Customer service needs work…read more I come in with a coupon that starts tomorrow (which I didn't notice, I just was paying attention to the expiration date), and they denied me the coupon. There isn't a place on the planet that won't honor this type of situation. Another person had a recently expired coupon, same result. So dumb, I could buy, return, then use the coupon. So it's Saturday, I just spent 60 mins of my day to get some things for projects this weekend, now I'm delayed in doing them because you won't let me use a coupon today that I could use tomorrow. This selection is on point…read more Today I went in for a tricky lock to be re-keyed and the manager was more than helpful in putting his current tasks aside and directing me to Michael who spent his valuable time doing a phenomenal job re-keying a specialty lock I brought in. I tip my hat to Michael for his quality work and great attitude, as well as all of the other very kind and helpful employees in the store. I ended up leaving with more than I planned on because they have so much great stock at this location. I'd give six stars if I could.

There's a range of prices from simple gold hoops at $25 to detailed baubles and bejeweled necklaces over $100+. I saw a knockout of a wrap bracelet with three rows of cool gemstone colors for $179. I challenge you to find something of this quality and craftsmanship anywhere (Etsy, Nordstrom, other boutiques etc) for anywhere near this price. It is a small business, many times they're multi-tasking, but that's the way it goes. I have noticed the prices have gone up but their costs have gone up too I am sure.

The clerk referred me to Lock and Safe in Englewood. The clerk explained that they had not received training for car keys. Service We walked to the register just as you enter the store. The cashier was with a customer. My aunt and I waited patiently to ask a question. I wanted to know where to go and get the keys made in the store. My aunt is 92 and I did not want to walk around looking for where the keys are made in the store. Anyway, we waited and waited. Never did the cashier acknowledged us or seem concerned that we were waiting. Once she concluded helping her customer she said how can I help you. She was nice and directed us to the back of the store. My complaint, she could have acknowledged us with, I will be with you in a moment. Do you have a quick question? (He's passed away now - gluten allergy) When walking into the store, you may shed a tear, because at this Ace hardware, you're family. Today I used a $5 off coupon I had earned as well as a 10% off coupon that had come in the mail. It's actually very competitively priced if you participate. The product selection is solid, but what really stood out is the level of customer service. It's rare these days to find retail staff who go above and beyond, and these two certainly did (even humoring me as I reminisced about my own time working in retail). As a funny side note, I even got the chance to chase after a customer and his dog after he accidentally left a dog bone behind at the counter. Unfortunately, I wasn't fast enough to return it--maybe he'll return for his purchase! Four months later, we've dealt with delays, wrong cabinets, incorrect finishes, missing pieces, and zero accountability.
