Fast Glass to the rescue again! This is the 2nd time I've used Tom at Fast Glass. He is dependable, very nice to work with, and truly is fast! We just had Tom replace the glass in 2 windows where the seal had broken. These windows had some old tinted film on them from the previous owners that may have been the cause. We didn't realize how clear glass could be until one of the windows was replaced - the comparison is unbelievable! We went with a more expensive glass upon Tom's recommendation because the southern facing windows allow so much sun to come through on our new wood staircase and we don't want that damaged! Tom is not only a professional, but a very friendly person. He wants to help you! Very quick service, he replaced three windows in my house and gave me the best price possible. A few days later, there was a stress crack in one of the windows, due to a buckle in a 20 year old frame. I called Tom, and he was out within 2 days to replace the glass for free. Tom was AWESOME! We've had two previous companies in our home to fix windows. I called Fast Glass because the previous person's work was so poor, our window wouldn't close and it was snowing in our living room. I called the other company repair it their work, they wouldn't return my call. Fast Glass to the rescue - Tom fit me into his schedule, ordered the part and had it done the next day. Come to find out when he took the window apart to see if he could fix it the balance "rod" the previous person installed the wrong size, weight, it was used and they installed only 1, they come in pairs. WOW. TOM IS AWESOME. We had 2 windows that needed repaired. When I called him he came out the same day to give me an estimate. The estimate was significantly less than the other 3 estimates I received and he was able to get the glass and have it installed within a couple days which was over a week sooner than the other guys. I contacted several glass companies to replace broken windows on my property. Fast Glass was super professional and was able to fit me in the schedule quickly to come out and give me an estimate. Top notch! We live in Highlands Ranch and I had a few windows that were either falling apart or water fogging. I thought we were looking at full replacements and out of bags of money. Tom came to the house, measured my window, ordered the glass and installed it one week later. He knew I was entertaining and wanted the broken window fixed. Tom is wonderful! He did two jobs for us. We had three large pieces of glass cut for a project we were doing (roughly 4'x5') and we had him replace a double pane window that another contractor broke. Both transactions were smooth and affordable. Tom is super responsive and very easy to work with. And funny too!
