What surprised me most was how big and clean this CVS was--especially for a downtown location! The aisles were neatly organized, everything was easy to find, and the parking right outside was a lifesaver for my morning commuter rush. I called them to ask if it would be covered by insurance because that didn't align with what my doctor had just told me. The pharmacist on the phone was incredibly rude, saying things like, "Why is taking your doctor so long?" I asked if they would notify me when the insurance went through and he said, "Why would we notify you?" When I asked, "So it's just a guessing game then?" he said, "Well, that's your problem." He was so rude and disgusting and had no idea what was going on.

Their whole team is wonderful and they care about their patients. This is truly how a pharmacy should be! You go in and everyone says hello, the pharmacists are smart and ensure their patients are getting what they need and that they understand everything about the drug they are receiving. They are now in a new building about a year and it is even better. I cannot imagine anyone within 10 miles of here going anywhere other than to them.
