I contacted them for an appointment and was told Sunday would work he will just need to confirm his calendar. They only do moves on the Weekend so it was either Sunday or wait another week. He states he would call me back as soon as he could. I mentioned I purchased the $450 Groupon already there was a long pause and he said ok and never called me back. Now I'm stuck exchanging a $450 Groupon into Groupon credit. He shouldn't offer Groupons if he doesn't want to honor them. I gave 3 stars because I can't say there work is terrible if they never did it. read more

They kept us fully informed every step of the way, they bought everything they needed to package everything safely, and we had everything moved without incident. PLEASE DONT GO WITH THEM! First off they're not a legit company. They are two friends who needed to make money and brought on another guy who needed a job. The main "owner" is an intimidating jerk. He barley spoke a word to me expect for payment and tip. Not only did they show up an hour late they damaged thousands of dollars worth. They arrive and immediately broke my $200 mirror. Which they said "insurance is by pound" so I won't get anything back from that. They knock over my lamp and luckily one guy caught it but damaged the shade. They were carrying things out and hit the chandelier and it knocked off one of the shades and the light is loose. They banged so much stuff it's unreal. I get to the new house and they start unloading things into the garage and I'm trying to have them put the big furniture where there supposed to go and they get frustrated (it's their job). They're banging things around so much I have had to ask them to slow down multiple times. I even had a neighbor come over the next day to say they wanted to see if I needed help because they could hear them banging things around and he felt bad for me. They pressured me into a tip which no way in hell they deserve. They left and here I was to look at all the damage. That was my first place by myself to have my own furniture so let me remind you this stuff is all brand new and less than a year old with NO damage. Until these guys. Damage includes: Front door frame has a massive crack and missing piece. My $500 dresser, 3 of the 5 drawers no longer open or close so I had to toss. $200 mirror broken and trashed. My $3000 leather couch now has patches of leather missing because it was scratched. (It's my favorite piece of furniture so I immediately noticed) Brand new washer dryer with countless scratches and dents. Dryer has a foot long scratch and no longer drys fully and have to have someone come out a service it. One of my tv stands has a gash in it and they didn't even realize it had glass and luckily that hadn't fallen out but it's missing a screw so I can't use the shelves. Master bed frame has multiple gashes in it and no longer is stable to hold. My bed got covered in dirt. I can't remember what else but to this day (three weeks later) I am still finding things that are scratch, broken, or dented. For the love of god if you care about your belongings do not go with these guys. They are careless and will break your stuff. They did not offer to pay for damages. UPDATE: I was contacted via text message from one of the movers. He was quite rude and wondering as to why I wrote this review. Really bud? He offered me $250 if I were to update the review. I was told I would be getting the compensation a week after he texted me. That day came and not a word. I reached out the day after asking if I was going to be refunded and that was ignored. I texted again and still not a word. Y'all please DONT with these guys. I've never dealt with such unprofessional people before. This is insane. Please go with someone else and save yourself money and a headache. I'm sure I'll be getting another text now. Ugh. read more

Good movers. The truck is small unfortunately and would be good if you have to move a 1 bedroom 1 bath. But definitely not a 2bed/2bath they had to go back again. Total paid was about $500 for 3.5hrs. read more

I wished I'd had them come out to see what we had instead of texting. They were unable to get it all in the truck and we had to go back to get another load but what they did get was wrapped and hauled safely. There were a few scratches and scrapes but that's going to happen when moving. I'd recommend De Andra and Issac!! Really nice young men!! read more
