I was immediately compensated for the issues I had surfaced and am extremely grateful to the Qshark team for doing so. **ORIGINAL** Unfortunately I cannot say I would recommend Qshark. We hired them for a cross country move and were very hopeful for a smooth process given the total cost we were quoted. Prior to the move, I will say the customer service was great. Any question we had was answered promptly and clearly over email, which was very helpful when preparing for the move. On the day of pick up, the movers were punctual, organized, kind and respectful. I have no complaints for the first half of the move. The delivery is where things started to go south. Our movers assured us they would arrive by July 1, however the night before I received a text from Frank that the movers were very delayed and were likely going to miss the delivery date. He let me know the battery had died in the moving truck and therefore they were unable to make the agreed upon delivery date. This was a problem as we had no accommodations for that night, assuming we would've been able to stay in our new home. Frank offered to cover the cost of any hotel expenses we incurred, which was the right thing to do given the circumstances. However, I did have to follow up with him once or twice to complete the reimbursement, which again isn't the type of service I would expect given the premium cost we paid and unique circumstances. When the movers arrived the next day, things looked positive as they were unloading all the furniture. However once they left we realized several items were either missing or damaged. Our bed frame, bar cabinet, shoe cabinet and futon all had either pieces missing or parts that had been dinged. On top of all of that, our TV screen had been damaged in the move. I have since been asking for claim details to get reimbursed for the TV repairs, and have followed up daily with no progress or confirmation that we will be compensated for the damages. Overall while the movers themselves were wonderful, the service of Qshark fell far below expectation and I would not book with them again.

From start to finish, my experience with All In Moving was exceptional. During my initial phone call, Simon was pleasant, professional, and detailed. I loved that they immediately sent an email confirmation that provided additional information and instructions to make the moving process easier, as well as a second confirmation a couple of days prior to the move date. Ben called 30 minutes before arrival and they were able to start 30 minutes earlier than planned. Ben and Raphael were very polite and worked quickly and efficiently, while being thorough in their wrapping approach; no scratches or damage to any items was noted. They were able to move my one bedroom in just over the 4 hour minimum (including the 30 minute drive time between homes and having to haul heavy boxes up a flight of stairs with a handtruck) and the $25 for $50 deal was a nice savings. It's clear that the company is run well and is organized in their approach, creating positive outcomes and happy customers. I couldn't be more pleased with how my move went and I'll definitely be using All In Moving for any future moves. read more

Everyone was so nice. From the lady who gave me a quote, follow up and confirmation to the movers. I believe the movers were Alex and Steve. They called 30 minutes before arrival. They showed up right at the start of the given time frame. They provided wardrobe boxes which was very helpful. They moved a full 2 bedroom town home from old home to new in 5 hours. They took special care of our furniture wrapping it and unwrapping it. I highly recommend this company. Very helpful, courteous, careful and kind. We moved from Aliso Viejo to laguna Niguel. Vlad, ahmad and Camron were awesome. They arrived at 9 am, called 30mins before, and they were ready to go. I had my apartment ready with the smaller stuff, but they hooked me up. They took care of all my things (3 tv, computer, couches, dining room, etc) they were quick, efficient and very nice. I would def recommend these guys. I had a few things in a Dana Point office location and they helped me with that as well. The also add an additional $10 per hour if you use a credit card (? budget-wise for them--not for you) and require a picture of your credit card and drivers license. That surprised me!

However, I did have to follow up with him once or twice to complete the reimbursement, which again isn't the type of service I would expect given the premium cost we paid and unique circumstances. When the movers arrived the next day, things looked positive as they were unloading all the furniture. However once they left we realized several items were either missing or damaged. Our bed frame, bar cabinet, shoe cabinet and futon all had either pieces missing or parts that had been dinged. On top of all of that, our TV screen had been damaged in the move. I have since been asking for claim details to get reimbursed for the TV repairs, and have followed up daily with no progress or confirmation that we will be compensated for the damages. Overall while the movers themselves were wonderful, the service of Qshark fell far below expectation and I would not book with them again.
