The pharmacist on the phone was incredibly rude, saying things like, "Why is taking your doctor so long?" I asked if they would notify me when the insurance went through and he said, "Why would we notify you?" When I asked, "So it's just a guessing game then?" he said, "Well, that's your problem." They are now in a new building about a year and it is even better. I cannot imagine anyone within 10 miles of here going anywhere other than to them.
