Best part of my vacation! I was so happy we happened upon this place. Beth was very sweet and helpful over the phone and helped me fix the mistake I'd made placing my online reservation. And get this, they delivered the bikes to our motel AND picked them up! The beach cruisers we got we perfect for tooling around town and for trips to the beach. Note: It's cheaper to get into Fort Zachary beach park when you ride in on a bike rather than in a car. The price of $5/day for each bike seemed like a bargain. Their drop off/pickup feature was a breeze, and it's great to have bikes the whole 24 hours rather than having to rush to get in before closing. The online bike rental process is extremely easy. Once I arrived for pickup the teller had to find the online request which took a few minutes to find and get the bike ready. My Dad and I rented beach cruisers from We Cycle last week and it worked great! Super easy to book online and even doing so the night before we were able to secure bikes for the morning. Bikes were delivered to our condo parking lot and I received a text with a photo of where they were locked up on the bike rack. We were able to use for 24 hours and the bikes were picked-up the following day. Locks and helmets provided. Will definitely rent again if I return to Key West! Service was very good because they dropped them off wherever you are located. Unfortunately 1 of the 4 bikes we rented was dead. They weren't that apologetic or offering to discount the bike. We rented 4 e-bikes for a day and enjoyed taking in old town Key West by bike. They delivered them to our hotel promptly and I highly recommend their service. One of the bikes had mechanical problems which hampered our experience a bit but they came and traded the bike out and gave us a little extra time to compensate for the trouble. We rented bikes the first day just to see if we liked them and my bike was too large so I was struggling since I'm only 5'2". We called and they quickly switched mine for a smaller bike which worked perfectly! They are so easy and friendly and helpful. Called and made bike reservations for the next day. They said they would deliver and pick up from our rental location. We chose to pick up at their Stock Island location, used the bikes for the day and called to have them picked up, at our rental, rather than deliver ourselves. "No problem" really laid back and easy-peasy approach. They also have on the road repair service if you run into issues while biking around. Just call and they send out mobile service. Everything was great except.. We requested that the bikes be delivered between 4 and 5 p.m.. however the bikes were delivered earlier. So we were not there to receive them. This wan't really a problem except that we had checked the box for helmets and when we got to the resort, the bikes were there but the helmets were not. This was not a serious problem for either of us, so we did not call them about it. The only question is, were helmets delivered but stolen, which I doubt, for certainly they would have been secured, or were no helmets delivered? Hopefully we won't be charged for missing helmets. read more

We flew in for the day and requested some bikes. Bikes were left near the airport. They sent pictures to let us know the bikes were there. Cruisers were comfortable, but you can tell they've definitely been around the block a few times. Bikes had baskets which made it convenient to carry a few things and locks were included. He walked us through our options and mentioned athletic bikes available that were not on the website and offered to bring them to us. We decided to drive to the store instead - fun store, nice bikes. I reserved bikes online for a week during our Key West vacation, and We Cycle delivered the bikes to our resort and picked them up again. The bikes were in good shape and it was great to have a beach cruiser w/more than one speed. I do think We Cycle should text or email a note saying the bikes were delivered, as my husband could hardly believe that the bikes locked up at our resort (among many other bikes) were ours-- until I found the bike lock key tucked under a seat. :) read more

Everything started well. They dropped the bikes for our two day rental and let us know where they were and communicated great. Texted pictures of everything. We arrived late due to traffic and quickly realized we weren't going to take advantage of the bikes. I texted my contact and asked them to pick up the following day and it was ok if they charged for one day. They went radio silent and ignored multiple requests for a one day refund and early pick-up. That's not how I do customer service and would not recommend them if you'd expect flexibility or special service. The bikes looked clean and well-maintained. read more

I can't believe that for $10 you can have the bike for an entire 24 hours AND they will drop it off and pick it up from anywhere on the island. Incredible.
