this point as it had only been 4 days since I got them done. I messaged them again and the owner told me they were cracking and breaking because I got the original set somewhere else and they were just filling them. I've rotated between nail salons for years and never once had this problem, so I don't really feel like that makes sense but it was whatever. I went in and paid the $5 to have the nail repaired. (Tip: their credit card machine doesn't accept totals less than $10 so you'll have to use their ATM if you ever need just one nail fixed). Then, on Monday, another one of my nails began lifting so bad that it was only attached at the very tip. I'll be honest, I was pissed because I have never had this many nails break or lift so soon after getting them done in the 5 years I've been getting acrylics. I came in to just get a new set since they claimed that was the solution to prevent my nails breaking! I got a new set from the gentleman who sits in the last chair, I didn't get his name unfortunately. He was very pleasant and checked with me multiple times to make sure I liked how they looked so far! The only small negative comment I could make is that my nails this time were a little curved at the end, which is just a technical thing and not at all a problem. I love this set and it seems promising that they won't break or lift! read more

By far one of the best nail places to go if youre looking for an intricate nail design for a pretty decent price. Bryan, my nail tech, was super nice to me and made casual conversation that wasnt awkward like some other nail techs I've had before. I've even had the nails in the picture for over a month and they're still stuck on perfectly fine! To address the appointment-making process, I actually had to make an urgent same day appointment before my trip to hawaii and was nervous by dming the place through instagram instead of calling them to book it especially after reading complaints. However, it was a pleasant surprise when I saw that after at most half an hour to an hour they replied and I was able to book an appointment that same day! Bryan is the best at what he does. He also doesn't cut your cuticles up. I like that they can replicate any nail designs or mani that you find a picture of. They also have a huge variety of glitters and colored acrylic powders that most places don't offer. I've also had my (unicorn mani in pic) done by Chloe who did a great job and also did not cut my nails up. Then there was Kristen who did cut some cuticles but she was apologetic and nice about it. I was a little bummed she couldn't fill my glitter acrylics with glitter, but used clear, so the grown out part near the cuticle was clear. I ended up taking them off 2 days later and went somewhere else for a full set. She was very nice though and I do like this nail salon for newer styles that most places can't do. The pricing is a bit higher but it's because you're paying for all the nail art and prettier nails! read more

We Nails is my favorite nail salon in the valley omg. I found them through a friend on Instagram. Their insta always had really intricate designs and stuff most salons around here can't do so I was immediately intrigued. I dm'd them and they had spots open immediately. I sent them a picture of what I wanted and told them the size and shape and details. I got there and signed a COVID form and I was told to wash my hands. I didn't wait long for my queen Van to clean and sanitize her station. She was wearing gloves and a mask and there were multiple dividers between me and her as well as the other nail techs. Van was a goddess, I showed her a picture and she went right to work. She is gentle and precise and spends ages making sure the shape is beautiful. The nails looked natural and weren't too thick or thin. She got the colors exactly how the photo showed. She was filing for a long time but it was so worth it. If I could give this place 0 Stars I would. First and foremost I called ahead of time to set up an appointment and specifically mentioned that I wanted to soak off my acrylic nails. When I got there the guy tried to start clipping them off I told him my nails are very thin and it hurts please stop. Did he stop? No, he continue to do so. Until it got so painful that one of them snapped off and he realize how thin my nail was and decided he would start to DRILL my full acrylic nails on all my fingers off. Who does that? What professional establishment ignores their Patron and does whatever it is that they want? Finally I had to stop him from doing that so that I can actually have fingernails by the time he was done or feel them. AFTER complaining and continuously asking for him to soak my nails off, he finally decided he would... and charge me an additional $10 to do so. which is fine, totally fine. I don't want to be in pain I didn't come here to be in pain. Or his attitude for wanting my nails soaked off instead of brutally handling my already sensitive nails. As it was soaking he left to go eat his lunch. I was there for 2 hours. I got a coffin full set. Not only were NONE of my nails equal in length but the shape was entirely different on every. single. finger. I wanted some nail art and instead of listening to me when I ask him to do it on specific fingers, he decided to do it on the ring fingers without even asking me. I wanted pixie dust. this guy didn't even know how to apply pixie dust!!! he put nail polish on my finger first and no base coat for my gel polish. Which you guessed it!!! Have peeled off nearly all my fingers. The man who owns it was literally giving this dude instruction... However this dude swore he had been doing nails for years. Yeah... Maybe for the blind. Advice for the owner, just because he may be family or a friend doesn't mean you have to employ this person. Drop the dead weight before the dead weight drowns you. Who knows maybe he did such a crummy job because he didn't want to have to soak them off and put a little bit more extra effort but I really don't feel like that's the case especially when I kept looking over and seeing the owner tell him you're not supposed to have polish on yet you're not supposed to do that you're not supposed to do this. #worst read more
