What surprised me most was how big and clean this CVS was--especially for a downtown location! The aisles were neatly organized, everything was easy to find, and the parking right outside was a lifesaver for my morning commuter rush. The pharmacist on the phone was incredibly rude, saying things like, "Why is taking your doctor so long?" I asked if they would notify me when the insurance went through and he said, "Why would we notify you?" When I asked, "So it's just a guessing game then?" he said, "Well, that's your problem." He was so rude and disgusting and had no idea what was going on.

We could not get there before closing time due to construction traffic so she left it in a bag with an ice pack hidden outside so we could get it.
