Our friends had fortunately already received their bikes (from We Cycle) at the same hotel. They were patiently waiting for us to get ours so we could all bike to lunch. After multiple phone calls (and arguments regarding how we STILL didn't have the bikes) and rude interactions with the staff, they finally delivered them to us at a local restaurant (which we had to pay extra to Uber to). And once they man delivered our bikes, it was the wrong bikes and one of the bikes was shotty. The man delivering the bikes was also very rude and disrespectful. Maybe he was having a bad day but I he literally turned his back to me and walked away when I inquired about getting a discount on our bikes to make up for the money we had to spend on our Uber. Bottom line, the manager on duty at the bike shop was confrontational and hostile towards us. They did not own up to their mistake and upon finally delivering the bikes, they were extremely rude. They also tried to blame their mistakes on us. And to top it off, they charged us for an extra day and then went to the wrong hotel (again) to pick up the bikes. Yet another back and forth we had to deal with... It was a terrible experience all around and really could've been resolved easily. I would not recommend based on their lack of attention to detail and poor customer service. read more

They delivered and picked up the bikes we rented from our hotel at the times promised. Price includes locks and helmet if wanted. The bikes were in great condition. Friends of ours rented from somewhere else and had to pick up their bikes. They also had issues with their tires not having enough air and had to go there and have them inflated. I recently made my first visit to Key West and decided to explore on 2 wheels rather than rent a car. I heard parking was a hassle in the popular areas so why not avoid the hassle and get some exercise? Reserving a bike online was easy - I was able to choose a model to fit me (6' 200#) and even have them deliver the bike to my hotel. Upon my arrival, the bike was waiting for me. Everything worked properly. All I had to do was adjust the seat and I was ready to ride. Upon departure, I simply left the bike locked up at the hotel and We Cycle took care of the rest. It couldn't have been easier or more efficient - and I'll definitely do business with them again next time I'm in town. read more

We rented two different types of bikes. I had a bike with speeds. It worked very well. The people we worked with were very very nice. What keeps this from being a five is like all the other bikes in the area, seem to have seen better days. However it is by far the best way to get around the island. And the people at We Cycle were very with the bikes, helmet and directions. read more

It was great biking everywhere instead of moving the car. I would have preferred a different or choice of bike. The way the handlebar was caused left elbow discomfort and mild numbness. Other than the locks to one of the bikes did not working, we were pleased to have the bikes allowing us to get all around the island. It was fun! In town on vacation. Our host provided bicycles for us to use but we needed air and the grips were badly deteriorated. We stopped in here and Tom hooked us up! He was helping a family when we showed up. He greeted us and finished helping the family, ensuring they were completely taken care of for their daughter's bike. When they were on their way, he gave us his full attention. He aired our tires and installed new grips for us. He was very knowledgeable about his business as well as the area and activities. My boyfriend and I rented two bikes (a mountain bike and a trike) while we were visiting Key West. Pick up was fast and easy! We picked up our bikes from the Caroline location and dealt with Oliver, he was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. We then rode to the Southard location to pick up the trike. While there we dealt with Tony who was just as helpful and friendly as Oliver. When we were done with our bikes, we were able to arrange for them to be picked up from where we were staying. The bikes were good... I walked in and the guy was talking on his phone. I told him that I ordered a large bike and he said they moved my reservation to a medium because they were out... I booked 3 months in advance for a large... after talking with the guy for a few mins he offered an extra large bike. He showed me to the bike but didn't explain how to use it... We were gonna spend the day in Key West and wanted to rent bikes to ride around rather than driving around by car. This bike rental place is great. They have two locations-- this location and the one on Southard St. We called this number to reserve bikes but the nice young lady recommended we use their Southard St. location due to it being closer to where we parked. But she went ahead and reserved the bikes for us at the location. Great customer service. Bike rentals range from $10-15/day! Super cheap. Just have to return the bikes by 5-6pm, 6pm is when they close. We rented a cruiser and a tricycle (for me). And yes, they provide locks for the bikes. 5/5 would recommend We Cycle. OK, my wife dropped off my bike in the am with a flat tire. She was told it wouldn't be a problem to fix by noon. When I went by at 2pm the bike was sitting out front of the shop, no locks, no flat tire fixed!! When I talked to the Employees it was like they didn't know what bike I was referring to. Of course I explained the story and proceeded to tell me it would be done the next day!!! The bike sat out unlocked all day never got looked at and no apologies for the lack of concern. I own an expensive bike, my wife was told it would be brought inside the shop!!!..Obviously it was NOT!!!!!!!!!... if you can't fix it that day don't say so!!!!!! I can't really speak to the service because I ended up canceling my reservation. I booked bike rentals and they were supposed to arrive during a 1-hour period according to the website. But after that hour past and I called they said it would be at least another 30 minutes. So if you're in a rush this is not going to work. This was such an easy bike rental!!!! I rented online the night prior and my bikes were left for me the next morning with a text and photo. The bikes ride great and my 18 month old loved riding in the back. I even needed to trade helmets and just walked right in and switched it out and rode off.
