Numerous mistakes by technicians with weekly service including dumping so much soda ash in the pool that we couldn't see the bottom literally a week after being told how great our pool water was. Now I got an email that I have a service call scheduled that I NEVER requested. I had mentioned that my pump wasn't working but NEVER asked them to do anything about it. All I ever get is excuses about new technicians or other stuff.

After a few years, the pebble colors tend to fade out due to hard water deposits. After the Acid Wash I could see the pebbles looking colorful and shiny again. Aqua Harmony was great from the initial call to schedule, and workmen were right on time (for draining yesterday) and the acid cleaning today. The technician that did the cleaning today was Zack. He is a very polite individual and consciences about his work. He made sure I was happy with everything before he packed up his equipment. Then I called Joe in the office to inquire about how I am supposed to pay. Joe was very helpful during the initial call to get the work scheduled. And he was very helpful today, and asked me more than a couple of times if I was happy with all of the work. They truly want to do a good job and want to make sure the customers are happy. The next time I need to acid wash, or need any equipment repairs, I won't hesitate to call them for help. I am very happy with their work and with the quality of their employees. And I would gladly recommend them to any family and friends that need any work done on their pool.

He said he could service it that same morning. I was so relieved as it was a Saturday and the only other person responding at that time couldn't do it. I am one that prefers to be onsite when I have someone coming to fix something but I didn't really have a choice since we had new guests coming in that afternoon. Within 20 min of giving the address Stephen was able to locate the problem and sent pictures of what was wrong. After fixing it he checked a few other things and filled it back up and sent over pictures of the finished job. He charged me for the flat service fee that was quoted and was on his way.
